We reached Lastation, first and foremost, we head to the Bascilllicom. On the way, I couldn't help but look at Neptunio's clothes, red spots of what I believe to be blood are all over it...
Schwarz: "Hey Neptunio, you should really get yourself cleaned up."
Neptunio: "Yeah... This much blood isn't really a pretty sight."
Nepgear: "Oh! If you'd like, I can fix that for you."
Neptunio: "...Really?"
Nepgear: "Of course, consider it as thanks for keeping us safe."
Neptunio: "...But this might be too much of a hassle..."
Schwarz: "Neptunio, go on and accept her offer."
Neptunio: "Schwarz..."
Schwarz: "Don't worry about it, she offered; the most polite thing to do here is to accept it."
Neptunio: "You're right... Alright Nepgear, I accept."
Nepgear: "Sure thing, Leave it to me!"
This is hardly any way to show my thanks... I noticed that the jacket he gave me was pierced through, the blood that had dried up, made the texture of the once soft cloth into a rough and rigid surface. But Neptunio seemed unharmed, his inner shirt was actually pierced as well, but looking carefully he isn't injured at all.
I held the jacket tight... and kept it in my storage bag for now, I'll work on it when I get to the bascillicom... Neptunio – Purple Lord of Thunder... Just how strong are you?
Neptune: "Oh ho~ Nep Jr.?"
Nepgear: "Wh-what is it Sis?"
Neptune: "Ah~ That longing look, those concerned eyes, the worried aura that you've been releasing for quite some time, what could this possibly mean?"
Nepgear: "A-ahahaha, Hey look Sis, pudding!"
Neptune: "Pudding! Where I want some! Gimme!"
Ha~ Goodness Sis, you're so nosy sometimes. But what she said was true, I am worried, that amount of blood must have been from a very deep wound... and yet he survived.
Neptune: "GIMME PUDDING!"
IF: "Whoah Hey Nep! Don't run off by yourself!"

Noire's POV
Noire: "Hmm... I'm sure I felt an earthquake earlier, but it doesn't seem to be too big. No reports of any casualties either."
Uni: "Hey Sis, How goes the Target-Shooting tournament."
Noire: "Oh uni! The tournament is undergoing final preparations."
Uni: "Yes! Now I can show everyone what my training had given me!"
Noire: "Now, now Uni remember this tournament also endorses highly skilled marksmen, You might just find yourself a rival if you take it lightly."
Uni: "Oh, you're right Sis, I better focus... So uh...will you be watching...? If you have the time I mean."
Noire: "Of Course I'll be there. Now you just go a prepare yourself, remember the tournament has 3 stages. Static, Mobile, and PvP."

I identify the caller as Neptune, I activated the holographic monitor and it displayed this little punk with pudding stuck to her cheeks.
Neptune: "Yahoo! Noire! Still up in your own lonesomeness?"
Noire: "You call me and that's the first thing you say...? What do you want Neptune"
Neptune: "Ehehe, Thought I'd give ya a heads up, before we barge in your bascillicom."
Noire: "Look here, first, I'm very busy right now, and I can't really accommodate you, and...
*Door opens*
Noire: "Calling me when you're already 5 feet near my doorstep is downright nonsensical."
Neptune: "Aww, come on, don't be such a pouty, just admit that your happy to see me!"
Noire: "Hah~~"
I end the 2 feet phone conversation we were having; seriously this girl knows no bounds.
Noire: "So, What brings you to Lastation?"
Neptune: "Right... uh what was it?"
IF: "Nep, we just discussed this a couple of hours ago."
Neptunio: "Your really forgetful...Kinda reminds me of someone else."
Schwarz: "I think your referring to yourself there."
Nepgear: "Guys, let's get it together."
Noire: "Right, I see that you have new companions with you, how about introductions first."
Well this is rare, boys in Neptune's party...? Well Umio counts as a male but he was a fish... I believe this is the first time I've seen actual human boys going with Neptune.
Schwarz: " Very well, allow me to introduce myself. I am Schwarz, nice to meet you."
Noire: "A pleasure."
Hmm, looks like this guy is the cool type, can't really say anything about him, but I guess he's a good guy.
Neptunio: "Neptunio...nice meeting you."
Noire: "Neptunio...? Ahem, a pleasure."
Another Nep? Also why is this guy's face like a blank piece of paper? I can't really tell what his thinking.
Schwarz: "Oh, don't mind my brother, he's always like that, but rest assured he's a good boy."
Noire: "Ok..."
So their brothers...? I don't see the resemblance...
Nepgear: "Oh Noire, Where's Uni?"
Noire: "She's prepairing, for the target shooting tournament."
Nepgear: "Oh so that's why she was so excited. I can't wait to see."
Noire: "The Tournament starts after lunch. Before everything else, might I ask AGAIN why you are all here?"
IF: "Kind of a long story, basically, umph--!..."
Neptunio: "That's enough."
Noire: "Hey purple guy, what are you doing?"
Neptunio: "You don't need to know anything else."
Noire: "What do you mean?"
IF: "OH! Is it the trigger?"
Schwarz: "Exactly."
Noire: "Ok, now you are really starting to creep me out."
Neptune: "Don't worry Noire, Nio actually saved Nepgear by not telling us anything."
Noire: "So I'm just to expect that nothing bad will happen while I'm blind from the facts."
Neptune: "Well if you put it that way, anything will sound awful."
Noire: "Hah~ Well, not like you've been wrong in these kind of situations anyway."
Really, if this wasn't Neptune, would I believe it...?
Noire: "Ok, now that, that's settled will you tell me everything when the time comes?"
Neptunio: "Yes, don't worry."
Noire: "Fine then."
Neptune: "Awesome, oh hey Nio!"

Neptune: "Have you worked in a pizzeria before?"
Neptunio: "Not really, no."
Neptune: "Oh ok, say do you want to play some games, Noire's got quite a collection."

IF: "I should really check on Compa, I wonder what she's doing right now?"
IF is looking down on her phone as usual...
Noire: "Hah~ and just when I had company, I'm all alone again..."
Schwarz: "No you're not."
Noire: "Whoah!"
Schwarz: "Sorry about that, I just felt like negating what you said."
Noire: "Geez, you scared me... Hm? Aren't you going with the Neps?"
Schwarz: "No, having Neptunio interact with others without my presence is good for his interpersonal skills."
Noire: "Oh... Quite the guardian I see. Not like I'm one to say though."

Noire: "I'm sure I still had mountains of documents to sign, but their all done."

I know that I still had to sign the papers sent by Kei from earlier... I inspect the papers that were now filed neatly, the contents were undeniably Kei's and the economic documents and financial statistics were also signed. I checked the other pile of papers, These were rejected requests, as per standard every single one of them were judged fairly and thus given the rejection. Another pile were those of the approved requests, same as before they were signed and judged fairly.
Noire: "That's weird..."
Schwarz: "I'm sorry to interrupt, but does that mean, you're free as of now?"
Noire: "huh..? Well Yes, yes I am."
Schwarz: "Great! Um... Lady Noire? Might I ask for a favor?"
Noire: "Lady Noire...? Too cheesy if you ask me, just Noire will do."
Schwarz: "Ok then."
Noire: "So what favor is that?"
Schwarz: "Can you guide around your nation I find it really charming."
Noire: "Oh seems like you've got good tastes, very well, Of course it's not like I want to show you how great my nation is or anything."
Schwarz: "Ahaha, I understand."
Hm? This guy, he seems like an old acquaintance for some reason... But we just met, and I don't really know who this guy is. Schwarz... interesting.
I lead Schwarz around Lastation I showed him through the city and even watched a movie with him in the theaters. We grabbed something to eat, and had some tea in a café. We went into an Arcade and played a fighting game...
Noire: "What no way!"
Schwarz: "That would be 3 for null."
Noire: "How are you so good at this? I made this game you know!"
Schwarz: "I don't know, maybe I'm just too good?"
Noire: "Oh don't get so cocky!"
Amazing, this game was exclusive to my Nation, and yet he beat me like it's nothing. Who is this guy? To my dismay I never won a single round, The Key Sword War was a game I'm really good at too.
Schwarz: "Hey, come on don't be mad."
Noire: "...I'm not mad..." I was so mad!
Schwarz: "Look I'll buy you something, as an apology."
Noire: "...I don't want anything..."
Schwarz: "Aww..."
He walks away crestfallen... Oh now I've done it, I'm so immature, it was just a game after all.
I should apologize, what kind of a CPU am I if I get mad over a small thing... Oh he's coming back?
Schwarz: "Hey Noire."
Noire: "Oh... Hey listen."
Schwarz: "Here."
Noire: "Huh?"
He grabbed my hand and in my palms he placed a small key chain it's shape was that of the Key Sword my character had in the game. The chain had a sparkling crystal end to it.
Noire: "...Wow..."
Schwarz: "Oh, There's a smile, feeling better now."
Noire: "Hmph! It's not like this makes me glad or anything...but..."
Schwarz: "...But...?"
Noire: "Thanks... It's really pretty."
Schwarz; "You're Welcome."
Meanwhile... in the Bascillicom
Nepgear's POV
Neptune: "Yeah! Got him!"
Neptunio: "I lost..."
Neptunio and Sis are really getting along, Their playing co-op and their having a contest who captures the monster first."
Neptune: " I told you a long sword was better."
Neptunio: "No, we're still tied, so you can't prove that yet, the great sword is going to win."
Neptune: "Ya think so huh? We'll see about that."
While they play I finished cleaning Neptunio's jacket, upon closer inspection, it's quite similar to the older Neptune's parka. I ran the restoration program, but to my surprise, the program couldn't fix it, I analyzed the properties of the clothes and found out that it wasn't any ordinary clothing, it's basically an ancient form of data, kinda like our body suits in HDD form... I wonder... Whenever my body suit gets damaged I just deactivate HDD and when I activate it again, it's fixed, maybe there's a property in the processor units that fixes this... Ooooo! Time for some tinkering!
...The bascillicom was full of life with Neps in it.
Back to Noire
We walked around some more in the Grand Park, and rested on a bench...
Noire: "So, what do you think of Lastation so far."
Schwarz: "It's beautiful, kinda like it's CPU."
Noire: "Wh-WHAT! Flattery will get you nothing you know!"
Schwarz: "Ahahahaha! Sorry, couldn't help teasing you."
Noire: " Geez, stop that, it's not funny you know."
Schwarz: "...!"
Suddenly he came closer for a moment and pushed me down, I lost my balance and grabbed unto his shirt for assistance, one of his arms reached behind my back presumably to soften my fall
Noire: "Wait what are you---!?"
He raised his other hand, and caught something in the air... a ball?
Schwarz: "Whew, that was close..."
Noire: "......"
He then helped me straighten my posture, a moment later a boy and a girl came running over...
Boy: "I'm sorry sir, I threw the ball too hard."
Girl: "It's not your fault, I just couldn't catch it properly..."
Schwarz: "there there, I'm ok, also shouldn't you be apologizing to your big sister here?"
Boy: "Oh! Lady Black Heart, I'm really sorry Ma'am."
Girl: "Apologies Lady Black Heart."
Noire: "Oh, no, I'm alright, just be careful next time ok."
Boy and Girl: "Yes Ma'am."
Noire: "Whew..."
Schwarz: "No kidding, this is place is as beautiful as its CPU."

Who IS this guy, a normal person can't possibly fly! I pointed at the auditorium, and then we just fall...wait... fall!?

Uni's POV
Nepgear and the other's arrived except for sis, and with them there was a... boy...? I greeted them near the entrance.
Nepgear: "Uni! We're here!"
Uni: "Hi Nepgear, Neptune, IF, and who might this be?"
IF: "Oh this is Neptunio."
Neptunio: "Hi there..."
Whoah, this guy's got a face of a paper, so plain and expressionless.
Uni: "I'm Uni, nice to meet you."
Nepgear: "Good luck in the tournament Uni."
Uni: "thanks, hey have you seen Sis."
Nepgear: "She's not here yet? Come to think of it I think she was with Schwarz when we left the bascillicom."
Uni: "Schwarz who's that...?"
Out of nowhere I could hear my sister screaming...
Noire: "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH~~~~!"
Uni: "Noire!?"
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHH!!! BOOOOM!!!
Then something came falling down the sky, when it hit the ground, a cloud of dust came up, we instinctively covered our eyes, when the dust subsided what we saw had our Jaws dropped except for one who is Neptunio.
Schwarz: "Whew! I haven't jumped that high for awhile."
Noire: "YOU IDIOT, DON'T DO THAT SO SUDDENLY!!!"
Schwarz: "S-sorry, didn't mean to scare you there. Here, we're on solid ground."
Noire: "I-I can't my legs are shaking..."
Schwarz: "Don't worry I'll support you."
Noire: "Oh you better."
Noire was being carried like a princess by some guy in jet black clothes... They haven't even realized that we were watching the entire scene, and what's with the lovers set up!?
Neptune: "Oh wow, Noire..."
Noire: "Huh? N-n-n-n-n-Neptune! Uni! Everyone!"
Neptunio: "You went jumpin again Schwarz?"
Schwarz: "Uh yeah, the view was nice though."
Noire: "You IDIOT!"

Schwarz: "Ow!"
Uni: "Hey Sis..."
Noire: "Uni, no this isn't what it looks like!"
Neptune: "Noire..."
Noire: "No listen please..."
Uni + Neptune: "You've finally made a friend!"

Nepgear's POV
After all that we head to a nearby restaurant, and had our lunch...
Noire: "So yeah I just showed him around."
IF: "I kinda doubt what you just did was just SHOWING HIM AROUND, but whatever."
Neptune: "Yeah it sounded something like what a Boy and Girl do when they go on dates."
Noire: "IT WAS NOT A DATE!"
Schwarz: "My head still hurts..."
Noire: "Oh I said I was sorry..."
Uni: "So Mister Schwarz you just up and jumped that high?"
Schwarz: "Please just Schwarz will do, and yes, my legs are really powerful believe it or not."
Neptunio: "Well, you're not my brother and trainer if that weren't the case."
Nepgear: "ahaha! It's good thing you made it Noire, we could have lunch together just before the tournament because of that."
Noire: "Well, yes... Thank you Schwarz."
Schwarz: "No problem."
Neptune: "But going on a date with Noire, you've got guts buddy."
Noire: "IT WAS NOT A DATE!!"
Questions and Answers were given during that time, mostly on how Noire and Schwarz spent their "DATE"... She denies it to the fullest though.
Neptunio: "A date huh?"
I felt Neptunio's gaze for a moment...
Nepgear: "Hm? What is it?"
Neptunio: "Hey Nepgear, would you like to go on a date with me?"
Everyone: "WHHHHHHAAAAAATTTT!?"
We were shocked by the statement itself....What the Goodness!?
Nepgear: "Ummm...! Uhhh...! What...!?"
Uni: "Nepgear! Get a grip! You're as red as a tomato!
Neptune: "What in the pudding buddy!? You tryin to lay a hand on my sister!?"
Neptunio: "Not really, I just..."
We fell silent and listened intently...
Neptunio: "I just wanted to know what it was like..."
Schwarz: "Neptunio..."
Schwarz Looked with concern...
Neptunio: "I'm sorry, I know it's stupid, because I can't really feel anything."
There it is again... that look, he may look emotionless but I can feel it, he's sad...
Neptune: "Oh is that all, then I will go on a date with you!"
Everyone: "SAY WHAT!!!!?"
Neptunio: "No really, forget what I said."
Neptune: "Oh don't be shy, leave it to me, the Protagonist of Protagonists!"
Neptunio: "Ok, if you insist."
The two just kept eating while completely oblivious to the reactions of the people around them. Minutes later The Target Shooting Tournament began.
Uni's POV
Alright first stage – Static; I can do this, just stay calm and keep a clear mind... BANG! BANG! BANG! 3 headshots, 9 headshots, 10 headshots... I score so much, my training wasn't easy, but it helped. That's enough for this round.
Second Stage – Mobile; Moving targets, no problem, the farther the target the faster it moves, but also the more points you get, Timing is critical. Got it!
Nepgear: "Awesome Uni, only one more stage!"
Uni: "Yeah it won't be easy, its 10 player bullet hell free for all."
Noire: "You can do it, you've trained for so long, and you won't lose this one."
Schwarz: "Uni, can I ask you something?"
Uni: "What is it?"
Schwarz: "After this tournament I'd like to challenge you in a mock battle."
Uni: "A mock battle? Me vs. You?"
Schwarz: "Exactly, how about it?"
Uni: "Alright bring it on."
Noire: "Hey, I know you show no mercy, but take it easy on my sister ok."
Schwarz: "I can't really guarantee that, I am a trainer after all."
Noire: "Oh is that so, then do you think you can handle both of us?"
Schwarz: "Oh? You want to fight too?"
Neptunio: "Schwarz, what are you upto?"
Schwarz: "Nothing, I just wanted to ensure something."
Noire: "Ensure what?"
Schwarz: "You'll know, soon enough. Now off you go Uni, make us proud."
Uni: "Don't worry I will.
Nepgear's POV
Sure enough Uni won the tournament with flying colors, she stood proudly and with honor, it was a very memorable moment. We celebrated in the bascilicom and then after that we girls shared a bath...
Neptune: "Hnnnngh!!! Ah~~ A warm bath is what you need after a busy day."
Noire: "I know, so much has happened in such a small span of time."
Uni: "Oooooh YEAH! I rocked that tournament hard."
Nepgear: "Congratulations Uni, you're so strong now."
Uni: "Heheh~ Now you can count on me more in battle Nepgear."
We just had some idle conversations; we talked mostly about the tournament and other things...
Neptune: "Oh Noire, what did you do today with Schwarz exactly."
Noire: "What, this again? I told you, we were just walking around town... and watched a movie... and ate some small snacks...and walked in the park..."
Neptune: "So that's a date...?"
Noire: "I told you it was not a date... But I guess I can see why people would say that."
Neptune: "Oh! Noire actually caving in for once! So tell me, why?"
Noire: "So pushy... I guess for one we were having fun... and that's what date should be."
Neptune: "Fun...huh... What is fun for Nio...?"
Noire: "How about you ask him yourself."
Neptune: "Yeah I guess I will."
Things are still silent for now, however the day after tomorrow, the day of the trigger, I just can't be someone who needs protecting, Maybe I'll ask Schwarz to train me... Yeah that's it!
Uni: "Are you done Nepgear?"
Nepgear: "Yeah, I'm good, I'll see guys back there."
I gotta get Schwarz to train me... Oh right I've finished fixing Neptunio's Jacket, I better return it as well. I put on my clothes and then looked for Schwarz but I can't seem to find him or Neptunio.
SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGG!
Nepgear: "What's that?" from the garden area a bright light and a sharp ringing sound came to me.
Then after a little while, sounds of clashing metal resounded in the dark silent garden...
5 Minutes Earlier...
Neptunio's POV
Schwarz: "Alright we all set for the barrier?"
Neptunio: "Yeah, so I guess my training resumes?"
Schwarz: "Come now, this is more of a spar, a warm up for tomorrow if you know what I mean."
-Zip- Schwarz pulls off a move called Quick Set and slashes at me, with experience I easily blocked the attack with my great sword, The blow was light but precise, the barrier we put up was to avoid dealing deadly blows to each other and destroying a specific span of land, but that said, the pain still lingers if you get hit, and that attack just now, while very light, it was aimed at my guts, A single hit from that could have easily emptied the air in my lungs.
Neptunio: "Hah!"
Having the sword in my hand raised I slammed it back down, with no effort at all Schwarz closed his eyes and nimbly dodged my attack, The sword got buried in the soil, seizing the chance Schwarz came up behind me and delivered a backhanded slash with his curved blade, I dodged the attack by ducking low and with the momentum I gained from going low, I pulled the sword right out of the ground and attempted a counter after he missed his attack, but unfortunately Schwarz was too fast, he carried the momentum of his slash to make a full spin which leads to dodging my upper slash.
Schwarz: "Not quite fast enough, I won't have to block those attacks. Come ON!"
Neptunio: "Ghu!"
He's right, I need to be faster, quicker, sharper, I make my stance as stable as possible and keep my eyes on Schwarz's movements, I need to get my timing right.
Schwarz: "Hah!"
Neptunio: "Gota ya!"
Schwarz: "Naïve!"
Neptunio: "No way!"
I missed him by a hairs length and he assures in a 2 slash combo, I dodged the first attack and blocked the 2nd slash. Sparks fly as our blades connect, in haste I made an attempt to feint an attack on his legs and as a follow up I unleashed a technique I've learned.
Neptunio: "Feral Cut!"
Feral cut, consumes a specific amount of stamina, I first make an upper slash and followed by a heavy lunge, the attack itself was fast, but the down side comes after it misses.
We kept battling for hours, it was fierce, a lot of trial and error, we hardly noticed the sun as it set
Schwarz: "You're Wide Open!"
Schwarz makes his move, He throws his blade towards me, and as it travels he zips behind me and brings me to the ground, he catches his sword in mid air and brings it down to my throat, fortunately I was able to escape, by pushing him off, I immediately grabbed my sword and slammed it down to the earth, in its wake a wave of energy emerges and races down towards Schwarz.
Schwarz: "Tch!"
I saw him dodge to the left so in haste I intercepted his move in mid-action and finally...
Schawrz: "Whoah!"
CLANG! I got him to perform a block, but the fight isn't over...
Neptunio: "Take This!"
Schwarz: "Woops~" He nimbly dodged my follow up, he side steps and in that moment it was now or never...
Neptunio: "Unlimited Blade!"
Schwarz: "Lasting Shine!"
My unlimited blade consists of 100 heavy consecutive slashes one slash can break a diamond, His lasting shine, emits a powerful burst of energy from a single slash, the force isn't all that strong, but blocking that energy head on is downright impossible without taking a deadly burn, plus it's faster than sound, so you'll have to find a way to neutralize it with another equally stronger skill.
Schwarz: "Hah!" he swings his blade.
Neptunio: "Break Through..."
Sparks become more eminent 10 slahes,40, 80, My slashes were consumed and the heat has subsided, the both of us rush at each other and ready ourselves for the final strike.
SLASH!
Silence...
Schwarz: "Hehehe... that was a good fight...ugh..."
Neptunio: "No...kidding...agh..."
We both fell silent, exhausted from the ordeal, it's been awhile ever since I fought Schwarz, it's really taking back to the old days... before I lost consciousness I summoned Eelze to heal both me and my brother...my vision fades and then I hear voices from somewhere...Their calling my name...
3 hours later...
Neptunio: "...urrg...Where am I?"
I woke up in an unfamiliar room, I noticed something on me, it was my jacket, it was cleaned and fixed, the blood was removed and the torn parts were restored. Nepgear did a great job. I also noticed it was already dark, there was food on the table beside me with a letter.
"We heard everything from Schwarz, still when you spar please, don't overdo it" - Nepgear
Neptunio: "I guess we had everyone worried."
???: "zzZZZ..."
Neptunio: "Hmm?"
I hear someone beside me snoring...

Truth is, I also had my rapier just an inch away from his neck and Uni was also aiming her gun at him.
Noire: "Haha... You're really something you know that."
Uni: "Yeah he might just be the fastest thing alive."
Noire: "Hmm... I don't know about that."
Uni: "Really, there's someone faster than him?"
Schwarz: "That's right, I know a guy who's faster than me."

The Purple Guy when Neptune asked Neptunio about him working in a pizzeria, she was actually referencing a horror game where a character known as the PURPLE GUY is an important character.
Lastation Noire's very own nation, the overall design of the place is that it takes a black gand gray motiff with an atmosphere of hard steel and metal, kinda like in a steampunk movie. the nation itself is advancing in a very fast rate and is one of the fastest growing nations.
Noire and Uni These sisters are the leaders of Lastation the most noticeable aspect of the two is their habit of being so dishonest to themselves. While they operate differently in battle, they both compliment each other and they both have great accuracy, which means... They do not Miss... Well most of the time
Lonely Noire Noire is known to be the Loneliest character in the series, she is purposely distanced from the others as observed in the 3rd game where her stuffed figurine is the only one separated from the other figurines to emphasize her lonesome. The good thing about Noire is that she is always thinking things through, and is always one step ahead of her enemies.
The Sharp Eyed Uni unlike her sister Uni specializes in firearms, in the games, she usually has the greatest range and usually has the safest distance from the enemies. While she does have great range her overall power is not really all that great in comparison to her allies, but if one wanted to pelt sharp piercing bullets to their enemies, Uni can do the job with no effort at all.
