Then, I go back to sleep hoping that Derek wasn't involved in this little shooting incident.
*the next morning*
I get up, change the gauze on my waist, and then get dressed in (picture).
"Stiles will you drive me to school."
"Yeah."
*after school*
Stiles pulls out of his parking place and I see a weak Derek hold his hand up.
"Oh my god. You gotta be kidding me this guy is everywhere."
Oh my god I hope he's okay.
Scott runs over and says,"What the hell?"
I jump out of the Jeep and run to him.
"What are you doing here?",Scott asks.
"I was shot."
"Uh he's not looking so good dude."
"Why aren't you healing?"
"I can't it was a different kind of bullet."
"A silver bullet?"
"No you idiot."
I zone out until Scott says,"Derek get up."
I get in the backseat and they put Derek up front.
"Get him out of here."
"I hate you so much for this."
Then, Stiles punches the gas.

"Come on. Try not to bleed out on my seats. We're almost there."
"Almost where?"
"Your house."
" What? No you can't take me there."
"I can't take you to your own house."
"Not when I can't protect myself."
Stiles stops the car and says,"What happens if Scott can't find you're little magic bullet hmm? Are you dying?"
"I have a last resort."
"What do you mean? What last resort? Oh my god what is that? Oh is that contagious? You know what you should probably just get out."
"Start the car, now."
"I don't think you should be barking orders the way you look. In fact if I wanted to I could probably drag your little werewolf ass right out into the road and leave you out for dead."
"Shut the hell up, Stiles."
"Start the car or I'm gonna rip your throat out. With my teeth."
Stiles starts the car and drives off

"Like death!"
"You have no idea where he wants me to take you."
"If you don't find it I'm dead."
"If you want to stay alive, you need me. Find the bullet."
*at the animal clinic*
We walk in and Derek collapses onto the wall.
"Does this mean anything to you?"
"Its a rare form of wolfsbane. He has to bring me the bullet because I'm going die without it." My face turns as white as Derek's face. I crouch down next to Derek and hold his hand. We walk through a set of doors and Stiles says,"Okay."
Derek pulls his shirt off and I stand in a corner as quiet as I've ever been.
"You know that doesn't look like anything some medication and some sleep couldn't take care of."
"The infection's spreading if it reaches my heart it'll kill me."
"Positivity just isn't in your vocabulary."
"If he doesn't get here with the bullet in time I have a last resort."
"Which is?"
"You're gonna cut off my arm."
My face showed nothing but terror and I collapse onto the wall and pull my knees up to my chest.
"Oh my god. What if you bleed to death?"
"It'll heal if it works."
"Look. I don't know if I can do this."
"Why not?"
"Well the cutting through the flesh, sawing of the bone, and especially the blood."
"You faint at the sight of blood."
"No but I might at the sight of a chopped off arm!"
"How about this either you cut off my arm or I'm gonna cut off your head."
"You know I'm so not buying your threats.. Oh my god okay, okay. Totally I'll do it. I'll do it."
"What?"
Derek pukes black stuff onto the floor.
"Holy god. What the hell is that?"
"My body its trying to heal itself."
"Its not doing a very good job of it."
"Now. You have to do it now."
"Look honestly I don't think I can."
"Just do it!"
"Okay." Stiles brings the saw up and I think I start having a panic attack.
"Oh god all right here we go!"
"Stiles!"
"Scott."
"What the hell are you doing?"
"Oh you just prevented a lifetime of nightmares."
"Did you get it?"
"What are you gonna do with it?"
"Nooo."
"Derek, Derek come on Derek wake up. Scott he's not waking up. What the hell are we gonna do?"
"I don't know."
I emerge from the corner and sit at Derek's feet.
"I think he's dying. I think he's dead."
"Just hold on."
"I got it. I got it."
"Please don't kill me for this."
"Oh god!!!"
"Help!"
"Oh god!"
Derek starts burning the contents and sticks it in his arm. Then he starts screaming and convulsing. The wound heals and I run to Derek's side.
"That was awesome! Yes!"
We stare at Stiles judge mentally.
"You okay?"
"Except for the agonizing pain."
I help Derek stand up.
"Guessing the ability to use sarcasm is a good sign of health."
"Okay we saved your life. Which means your going to leave us alone. And if you don't I'm going to go back to Allison's dad and tell him everything."
"You're going to trust them, you think they can help you."
"Well why not?!? Their a lot freaking nicer than you are!"
"Yeah I could show you exactly how nice they are."
"What do you mean."
Derek leans down and whispers in my ear,"Go home with your brother I'll tell you about it later, I love you."
"I love you too."
Stiles drives me home and we get some food and then we go to bed.
***Author's Note***
I'm being walked down from the homecoming court thing by my brother and my nephew. Yay me. This is almost 1,000 words. Going to the fair Thursday with my friends and then away football game Friday. Who's going to see TST I'm going with a group. I wanna write another chapter but at the same time I wanna watch Bob's Burgers.
