Ross's POV
We're about to go on stage and perform. When we performed, I always sung a song that I wrote about Laura after she left. Now, I can sing it to her. I really want to be with Laura again, but I know she's still upset with me. I can't blame her though. If she would've done the same, I'd do the same. Laura, Vanessa, Savannah, the kids, and my parents are going to be on the balcony watching the show.
Vanessa pecks Riker and wishes us luck. Riker then kisses Riley and Ryan.
Ryder: mommy why don't you kiss daddy like aunt nessa did to uncle Riker?
Ross: she doesn't have to Ry.
Ryder: don't you guys love each other? (I look at Ryder then at Laura)
She sighs, she comes to me and kisses my cheek. Her lips linger on my cheek for a few seconds then she pulls away. I blush a little and she giggles.
Laura: ok baby we have to go. Daddy is about to go onstage. (Ryder raises his arms to Laura. She carries him)
Ryder: bye daddy, have fun (he pulls me and gives me a kiss on the cheek)
Ross: thanks buddy (I ruffle his hair and he laughs. Laura also laugh and I chuckle)
Ross: bye Laur
Laura: bye. Uh good luck.
Ross: thanks (she walks to my siblings and wishes then luck as well)
She leaves with my parents, Savannah, the kids, and Savannah.
We get out on stage, everyone screams and cheers.
Ross: how's it going New York? (They scream louder)

It's towards the end of the concert and its time for the song that we always perform after 'Here Comes Forever'. During the show and while I was singing, I was looking at Laura the whole time. She was dancing and singing along with Ryder and everyone else.
Ross: ok guys, this next song is called 'if I can't be with you' it's really special to me. It's about a special someone who's here tonight. You know who you are. (I look at Laura quickly and start strumming my guitar)

After the song, I looked at Laura and I see her looking at Ryder, but Ryder was wiping something off Laura's face. Laura then gave him a kiss and wiped under both of her eyes. She was crying.
Laura's POV
Ross performed a song called 'if I can't be without you' and it was the most amazing song. Before he sang the song, he gave a little speech.
Ross: ok guys, this next song is called 'if I can't be with you' it's really special to me. It's about a special someone who's here tonight. You know who you are. (He looks at me then he starts playing the song)
During the song, I started tearing up. I can tell he wrote the song and meant every single word he said. All of the emotions ran over me, along with all the memories of Ross and I. Ryder must've seen me tearing up.
Ryder: mommy?
Laura: yeah buddy?
Ryder: what happened? Why are you sad?
Laura: I'm fine baby (I give him a smile)
He goes on my lap and wipes the tears that were on my face. I kiss his cheek afterwards and wipe the remaining tears that were still coming out. The rest didn't see because they were behind Ryder and I. Ryder wanted to be in the seat that was closest to the railing so he could see Ross better. The rest were a row behind us.

The concert just ended. We're all heading backstage. Once we get there, they were waiting for us. Ryder ran up to Ross and Ross picked him up, they looked so cute. I walked over to them.
Ross: thanks buddy
Laura: you guys were awesome
Ross: thanks, Laur (he gives me a hug. Ryder hugged both us)
Stormie: guys we're going to have dinner at a restaurant in 5th avenue. It's close to the hotel so it'll be good and after we can go back to the hotel.
Laura: what hotel are you guys staying at?
Stormie: we're staying at the Lexington hotel.
Laura: really?!
Stormie: yeah why?
Laura: that's where Ryder and I live.
Stormie: that's cool. Do you know where Ai Fiori is?
Laura: yeah Ryder and I go there all the time.
Stormie: that's where we're going to have dinner
Laura: ok I'll meet you guys there. (They nod)
Mark: Ross are you coming with us?
Ross: I'll stay with Ryder and Laura.
Mark: ok (they leave to get their stuff)
Laura: are you going to tell them that your staying here for a few more months?
Ross: I'll talk to my parents privately
Laura: when are they going back?
Ross: tomorrow
Laura: do you want bring your things over the penthouse later?
Ross: can I?
Laura: yeah (he smiles at me. We go to the car and we drive to the restaurant)

I actually did some research on the hotel and the restaurant to get right. I know it's weird. Oh well☺️
