My eyes focused on the television where 'orange is the new black' was playing. I chewed silently on my pizza, my eyes glancing over to Xander now and again.
"What?" He finally said after what seemed to be ages. My body became tense the moment he spoke before counting to five and relaxing my body. "Ger... he's the one that was in trouble"
"You should stop eavesdropping" He didn't sound amused but I pushed that part behind me.
"Is he okay?" I asked after swallowing some of the pizza and taking a drink of coke. When he didn't reply I looked over to him, only to see his eyes studying me.
"What do you mean is he okay?"
How could he not understand, "I mean is he alright? Like he isn't going drugs or anything, does he need rehab?"
"You sound concerned"
"Drugs ruin your life Xander, I'm serious" I shot him a frustrated look, would he just answer my question.
"Why are you concerned?"
"In case he does drugs, he could have an overdose or he could get into more trouble" I was getting annoyed at this conversation, why so many questions?
"But he was a bit of a díck to you in school? Shouldn't you be mad?" He seemed confused at this. Really? Was that all he was thinking about?
"Xander first of all, drugs really fuck up your life. Secondly, you were worse than him! And here I am sitting beside you, as your maid, eating pizza" I argued and he chuckled lightly.
"You're also wearing my top and we almost had séx-"
"Can we not right now?" I rolled my eyes. Would he ever get over that? He looked away and pulled out his phone, putting his half-eaten pizza down and he dialed in a number.
I gave him a confused glance as he held the phone up to his ear, "What are you doing?" I took another bite of my pizza as his eyes moved to look at me. He opened his mouth to explain before the person on the other line answered.
"It's Alexander Hawke" He told the other person and I couldn't help but chuckle at his full name. Didn't really suit him for some reason. He shot me a look and I quickly shut up and continued eating my pizza.
"Yes, I'm booking in for the event" He told the person. Event? What was that?
The other person spoke and Xander looked over to me before turning away.
"Yes, I'm bringing my maid, Milania Fox" He informed the other person who replied almost immediately. "She's eighteen and currently living with me"
I wanted to tell him to put it on loudspeaker but I decided it better not to interrupt the conversation.
"Remember my request earlier" Xander seemed to lower his voice but I could clearly hear it, "I don't care, make it work" He growled to the other person angrily and I placed my hand on his shoulder to calm him.
Really?
"Alright... okay... fine yeah, thanks. Bye" He hung up the phone, a frustrated look plastered on his face. I finished my third slice of pizza before washing it down with some coke before speaking.
"What was that about?" I said, taking one of the mozzarella cheese dips and chewing on it.
He bit the rest of his pizza, swallowing it before turning to face me. "I just told them to write your name down so they know who's attending it with me"
"I'm talking about the last bit, where you kind of got pissed off" I finished the mozzarella dip before wiping my mouth with a napkin. He hesitated for a moment before letting out a small sigh.
"Josueé is going to be there" He told me and I frowned, "So I requested not to be seated near him. If he attempts to talk to you, walk off" I didn't need to be told twice.
I nodded my head slowly, "That was yummy" I wanted to change subject, "Thank you, Master" I rolled my eyes and a small smile appeared on his lips.
"Oh yeah, at the event you've to call me master the whole time and call the other people who aren't servants Sir. Not my choice, they're the rules"
"I guessed as much" I shrugged as if it was nothing and he stood up from the couch, closing the pizza lid since we were both finished, walking out of the room with it before returning.
He sat back down beside me. "Are you sure you want to go?"
"Y'know, usually maids are ordered to do stuff, not asked. But yeah I'm sure" The episode we had been watching had just finished and he backed out from it, back to the Netflix home screen with the remote.
"Would you prefer I ordered you around?" I looked toward him and frowned when I saw the teasing grin on his face. I couldn't help but throw my eyes up.
"You can be so annoying" I scoffed and let out a cry when he grabbed my wrist, pulling me on top, so I was straddling him. He lay back onto the seat, watching me intently.
"Give me a lap dance" His voice sounded so serious that I froze up as I was about to get down. My eyes widened and a small frown appeared on my face... he was joking right?
"I'm not messing" It was like he read my mind and I automatically bit the inside of my cheek. I couldn't lap dance!
"I can't"
"You can't?" He cocked an eyebrow, "Well Mills, I'm your master, you're my maid. You do as I say, that's what you said" He was enjoying the situation I was in.
"You're such a pervert" I scowled, folding my arms.
"And yet you're still sitting on my lap. You don't want me to bring up earlier do you?" Yep... I hated him.
"Can we drop that? It was nothing important... and it's embarrassing" I admitted the truth, as I slowly began to climb off his lap. Both his hands swiftly went to my waist, holding my down in place and our eyes met.
I looked away, feeling slightly awkward.
"You're seriously the most awkward girl I've ever met" He groaned which led me to glance at him. He looked frustrated, his eyes closed but after a second of watching him they fluttered open.
I just shrugged in response, not really bothered by what he said because I knew it was true.
"You know, if you weren't awkward and shy, I'd say you'd give the best lap dances ever" I rolled my eyes at his words before laughing slightly.
"I probably give the best lap dance anyway, even with being awkward" I smirked, shrugging my shoulders as if I was being honest.
"Oh yeah" He raised his eyebrows.
"Yeah" I challenged him and I saw a twinkle in his eyes.
"Go ahead" He pulled his hands away from my waist which made me hesitate. I roamed my brain to think of an excuse.
Come on... think...
"I can only do it to music" I gave him a sweet smile and shrugged. He pulled the remote from under the cushion and changed from Netflix to the music channel causing me to freeze up.

"I can't do it to any song... I have to have a sexual song like I don't know, pony... or something like that" I said quickly and he shot me a look, knowing I was making excuses.
"Okay" He said and I was about to let out a sigh of relief until he pulled out his iPhone, getting up the YouTube app and typing the song 'Pony' in.
No no no no
"Uhm... I can't because-"
"Either stop with excuses and do it, or else just admit you're shít at giving lap dances. Easy as" He sounded bored at my lies and I let out a groan.
I was about to give up and storm out of the room when I remember how stubborn I was.
"Fine.. I'll do it"
