Tsuna at the moment was having a staring contest with a green haired kid as the whole world went on. The kid was currently clinging onto Tsuna as if his life depended on it. "Kid , ça vous dérange lâcher ?" *Kid do you mind letting go?*he asked in annoyance. The kid shook his head. Tsuna sighed and shook his head. How did I end up in this situation?
You may be very confused as to why our little tuna fish is in a pickle, I guess that'd make him a pickled tuna...but anyways. Tsuna was stuck somewhere in France with a little kid clinging to him for dear life. You are probably wondering how he got into this strange situation, well it went a little like this...
~FLASHBACK~
Tsuna had woken up late since he was out late. He had woken up at 3 in the afternoon. He went to wash his face and changed into a pair o cargo shorts with a cameo design and a black body hugging t-shirt underneath. He slipped on his favorite orange sweater with the skull and #27 on it and headed down stairs. He made some ramen and ate it wondering where his mom was. She would usually be cleaning the pots and pans she used to cook lunch. After his quick meal he went to look for a book to read. He went to the living room and found his brothers, Gokudera, and Rui talking with Reborn. He ignored the conversation but he heard a familiar name being mentioned a few times. He grabbed a book called 'The True Confession of Charlotte Doyle' and headed out to his room.
After finishing the book he was bored again. So he went on a walk so he could digest the story. He didn't expect Charlotte to go back, he didn't expect Zachariah to be alive either. It was an amazing story. He then found himself wishing to go of on an adventure through Europe. He walked through an alley wishing of an adventure then he felt his mist flames stir within him. All of as sudden he was in an alley of a place that was most certainly not Japan. He walked out of the alley and did some exploring. Nobody payed him any attention so most likely they thought he was a tourist. Everyone was speaking french so he concluded he was somewhere in France.
He was aimlessly walking and taking some pictures when someone ran into him. He looked down and saw a small mint green haired kid that looked ass if the devil was chasing him. He asked the kid why he was running, the kid just said the Pineapple Fairy was after him.
~END FLASHBACK~
So this leads to his current situation. After he calmed the kid down said bow was clinging to him for dear life. He had spent a good amount of time trying to pry the boy of but damn the kid had a strong grip. "Votre non-abandon êtes-vous?" *You're not letting go are you?*the kid shook his head. He could only sigh helplessly. Why does the kid look so familiar? he pondered for a bit. Then he felt a tug at his shorts.
"Monsieur qui êtes-vous ... mon nom est Fran ?" *Mister who are you...my name is Fran?*
"Tsuna," he answered and smiled. The kid nodded and repeated his name in determination. Tsuna gave up on getting rid of the kid and picked him up in his arms and carried him around and decided to look for his parents. "Donc Fran wher êtes-vous parents?" *So Fran where are your parents?*
Fran frowned at the question. "Je me suis enfuie de la maison parce qu'ils me frappent toujours." *I ran away from home because they always hit me." He then began to cry and clung to Tsuna's shirt. He thought about the Fran from his world, he wondered if the sarcastic kid he knew had a tragic back story too. It would explain all the sarcasm. Sometimes after people experience trauma they tend to hide how they really feel. He soothingly rubbed Fran's back.
"Il est normal les mauvaises personnes sont partis," * It's okay the bad people are gone." he whispered into the boy's ears. "Voulez-vous venir avec moi?" *Do you want to come with me?* Fran merely nodded as he kept sobbing into Tsuna's shirt.
Tsuna began aimlessly walking once more as he decided what his first step to getting back to Japan would be. "Tsuna où allons-nous ?" the greenette asked nervously.
"Japan!" the brunette answered proudly. "Mais je ne sais pas comment revenir !!"*But I have no idea how to get back*
Fran sighed and shook his head. "Nous sommes condamnés sommes-nous pas ?' *We're doomed aren't we?* he asked monotonously.
"Oui!!"*Yep!!* Tsuna answered cheerfully. Fran shook his head in dismay. "Je suis coincé avec un dingue,"*I'm stuck with a nutcase.* he sighed under his breath. Tsuna totally ignored the obviously insulting comment and went on his way.

If you still confused as to how? Tsuna ended up in Italy as away I will explain in more detailed details. Fran is 9 in this fic.
Also people who do you want to show up next. I was thinking Spanner but who do you guys want, we can have anybody except Basil, Dino, Enma, or anybody associated with Vongola. Since he's on his little journey what things do you want to happen. We can give him a crazy job or have him in a weird situation (like ending up as the Vice President of France), something funny.
