"Louis!" my mom shouts and I go downstairs.
"What?!" I ask, my hair still wet because I just showered.
"You don't have school today." she says smiling.
"Why?" I ask.
"It's too hot outside." she says and I smile.
One side of me is happy that there's no school of course, but I like to watch Harry while he explains something or writes on the blackboard. I love to look at him and then stay with him in the break.
"Ok." I say and go back into the bathroom.
I dry my hair and style it into a quiff. Then I take my phone and see two new messages.
"No school, want to come over? - Harry"
"Of course! I just have to get ready and discuss with my mom. - Louis."
"Alright :D Tell me when you're here. - Harry."
"No school! Do you already have plans or are you free today? - Zayn"
"Sorry I just told Harry that I'll go over to him. - Louis"
"Oh that's alright, but El makes a poolparty today and maybe you want to go there. - Zayn"
"I know, she told me thousand times. I'll see if I go there. - Louis"
"You know that you can't bring Harry with you, right? - Zayn"
"Of course. - Louis"
"Ok have fun. - Zayn"
"You too. - Louis"
I put my phone away and go into the living room where my mom is sitting.
"Mom?" I ask and she humms in response.
"Can I go to Harry?" I ask and she rolls her eyes.
"Why do you always want to spend time with your teacher? It's like he's your boyfriend." she says and I swallow.
"What?! My boyfriend?! That's hiliarious!" I say, laughing.
"Wait a minute." she says and raises her eyebrow.
"Louis Tomlinson, are you dating your teacher?" she asks and I swallow again.
"N-no." I say.
"You're lying." she says.
"No I'm not." I say.
"You stuttered which means you're lying." she says.
"No." I say.
"I know you for 20 years now... I can tell when you're lying." she says and I sigh.
"Ok you're right. Harry and me are dating." I say, looking at the ground sighing.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier? Then I would've at least understand why you always want to spend time with him." she says.
"So it's ok for you?" I ask, looking at her now.
"No." she says.
"But mom!" I say.
"You can't date your teacher!" she says.
"But I love him." I yell.
"Stop yelling! I don't want to discuss this now." she says.
"Mom that's not fair! You can't tell me who I'm allowed to love! And he's only two years older!" I yell, tears in my eyes.
"He is your teacher! You aren't allowed to date and you both could go in jail." she says.
"I don't care!" I yell, now tears rolling down my cheeks.
"But I do! I don't want you to see him anymore. Only in school." she says and I fall on my knees, burying my face in my hands, sobbing.
"I hate you! I really fucking hate you!" I yell.
"It's the best for you." she says and leaves the room.
I sit there on the floor and cry into my hands until I feel my phone vibrate inmy back pocket. I wipe the tears away and take it out. I still see blurry through my tears and I read the message.
"So when will you be here? - Harry"
"I can't come over. - Louis."
"Why? - Harry"
"My mom found out about us and forbid me to meet you. - Louis."
"That's not fair! You're already 20! - Harry"
"I know, but she doesn't listen! - Louis."
"So that's it? - Harry"
"No, I don't want to end it. I love you. - Louis"
"I love you too. So we meet secretly? - Harry"
"We have to. - Louis."
"Maybe you could get a fake girlfriend so your mom thinks you're over me. - Harry"
"Yeah and then the other stuents wouldn't guess anything. - Louis"
"Do you know someone? - Harry"
"Yeah maybe. I'll go to her party now and there I'll ask her to be my girlfriend.- Louis"
"Ok. Will you come to me later? - Harry"
"Of course. - Louis"
I put my phone away and go to my mom.
"Mom, you're right. It's no good idea to date my teacher." I say.
"Wow that was fast." she says.
"Can I go to Eleanor's pool party today? Everyone's going there." I say and she nods smiling.
"Have fun." she says and I nod.
I put on swimming trunks and a shirt and pack my bag. Then I sit in my car and drive to Eleanor's house. She has a really big house with a big pool and a big garden. It just looks amazing. Some people are already there and I can see Zayn relaxing on a sun recliner with sun glasses. I go inside and sit down on a sun recliner next to Zayn.
"Hey mate." he says smiling.
"What's with Harry?" he asks.
"I'll tell you later." I say.
"Ok, happened something bad?" he asks and I nod.
"Where's El?" I ask and he points to some girls at the other side of the pool.
"Thanks." I say and go over to her.
"Hey Louis!" she shouts and hugs me tightly.
"Hey." I say smiling.
"Do you want to swim?" she asks and I nod.
I take off my shirt and we jump into the water. We take a airbed and sit down on it next to each other.
"I didn't thought you would come." she says.
"Why shouldn't I?" I ask.
"I thought you don't like me." she says and I put my arm around her.
"That's not true." I say and she smiles big.
She rests her head on my shoulder and suddenly someone comes from underwater and throws us from the airbed. We scream and go back to the water surface.
"Sorry!" Jim shouts smirking and we splash water in his face.
He quickly swims away and Eleanor chuckles.
"Wait." I say and lift her up.
I sit her down on my shoulders and she puts her hands in my hair so she doesn't fall down.
"What are you doing?" she asks giggling.
"Zayn, get a girl and come in!" I shout and he goes over to a blonde girl. Then they jump into the water and he takes her on his shoulders.
"Who's that?" I ask.
"That's Perrie." he says smiling.
"Ok let's see who can be on the shoulders longer." I say smirking and the girls start trying to push the other one from the shoulders of us.
I hold Eleanor's legs so she doesn't fall down and soon she pushs Perrie down Zayn's shoulders and he quickly catchs her so she doesn't fall into the water. She smiles while looking deeply into his eyes.
"We won!" Eleanor shouts and I put her down.
She kisses my cheek and I smile. Zayn looks at me, raising his eyebrow confused and I shrug.
"Lou, can we talk?" he asks and I nod.
"I'll be right back." I say and Eleanor nods smiling.
"What are you doing?" he asks when we're alone.
"I have to make El my fake girlfriend." I say.
"That's not fair! She really likes you!" he says.
"I know, but I have to." I say.
"Why?" he asks.
"My mom found out about Harry and me and forbid me to meet him." I say.
"Wow that's mean. I'm sorry for you mate." he says.
"I know, but Harry and me had the idea that I get a girlfriend so my mom thinks I'm over him and we meet secretly." I say.
"Clever, but what if she finds out?" he asks.
"Then I'm dead." I say.
"Well good luck then." he says and I sigh.
"I don't get it. I'm 20 and she still treats me like I'm a little child." I say.
"Because you're her only son." he says and I nod.
"It's not fair. Lottie can do what she wants." I say.
"I know man, I have the same problem." he says and I nod.
"Yeah but your parents allow you everything." I say.
"Yeah." he says,
"Louis!" Eleanor shouts and I sigh.
"I have to go." I say and go back into the pool.
"Hey, sorry that it took so long." I say and pull her into my arms.
"Oh um it's ok." she says smiling big.
Two hours later:
I spent the whole time with Eleanor and now I finally realised how much she really likes me. We go for a walk and after a while we stop.
"It was beautiful today." she says and I nod smiling.
She puts her hands around my neck, biting on her bottom lip and I puts my hands on her waist. This just feels wrong. I don't want to do that. It feels like I'm cheating on Harry.
Eleanor leans in and pulls me a bit closer as well. She presses her lips to mine and I try to kiss back, but I can't. I move my lips a bit with hers and she pulls away smiling. I feel really bad now. My stomach hurts and it feels like someone just teared my heart out of my chest. I take a deep breath and look at Eleanor.
"El, do you want to be my girlfriend?" I ask and she nods, smiling big.
She hugs me tightly and then we go back to the party, holding hands. Zayn looks a bit sad when he sees us and gives me a small smile.
"I have to go now, babe. See you tomorrow in school." I say and kiss her cheek.
I take my things and sit in my car. I rest my forehead on the steering wheel and tears are rolling down my cheeks. Why do I have to do this? Nobody should do this but I have to. I sigh and wipe the tears away. Then I drive to Harry and ring the dorbell. He opens the door and his face drops when he sees my puffy red eyes. He pulls me in his arms and holds me tight while I start sobbing against his chest.
"Shh, everything's fine." he tries to calm me down, stroking my hair.
"Come on. Let's go inside." he says and I nod, sniffing.
We sit down on the couch and he pulls me into his arms again. I sniff against his chest and he rubs my arm gently.
"What happened Boo?" he asks softly.
"I kissed Eleanor and now she's my girlfriend." I say.
"But that's exactly what we wanted." he says and I can tell that he's a bit hurt.
"No, I hurt you and I feel so bad." I say.
"I'm not hurt." Harry says, trying to hold back tears.
"I'm so sorry babe." I say and pull him closer.
He sniffs and wipes the tears away.
"No, we knew that it would be like this and we just have to learn how to act with it." he says.
"I have to learn not to get hurt and you have to act like you're totally in love with her." he says and I nod.
"But in the breaks I will still be with you." I say and he smiles.
He kisses my forehead and holds me even tighter.
"I don't want to spend time with Eleanor after school." I say.
"Do you think I like to see you two holding hands?" he asks and I shake my head.
"Boobear, I love you and please promise me that I won't lose you." he says and I pull away to look into his eyes.
"I promise you that you won't lose me. I won't choose Eleanor over you and I will always love you." I say and he kisses me gently.
"You're perfect." he says and I smile.
"Only with you." I say.
