You were an Assassin, trained by Altäir, Ezio and Edward. You had the most potential among all of the other apprentices and you were just doing your initiation.
Ezio: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, remember.."
You: "Nothing is true."
Altäir: "Where other men are limited by morality of law, remember..."
You: "Everything is permitted."
Edward: "We work in the dark to serve the light. We are the Assassins."
You the proceeded to the highest point of Florence and was supposed to perform a leap of faith.
You breathed as you jumped off the ledge, you felt so free.. Like an eagle. With that, you landed on the hay bale with a satisfying 'ploof '
Soon after, you rendezvous with Ezio as you were told he has a mission for you.
"Ah, Y/N. I see that your initiation went well, si?"
"Yes, Mentor."
"Very good. Now, I have a mission for you."
"And what is that, Mentor?"
"I want you to go on a trip, to a place called Vale."
"Vale? Isn't that where they have weird skills called auras and semblances?"
"Si. And I want you to learn these so called skills. And I have a Assassination target for you. Adam Taurus. The leader of a group called White Fang."
"I see. And when will I be leaving?"
"First thing at dawn."
"Alright." You turned your back and was going to walk away until Ezio grabbed your shoulder.
"Patience, I am not done yet."
"My apologies."
"Here are your gear. You'll be needing these."
He opened a chest to reveal a armour which was blueish black in colour and new blades.
You examined the blades and realised one of them is a hook blade.
"A hook blade, Mentor? Are you sure I'll be needing it?"
"Si. And also, the new hidden blade. Designed to work with dust. A new ingredient we discovered. Which empowers your attacks."
You took the blades and detached yours and attacked the new ones. You flicked your wrists and they slid out perfectly. You set your old pair back while grabbing the new armour.
"And finally, Y/N. Don't be afraid to make some.....lady friends."
"Mentor, As much as I would, I highly doubt that someone would be so much as interested in me."
"You never know, being an Assassin has it's charms."
"Yes, like how you managed to woo Madame Sofia Sartor."
He chuckled before replying.
"Heh, but I speak the truth. It would be wise to find a lady friend there, as they most likely skilled in using this.. Semblance."
"I'll try my best, Mentor. Anything else?"
"No, you are dismissed."
You then took your leave and went to your room. You put on the new set of armour and it fit you quite well.
You then went to retire for the day.

You woke up and saw the sun in the horizon. You then jumped out of your window and in to a conveniently placed hay stack and you ran to the docks, jumping from building to building. Soon after, you reached the docks and saw the Jackdaw docked.
You climbed aboard and saw that Edward was piloting this one.
"Aye, Y/N."
"Hello there, Captain Edward."
"Please, just call me Edward."
"Right."
You then saw his son, Haytham. Sitting on a barrel.
"He has grown quite a bit, hasn't he."
"Aye. We will be visiting my wife after sending you off."
With that, Edward commanded his fellow pirates and sailed with the Jackdaw, singing shanties along the way.
Soon after, you were attacked by a ship with a sign you've never seen before.
"White Fang."
"Who?"
"The White Fang, one of the leading criminal organisations in Vale."
"ALL MEN, MOUNT YOUR CANNONS."
You then took position as the crew started to shoot the ship, you waited as the opposing ship started to burn, but Edward docked the ship and you were the first to jump on it.
You killed two Faunus as you landed and took out your pistol to kill another two. It was then Edward's crew started rushing on board, killing everyone as you searched the ship.
You went to the lower decks as you saw a crate with 'dust' labelled on it. You opened it to see red dust, you grabbed a handful and poured it in the slot from your blade. You saw the blade shimmer red. You flicked your right hand and saw that the fire took form of the blade.
You then grabbed more and refilled the hidden blade, and kept some in a pouch. You searched and you saw a.... red scythe?
"What is this doing here."
You grabbed it as it and slung it across your back. It was surprisingly light. You also found some Vale currency and tucked it in another pouch and you went back on Jackdaw.
They apparently found valuable things and could upgrade the Jackdaw.
Then, the Jackdaw set off.

You finally noticed land in the distance. Soon after, Jackdaw docked and you said your farewells to Edward.
"We'll be here three years from now, don't get too comfortable here, yeah?"
"Yeah, sure."
Then the ship sailed off.
You then walked off and looked around the place.
You spotted a crying girl, with her friends trying to comfort her near the docks.
"They just TOOK MY CRESCENT ROSE. *Sob* Now my scythe is gone. How will I ever explain this to Ozpin? I'll be kicked out of Beacon. *sob* I hate those White Fangs."
"How'd they take it?"
"Well, one of them just grabbed it while I was on my way back to get cookies, and he just board a ship and said right off *sob*."
You grabbed the scythe and examined it. It had some words attached to its hilt.
'Ruby's Crescent Rose."
You then walked over to the crying girl with her friends.
"Hey, is this yours?"
They looked at you and the crying girl blinked before lunging at the scythe.
"OHMYGOSHCRESCENTROSETHANKYOUSOMUCHMISTERILOVEYOU-"
You gave the girl the scythe as she was hugging it dearly.
The blonde then looked at you.
"Your outfit is different. You're not from here, are you?"
"Correct. I was sent here for a mission and apparently found the scythe on a ship that attacked us."
"THANK YOU SO MUCH MISTER, WHAT'S YOUR NAME?"
You were surprised by the energy and childishness radiating from the girl.
"Uh... It's Y/N."
"HI THERE, I'M RUBY ROSE."
"Calm down, Ruby. You're scaring him." The Faunus said.
"Oh, and I'm Blake, this is Yang. And Weiss."
"It was nice meeting you all, but I best be going."
"Going, to where?"
You paused for a bit.
"Good point. Maybe to wherever fate takes me."
"That sounds really dramatic, don't you think?" Weiss said.
I chuckled and shrugged.
It was then Ruby stopped dancing with her scythe and looked at me.
"Why not join Beacon?"
"The academy? No thanks, I'm too unskilled for-"
"Lies. That thing on your wrist has dust in it. I can tell."
You flicked your wrists and showed them the fire which resembled the original blade. They looked at it in awe.
"WOW, ITS SO COOOOL~"
"That weapon.. I remember my sister holding it once, where did you get it?" Weiss asked.
"From my mentor, in Florence."
"Florence? Thats quite a journey there."
"Yeap."
"Well, I certainly believe you are more than suited to join Beacon."
You sighed as you tried to walk away. But Ruby grabbed your hand, preventing you to walk any further.
"Uh.. Fine. I'll join this.. Beacon."
"YAAAAY"
"Sheesh, Ruby. Your energy manages to amuse me." Blake stated.
