Nandini was confused with manik and mukthi's sudden sweet behavior as somewhere down the line she thought the bro-sis would be hell angry with her. So as soon as mukthi asked her to come up with her she gave them a faint smile.she could clearly guess some mischief in their eyes but was not able to figure it out. She hesitantly got up and looked at Raj who in return gave her a what' look. She took her cell and texted him "what is wrong with ur children..?? itna sweet behave kyun kar rahae hai..?" to which raj replied "be careful with the duo.. manik ko mainae aur papa nae bahuth danta tha..and told him that u wanted to leave the collage and go back because of them... pata nahi kya khurafathi idea chal raha hai dono kae dimaag mae.. im just a call away ring me if u need my help.." Nandini's eyes widened when she read that manik was scolded because of her and thought that now he would definitely not leave her.. she gave raj an i-will-handle' look and went upstairs with mukthi. Mukthi was showing nandini her room and nandini observed a door which connected to other room

"mukthi yae kya hai.. kiska room hai beside yours that u have a interconnection with that room..?"
"arae haan vo bhai ka room hai.."she said pointing at the door.Nandini just mouthed an ohh..' and she was looking at the pictures hung on the wall of her room.manik was silent and wasn't speaking a single word which confused nandini but she thought darr gaya hoga bechara..'And now the trio moved to manik's room.

It was very beautifully decorated and perfectly organised. She was exploring the room when her eyes fell on the guitar hung on the wall
"arae motu.. tu guitar play kartha hai..?" she asked amusinglyHe nodded a yes."par mujhae yae nahi pata.. kab seekha tunae..?" she was surprised as she didn't expect this. She was checking out the whole room and was soo busy in that work that she didn't notice when mukthi went away and manik locked the door. She was standing in front of the guitar trying to remove it but I was hung a bit high and she wasn't able to reach it. Manik came towards her and picked her up holding her waist and she got startled and turned her head to look at him. He with his eyes signalled her to take the guitar and she obeyed him. He put her down and took the guitar from her hands and said"jab mae 7th class mae tha tab sae seekh raha hun.."he whispered in her ears bending to match her height. She quietly nodded her head as butterflies from somewhere suddenly came into her tummy and started dancing. She tried to move away but unfortunately was trapped between him and the wall and his hands on her two sides. She looked at his hands and then at him and said "yae sab kya hai..? chalo neechae chaltae hain..." and again tried to move"itni bhi jaldi kya hai laddoo.." he said leaning close to her face rubbing his cheeks with hers and she tightly closed her eyes and fisted her hands in her top to control herself."kyun bolthi band ho gayi... ab tak to chapar chapar bahuth bol rahi thin na..?" he asked coming still close to her."manik mai uncle aur dadu ko bulaungi.."she tried warning him but her voice was hardly audible"to bulao... mai nahi dartha unsae.." he whispered in her ears and a shiver ran down her spine coz of his proximity.
He within seconds picked her up in his arms and reached his balcony and locked the balcony door after putting her down. Her eyes were still closed. She then slowly opened her eyes and saw him standing leaning to the door with a smirk on his face. She knew that the balcony of his room was a very isolated place from the remaining house and nobody would be able to hear anyone from her even if the person screams on the top of his voice. Her heart started beating wildly thinking all iff's and but's.
"don't u think u owe me a apology..?" he asked finding her lost"haann..? apology kis cheez ki apology..?" fighter nandini was back in action"don't act smart okay... kyun papa ko vo video dikhai tumnae..?" he asked angrily"aur nahi tho kya.. aarthi utaru tumhari.." she too replied in the same tone."u messed up with wrong person Miss.Murthy.." he said coming close to her"mai naa tumhari in baton sae nahi darnae wali samjhae.." she said taking a step backwards in the same pace as he was taking forward. He smirked seeing her actions completely opposite to her words and moved further towards her"acha.. in that case let me remind u that ur ID card is still with me.. and for sure u need it tomorrow to attend class.." he spoke with his all time attitude and she sighed"aaiyappa yae iss ID card ki vajah sae mujhae kitna pareshan kar raha hai.. kya karu.. iski bath maan lu ya nahi.." she was looking up and sending virtual messages to her aaiyappa to save her but to her dismay he was fast asleep as he too was tired keeping an eye on his favourite devotee all day."oh hello upar kya dekh rahi ho.. look at me and answer me..?" he asked looking at her and she gave him a blank look."kya karu..kya karu.. soch nandu soch.. iss motu ko aaisa sabakh sikha ki kabhi bhi mujhsae panga lanae sae pehalae do baar nahi 100 baar sochaega" and finally after a lot of thought process a brilliant idea stuck her and she spoke.."what do u want..?" she played i-am-innocent game.he raised his eyebrow and giving her a stern look said"ohh so now u want me to remind u the whole thing.. haan..?? don't act innocent and tell me..?" she was really really testing his patience."kya bolu..?" she asked ever so sweetly that for once he forgot that he was pissed on her but he being MANIK MALHOTRA couldn't let his soft corner for her cover up his anger and spoke holding her by her shoulders "tell me will u be my girlfriend or give me CPR in front of the whole collage..?" he was again back on the same thing and she sighed"huh..monster.."she murmured"speak up dammit.. u don't have a choice neither u have time.. if u don't tell me ill decide it by my self which ull definitely not like.." his eyes were spitting fire and she was shocked"manik tum itna gussa kyu kar rahae ho..?" she asked"gussa nahi karu tho aur kya karu.. do u know dadu never says a single word to me neither dad.. collage topper ko tumnae canteen mai sabkae samnae kneel down karwaya aur tumhae kya laga mai tumhae itni jaldi chod dunga..haan..?" he yelled and she was shocked as she didn't expect him to take things so seriously but the damage was already done.."im sorry manik.."she said in an apologetic tone making a puppy face holding her ears and he hid his smile seeing her surrendering herself."apology not accepted.." he said and turned his face"arae baba.. sorry bol rahi hun nah.. ab itna bhav math kha tu.." she said with a pout"so u r my girlfriend from tomorrow.." he said turning towards her and she shook her head in a no"ohh.. so u r ready for cpr..?" he said and winked at her"nahi...!!!" She shouted"decide one fast.. only then ill accept your apology.." he said in a serious tone."we will be friends.." she said in a clam tone"bilkul nahi.." he said moving his head sideways"arae meri baath puri tho suno.. first we will be friends.. aagae ka badh mae schangae.." she said making a puppy face and he approved much to her surprise .... "for u im your friend but for me u r my girlfriend.." he declared and she frowned.."mainae aaisa kab bola.." she said annoyingly"kyu..mai bol raha hun na..kaafi nahi hai kya.. aur agar ek aur baath bola tumnae tho forget attending classes tomorrow as ill not give ur ID card.." he said with a victory smile and she turned to the other side tapping her foot annoyingly."neecha jana hai ki yahin pae puri raath bitani hai.." he said moving towards the balcony door but she didn't move an inch."if I go now ill lock the door.. phir math bolna ki nai bataya tha.." he said going inside the room and pretending to close the door. Seeing this She immediately ran inside and he laughed. Making an angry pout she started moving out of the room when suddenly she turned around and almost screamed"motu.. mujhae tera gana sunna hai.." he palmed his ears hearing her loud voice and she like a kid picked up the guitar and gave it to him."nahi.. bilkul nahi.." saying this he hung the guitar on the wall and walked outside the room followed by an angry nandini behind him cursing him . As soon as they reached the hall where all were sitting there was a pin drop silence."kya hua.. aap log itnae chup kyun hai..?" manik asked curiously as he could clearly hear that they were talking but stopped the moment the duo entered."arae kuch bhi to nahi.. hum aaisae hi..haan yaad aaya..kuch purani baatein kar rahae the..kyun kishore.." raj said"haan haan bilkul.."Kishore agreed but manik could sense the uneasiness and said "tho phir humharae aatae hi why did u stop all of a sudden..?" he came direct to the point"nandu beta tu idhar aa jaa.. apni dj kae paas.."dj said diverting the topic and nandini went and sat in between dj and mukthi."dj yae motu na bahuth khadoos hai.." nandini complained and manik shook his head in disbelief she was back on fight"kya hua laddoo beta.. tu aaisae kyun bol rahi hai.." dj asked politely caressing her hair lovingly."mainae na isae ek gana ganae kae liyae bola aur usnae muh pae mana kar diya.." she was acting like a kid who was denied her candy."bahuth buri baath manik.. itna bada kya maang diya nandu nae ki tunae usae mana kar diya.." dadu spoke this time "Mai kyun gana gau is kae liyae haan..?" he spoke loudly"kisnae kaha iss kae liyae gana hai.. bhai him sabh bhi tho hai yahan.." nyonika said this time"haan.. jaa manik jaa... apni guitar laakae aa.. Kishore tujhae pata hai mera beta bahuth accha singer bhi hai.."raj said proudly"tho phir ab tho gana sunna hoga pakka.." shalini said exicitingly"mai guitar lakae aati hun.." mukthi said and ran away to get his guitar and manik gave a glare to nandini and she showed him her tongue. Within no time mukthi brought his guitar and and he sat on a chair and started strumming his guitar and sang the song "tum hi ho" from Aashiqui 2. Nandini was mesmerized with the depth in his voice and the was he was singing the song so emotionally that she unknowinigly kept her head on mukthis shoulder and by the end of the song was in deep sleep. Mukthi smiled seeing this and everyone started praising manik for his extraordinary magical voice when suddenly mukthi said"shh.. everyone.. nandu so gayi.." she said in a very low tone"hayee meri bacchii.. thak gayi hogi.."dj said caressing her hair. Manik was just looking at her sweet innocent face and smiled seeing her."mai usae uthathi hun.. room mae jaakae theek sae so jayaegi.." shalini said and was about to wake up nandini when manik said"arae aunti usae sonae do.. ill take her to mukthi's room.." he said and gave his guitar to mukthi and gently picked up nandini and walked towards mukthis room.Everyone exchanged smiles looking at them and retired to their rooms for a peaceful sleep. Manik reached mukthis room and placed nandini on the bed slowly careful of not breaking her sleep and gently pecked her forehead and moved to his room and saw mukthi smiling widely on seeing him as she came to manik's room to put back the guitar."tu aaisae kyu hass rahi hai..?" he asked her"kyun ki bahuth khush hu mai.." she said and moved towards her room. Manik was confused but thought she was saying it normally and slept smilingly recollecting all the events that happened today..
