whatever's good for your soul....do that.
Whether its reading a book, singing a song, dancing alone, going on a date, writing a poem, saying a prayer, whatever it may be. If it is good for your soul. Do it.
Life is too short to stress out and not be happy so take the time to be happy and make your soul happy too, because when it's all over the moment where you were truly happy are all that count.
