It was lunch time and I haven't seen Nick since the beginning of first period. None of his classes was my way, but that could be good. We've been spending a lot of time together so a little space wouldn't hurt. Tyler has been glued to my hip and the girls have been drooling over him. Sending me envious looks, but I just laughed and shrugged them off. I'm not Tyler's girl and they have the wrong message, but I'll be seeing a lot of him because his locker is next to mine. I closed my locker and started walking beside him to lunch.
"so are you applying for college out here or in California?"I asked picking up on our conversation.
He shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know, I love Cali, but school in New York is where I wanna go"he said.
I raised my eyebrow at him as we entered the noisy lunchroom.
"that's unusual"I said pursing my lips together.
He laughed and looked down at me.
"why do you say that?"
"Califorinia is sunny and hot girls walking around in shorts and bikinis" I began. "who wouldn't want to be in that type of environment?"I finished, getting in line of the snack machine.
He laughed at me and licked his top lip. That's one of his habits I've noticed, it's hot too.
"lesbian?"he asked.
I hit him in the arm and put my dollar into the machine. After getting me twix and a drink we sat at a table. My phone vibrated in the back of my new white skinny jeans. I pulled it out opening my new text message.
'I MISSED U'
I smiled and lightly blushed looking up at Tyler. He chuckled once he saw me cheesing and blushing.
"what?"he asked. I shook my head and replied to Nick.
'WELL COME FIND ME'
I laughed and ate one of my twixs. Tyler had a turkey sandwich and a bottle of water.
"you sure eat healthy for a boy"I said raising my eyebrow at him. Before he could answer Miley sat down beside me.
"whats up sexy?" I asked putting my arm around her neck.
"nothing gorgeous, but are you still in for my slumber party friday?"she asked. "ain't I always?"I said playing with her hair.
"does any lesbian activities go on at this slumber party?"Tyler ask stealing our attention.
Miley and I just look at him with that 'no' look. "I was just asking"he said. Hands then clamped over my eyes and I smelled my favorite smell, Nick. "guess"he whispered in my ear. I placed both my hands on top of his and pretend to think. "Robert Pattinson?" I asked biting my lip. "nope" he whispered in my ear.
I shivered and closed my eyes even though I couldn't see anything. Relaxing under his touch I said his middle name. "Jerry?" He laughed and kissed my cheek then put his arms on my shoulder leaning over my head.
"don't call me that"he said.
I laughed and pushed his shoulders making him move his face from on top of mine. Laughing Nick sat down beside me.
"you wanna grab something off campus tomorrow Demi?"he asked.
I glanced at him seeing a smile in his eyes. Nodding my head I wrapped my arm around his neck and brought him in for a kiss. Nick wrapped his arm around my waist and kissed me back, passionately and hard. I guess he doesn't care that people are watching us anymore. That made me smile through the kiss. I'm falling deeper in love with him and I hope nothing he does ends up hurting me. I'll be crushed forever if he does.

I walked Demi to her class and left campus for work. I could get used to this. My mom was setting in her car for me. I climbed into the passenger side and buckled my seat beat. "you don't think it's embarrassing to have your mother come pick you up and drop you off?"she asked driving out of the parking lot. I sigh and laid my head against the window. "I'm working on getting my own car mom, trust me" I said. "well nick your gonna be graduating this year" she started but I tuned her out all the way to my job.
