"There, the end," I finished with a sigh, shooing everyone away. "Now, be gone!"
"No! I'm not satisfied with the ending!" a reader cried. "There has to be more to the story!"
"Well, there isn't," I lied through my teeth.
The readers snarl and narrow their eyes before taking Sir Moocelot out of their bags. I gasp when they poke him with a knife.
"Do you want him to die?" a reader hissed.
Goddammit.
"OKAY! I'LL TELL YOU MORE!" I surrendered before making myself comfortable on the chair again.
"Good choice," a reader smiled as they settled down.
