Piece of paper
filled with words,
filled with fear,
filled with burdens.
You hold my shame
and my anxiety.
I despise you paper
for you hold the worst of me.
But I have a fire in my heart
and in my eyes.
With it, I burn you

Sighs of relief come to me.
The weight of the past
has evaporated.
