Graduation
5 PM
While waiting for his name to be called, Sam was nervously excited, if that makes any sense at all.
"Arthur Abrams!" Mr. Schue called. Artie rolled onto the stage and took his diploma.
"Blaine Anderson!"
"Tina Cohen-Chang!
"Elizabeth Evans!" Sam high fived her as she walked passed him.
"Samuel Evans!" He walked up the steps onto the stage, shockingly not falling in the process. He took the diploma from Mr. Schue and instead of shaking his hand, he hugged him. Mr. Schue chuckled but hugged him back. He walked over to where his friends were standing.
"Guys, I won't be able to come to New York with you." Tina said, turning and standing in front of them.
"What? Why?"
"Well, I got a letter this morning." She said, grinning."I got into Brown!" She said excitedly.
"Oh my god, that's awesome Queen T!" Blaine exclaimed and they had a group hug. They turned back around as Mr. Schue said,
"I'm happy to announce, the graduating class of 2014!"
TIME SKIP
Rachel’s House
The graduates, their families, and the Glee Alumni decided to have the graduation party at Rachel’s house, much to her dad’s delight. They loved having people over. Sam and the others had taken off their gowns and caps and left them in their cars, except Sam, who put his cap on Burt’s head to ‘keep his head from being cold’ as Sam said.
“So Sam, you never gave us your answer for the record deal.” Tina said, causing everyone's attention to be on them. Little did she know she’d interrupted Sam and Rachel, just like everyone else did. The two looked away from each other, blushing slightly and he said,
“Well, I broke the contract with the modeling agency, which i’m not going into details about. I accepted the record deal and I’ll be signing with them when I get to New York.” Everyone clapped and congratulated him.”The actual record company is in LA so I’ll probably be flying back and forth eventually.” He said. Rachel put an arm around his back and said, patting his arm,
“I told him he’d win it.” She said, grinning. Sam laughed. His phone dinged and it was a text from Kurt. Sam raised an eyebrow at him and Kurt wiggled his eyebrows. The text read,
Just kiss her already!
Sam hesitated for a second and put his phone in his pocket as Rachel started to go and talk to her dad’s. Sam looked at Kurt and shrugged like ‘To late’. Kurt glared at him and Sam grinned sheepishly.
“How long have you guys been together now?” Quinn asked Sam.
“Six months.” He answered.
“Have you kissed yet?”
“Uhh, no. She wants to take things slow and we have. Everytime we’re about to kiss though, someone interrupts it. Like Tina did a few minutes ago.” Quinn laughed.
“Everyone, can I have your attention please!” Rachel called into the mic. Everyone turned towards her.”I’d like to sing a song with my boyfriend, if that’s alright.” Sam grinned and headed her way as Santana said,
“Wow, Trouty must have changed her. She just does, never asks.” Brittany shrugged and kissed her cheek.
“What are we singing?” Sam whispered in her ear. She just grinned at him as the music played. He chuckled.

After the song, he hugged her. The smile on her face made her dads want to cry. They were happy for her. Rachel pulled back and looked at his lips, then his eyes. Her eyes flickered back to his lips.
“Kiss him already Berry!” Santana called as Kurt yelled from the back,
“Kiss her already!” Rachel really didn’t think twice, she grabbed his face and planted one right on his lips. He was shocked at first but he kissed back. The guys wolf whistled as some of the girls said,
“Finally!” Sam had to pull away because he started laughing. Rachel giggled and blushed.
“Y’all are insane.” He said.
“This doesn’t mean you and her can just make out all over the apartment in New York.” Santana said a they walked off stage. Sam turned and kissed Rachel again, just to annoy Santana. She rolled her eyes and shook her head, a faint smile on her face.
TIME SKIP
Before anyone had a chance to leave, Kurt grabbed the mic from a random person and called into it,
“Sam! Where are you?”
“Right in front of you dude.” Kurt scowled at ‘dude’, but said,
“Aren’t you going to sing another original?” He asked. Sam bit his lip.
“I forgot about that.”
“Well, get up here. Everyone, don’t leave yet! Sam is going to sing one of his originals!” Kurt yelled, which there was no need for because everyone was still in the basement. Everyone turned their attention to Sam, who grabbed his guitar (he takes it everywhere) and stood in the middle of the stage, in front of the mic stand.
“Okay, this song is basically just a song about high school, some of the best days of our lives.”
