Alison pov
"Alison we are going to get some food do you want to come?" Spencer asked me kindly.
I didn't answer. I just layed in my bed, no emotion on my face, staring at the blank, empty wall.
"We can get you something if you want us to." Hanna said, more of a question than a statement.
Once again, i didn't answer.
"Okay well. We'll be back okay?" Pencer said and kissed my forehead then they all left.
Once the front door shut i closed my eyes as the tears seeped out and burned my cheeks.
Emily has been in jail for a week and i am a wreck without her.
I mean how would you feel if the one thing t you cared about most in the whole world is the person who has hated you from the start? And not to mention she punched me too. And tried to kill me.
But then again...she saved me from that fire... No alison stop this.
I just can't seem to move.
Everything i do reminds me of emily. And i mean everyhting.
Watching a movie reminds me of how emily would always hold me during them and i always ended up falling asleep in her arms.
Eating a sandwich reminds me of how emily would feed me mine and i would give her the crusts because i hate the crusts.
Showers...well duh.
My bed even reminds me of emily.
God breathing reminds me of her.
And now so does thinking. Damnit alison!
I need this pain.
This throbbing pain in my heart to stop.
I just want it all to stop.
I finally stood up and went to the bathroom.
I rummaged through my things and found it.
"Bingo." I said and pukled out my razor.
I smashed it until a blade came out and i took it downstairs.
I found a bottle of tequila of my dad's.
I opened it and chugged it down.
I went to a medicine cabinet and found a bottle of xanax. Anxiety pills.
This should end it right?
I opened the bottle and drank tequila. I tossed all of the pills in and chugged tequila, washing it all down.
I took the razors to my wrists and sliced my left wrist.
I started feeling woozy.
I stumbled down and the razor in my hand sliced all the way up my right forearm.
I hit the ground and everything went black.
Spencer pov
"Let's head back and check on ali you guys." I said and we got into my car and drove home.
"Do you think she'll eat the food?" Hanna asked.
"Doubt it. But it's worth a shot right?" They all nodded and i pulled into her driveway.
We walked up and walked in, knowing she wouldn't come to the door.
"Ali we got you foo-AHHHHH!" Aria screamed and dropped the bag.
I ran over and felt my heart pump, "ALISON!" I sprinted over and turned her body over. I put my head to her chest, "she's not breathing! Call 911! Hurry!" I shouted and aria dialed them.
"Oh my god. Ali please wake up. God please alison!" I shouted and shook her.
I was sitting in a pool of her blood, a tequila bottle near her head and an empty canister of xanax.
"Shit! She took pills with alcohol." I said and started sweating.
"so?" Hanna said.
"So it's lethal! She'd dying!" I cried.
I turned back to alison, "come on ali. I can't lose you!" I screamed.
"Spencer help her!" Aria yelled.
I nodded and put my lips to alison's and breathed into her, giving her CPR.
I pushed down on her chest and breathed into her again.
"Come on ali wake up damnit!" I screamed.
I put my head to her chest.
Nothing.
I looked at her arm and there was a huge slice going all the way up to the crease.
The police came and so did an am ulance and took her quickly.
"Are there any immediate family members?" One asked.
I looked at the girls and they nodded.
"I'm her sister."
The guy nodded and let me in the ambulance.
They hooked ali up to stuff and were saying all of these medical terms.
When i see emily i swear to god i will rip her apart with my bare hands.
"Please don't die ali." I whispered.
When we pulled up to the hospital they ran alison out and i tried to follow but they wouldn't let me in the OR.
I walked back and forth.
Aria ran in with hanna.
"Where is she?!"
"She's in surgery." I said shakily.
We all hugged and i kissed aria's forhead.
"We called her dad. He's on his way." Hanna said and i nodded.
"Guys did...she do this because of emily?" Aria asked.
I sighed and sat down in a chair.
"I'm going to kill that son of a bitch." i said angrily.
"I mean. Alison fell so hard for emily and she just threw that all away. Now alison tried to kill herself because of that bitch." I said overly angry at emily.

The door opened and mr dilaurentis ran in, "how is she?" He asked us.
"We don't know but she's been in surgery for 3 hour-"
"Alison DiLaurentis?"
We all stood up, "yes?"
"Please tell me she's alive." I said on the verge of breaking down.
"She will live. She needs to take it easy. Not too much aftivity, keep the stress off of her. She will have mood swings at times and can throw up or get easily dizzy. Try to keep her away from any dangerous objects for a while. If she doesn't seem to be getting better emotional wise then i suggest having her visit a therapist." we nodded.
"What room sir?" Mr D asked.
"113."
"Thank you." We said and went down to alison's room.
When we got there she looked so pale.
"Oh my god alison." Mr D said and took her hand, sitting down.
I sat down and took her other hand, "we're here ali. I'm here." I said and kissed her hand.
"Emily?" She croaked out.
I looked at the girls worriedly and aria put a hand on my shoulder supportingly.
"No al. It's spencer, aria and hanna. Your dad is on your right." She opened her eyes and looked at us.
"I want to die." She squeaked out.
"No you don't ali trust me. Why would you want to die?" Aria asked.
"I can't live without emily." She cried.
We all looked at eachother and mr dilaurentis looked lost.
"What happened?" He asked.
"Emily was um. Arrested." Hanna said.
"She was what?! Why?"
"She was the person who killed your wife." I said slowly.
Alison closed her eyes and tears fell.
I sighed and rubbed her arm.
"I want to get out of here please. now. I just want to go." She said and ripped all the wires off of her.
"Okay ali calm down." I said and tried to slow her down.
"Let me the fuck go." She spit.
"Alison." Mr D scolded her. She sighed and i helped her stand up.
We got her in her dad's car.
"I'll meet you guys at home. I'm going with alison." I kissed aria and we got in.
Alison looked at her phone and was scrolling through pictures of her and emily.
I sighed and took her phone.
"give that back." She hissed.
"No. Stop this alison. She hurt you too many times." I said and put it in my pocket.
She looked out the window, definitely upset with me.
Alison pov
"Alison where do you think you're going?" dad asked.
"Out." I said and left before he could stop me.
I drove to the building and signed in.
The buzzer went off and the girl sat down.
She looked shocked to see me and she picked up the phone.
"Alison? What are you doing here?"
"I want answers emily." I said and stared at her very vulnerable. This could make or break me...
