Why do every emo kid like this movie?
Jewel is one of Doctor Finkelstein's creations. He made her with half of his brain, in hopes of "having conversations worth having." Jewel was meant to be a replacement forSally, because she was too "restless."

*laughs* I kill my self!
What too soon?
Fine. Touch crowd. What kind of readers are you?
Well that pretty much sums it up...*pauses*
Oh no. *Starts counting* Nine hundred and ninety-seven, nine hundred and ninety-eight, nine hundred and ninety-nine.... no. It can't be.
*Ghostly voice* "Right you are, Rewrite! It's Halloween you know and with just the right touch." *Music starts to play*
That's it I'm out! *Grabs my stuff and not realizing that I grab a quill pen as well. But instead of a feather, a rose lay on top of it. A rose pen*
When the crypt doors creak
And the tombstones quake
Spooks come out for a singing wake
Happy haunts materialize
And begin to vocalize
Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize
Can't believe that I've been tricked! Why won't this door open? I want out ya hear? Let me go!
*Ghostly figures pop up, reviling that they are ones holding the door down*
*I fall back and mindlessly quickly writing something down on a notebook*
*The ghosts scream and disappeared*
*I look back at my notebook and realized what I wrote*
The two ghost by the door will disappear.
Hmmm, I wonder? *Gets up and heads to the cemetery* Oh what could go wrong???
Wow, It's real! I wonder if *Turns around finds zombies* Oh...that's not good.
*I start to run the opposite way as I write. As this happens, a hand pops up from the ground and grabs my ankle. I fell to the ground, knocking the notepad and my breath.*
Crap crap double crap.
*As I tried to refrain my breath, the zombies quickly closed in and surrounded me. They all grab hold of me and stood me up, facing one of them who takes hold of my notebook.*
The figure was a thin man with a lantern-shaped jaw, holding a candelabrum. He had an ashen complexion and wisps of white hair outlining his cheeks so that when he spoke. And most importantly he resembled a talking skull.
Amicus Arane?
*He starts to read what I wrote* "Hmm such potential." *Throws it away* "Too bad that talent is wasted away." *He grabs my chin and takes a better look at me. I can see his dead rotting eyes linked into mine.* "Indeed, she'll make an excellent host. She'll be our thousandth." He smiled devilishly. *Terror fills my eyes as the zombies take me away.*
Thousandth? Thousandth what? *I struggled to get out of their grip* Where are y'all taking me? *I struggle again but to no avail* Wow, did Y'all know you're freakish strong for being dead. W-what's this?
*They take me to a grave*
*I read the lettering on the grave and start to testify. No matter what I said or do, it wouldn't help. Nothing did. I can't solve all my problems in writing. The zombies threw me in and I fell six feet under....*
And became The Haunted Mansion's 1,000 ghost host.

Had this idea since August of 2016 from reading Tales from the Haunted Mansion and Lindsey Sterling's music video.
Amicus Arane is actually the author of Tales of the Haunted Mansion. His name is a persona of the real author like how Rwrite Plot Twister is the persona of Rose aka ME!
When the voice says, "Right you are, Rewrite! It's Halloween you know and with just the right touch." Is a reference to Mickey's House of Villains.
It is said that there are 999 Happy Haunts in the mansion and generally acknowledged that there's always room for one more. And I'm the 1,000th.
