You walked into the room to see Jefferson looking through his telescope again. You stare at his lean body for a moment before walking over to him and placing your chin on his shoulder. You wrapped your arms around his waist and kissed his neck. You could feel his heart beating quicker and you smirked.
"Are you looking at Grace again Jefferson?" You whispered sadly. He nodded. And turned to face you. "I promise you that soon we will get our daughter back. Molly I swear that I will get that hat to work". He promised before planting a kiss on your lips. You ran your hands though his hair and pulled off his cravat. You lightly traced his scar with your finger. You felt his Adam's apple move under you touch. You caressed his cheek with your hand and wiped a few years as they fell from his ocean blue eyes. "Shhhh Jefferson, we will get our Grace back soon. Okay. And until that joyful day when we can get back what Regina stole from us, we still have each other. I love you Jefferson. Don't forget that. Never forget that". You felt a few tears escape your eyes. He softly wiped them and sweetly kissed your lips. "I love you too Molly". You stood there in each other's arms softly kissing each other and wiping tears until Jefferson had a thought.
"Molly I have an idea. Who one of the only people that has magic in god forsaken town?" "Emma Swan?" "Yes. So we just need Emma to make our hat with her magic". "That's amazing Jefferson!" You beamed at him. You jumped into his arms and set a passionate kiss onto his lips. "How are we going to get her here?" You asked your husband. "I have an idea". He said as he lifted his gun off the table.
**Time Skip**
You walked into Jefferson's hat making room where he sat with a gun pointed at Emma. "Hello there Emma". You said. "Who are you?" "I'm Molly Hatter, Jefferson's wife and Grace's mother". You stated. "You're crazy. Both of you are. You are obsessing over a little girl!" The blonde woman shouted. You saw pain and anger flicker through Jefferson's eyes. "What do we have to do to convince you? To convince you that we are who we say we are? That you are our savour from Regina?" You asked emotionally. You saw sympathy and guilt fill Emma's eyes. "What do we have to do to prove that we aren't crazy?" You walked over to Jefferson and kiss his cheek. "Jefferson put the gun down." You tell him. He looks at you questionably before begrudgingly agreeing.
"Emma you have a son, Henry yes?" She nodded. "And when you see him with Regina, how do you feel? And don't lie". You asked calmly. "I feel like I should be with him instead of her. I feel pain and guilt that I let him go." She answered truthfully. "Well you understand how we feel. We see our daughter everyday. We see her loving another mother, another father. At least with Henry he knows who you are. He knows that you are his mother. Grace just sees us as Mr and Mrs Hatter." You explain. She nods in understanding. "So please just make this hat work so we can take our daughter home". You begged. "I'm sorry about your daughter but both of you are crazy". Emma stated bluntly.
You looked at Jefferson as he aimed his gun at the woman. "Just make the Godamn hat!" He shouted. "No! You're mad!" She screamed as she tried to run from the room. You rolled your eyes and pulled her back to her seat.
"Ha! You call me mad!" You laughed at her, "He's the Mad Hatter!"
