It as been a couple of weeks since the accident of Legolas in the river
But Thranduil began to become really more protective over him
Too much protective, over everything...
Thranduil was watching him for every little things he was doing
He won't let him go outside alone, or go training...
And that truly started to upset Legolas, who just wanted to be left alone, he had enough of his father treating him like a little elfing
"Can't he just leave me alone?" Thought Legolas annoyed in his room
He hadn't had any moment of peace since then, and that really annoyed the young elf
When Legolas was going to go outside without his father noticing, a hand grab his arm
"Where are you going like that Ion-nin?" Thranduil asked
"I was just going outside ada..." Legolas replied coldly
"I didn't give you a permission Legolas, you are not going outside"
When Legolas heard this words he start to get angry at his father, he had enough of him refusing him everything
"Then... what can i do? Ada?!" Said Legolas upset in a sarcastic tone
"Legolas... do not speak to me like that, if i'm not allowing you things it's for your own good" Replied Thranduil
"No!, you just treat me like a little elfing..."
"I hate you..." whispered Legolas trying to go away
But Thranduil heard him and grab him again
"Legolas! Enough! Stop with this arrogance!" Said Thranduil holding his son by the arm
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Yelled Legolas
But Thranduil didn't let Legolas go that easely
"Legolas...!"
"Le fuion! Mítho orch!" Screamed Legolas angrily at his father
Thranduil was shocked and didn't know what to say, Legolas had never insult him like that before, he had already got angry at him before but...

Thranduil then let go off the grab of his son's arm
And Legolas ran to his room and slammed the door loudly
Thranduil didn't know what to do, he wanted to go see his son but at the same time could'nt forgive the words Legolas had yelled to him

Legolas was on his room trying to calm down, he was so angry at his father, he didn't understand why he was not allowed to do anything
He didn't want to see his father or either apologise for the insult he had said to him
Legolas then decided to do something he was soon gonna regret...
He opened his window and start to run away, carefully climbing down the exterior wall
When he finally arrived safely on the ground, he make sure nobody saw him and ran into the woods
And once in the woods far enough of the kingdom he sat down against a tree peacefully

After a couple of hours not seeing Legolas leaved his room
Thranduil still decided to go check on him, no matter if he will be mad at him again or not
Thranduil arrived in front of his son's room door and knocked at the door
"Legolas..." Thranduil called
Thranduil was expected a cold answer like "leave me alone! I don't want to see you..."
But nothing came
No answer at all...
Thranduil knocked a second time
"Ion-nin?"
Still the same deep silence
Thranduil then decided to open the door, to face his son
But...
All he see was a empty room
And a wide open window, but no sign of Legolas
Thranduil start to get really worried and went to the window and looked outside
"LEGOLAS??" Thranduil shouted
But nobody was in sight
He didn't know where his son was right now and that totally terrified him
"What have i done?" Thranduil thought
Then Thranduil left the kingdom in a hurry and ran into the woods to find his son

Legolas started to fall asleep, when suddenly he heard some sound...
"Footsteps..." Legolas thought
But it wasn't like elves footsteps, it was noisier..., more strong and when he realised what it was, he froze
"Orcs..."
But Legolas was alone qnd didn't have any weapons on, he was a easy prey for them...
Then he saw them, coming towards him...
When suddenly he heard a familiar voice calling his name
"Ada?" Legolas whispered
When Legolas was going to ran as fast as he could to where his father voice came from, a orc grabbed him from behind
The orc held him so tightly that he couldn't move at all...
"ADA!!" Legolas shouted as he kicked the orc who was holding him strongly
"Ion-nin?!" Thranduil thought worriedly, because Legolas' scream didn't reassure him at all
Thranduil ran as fast as he could to where he heard his son calling him
When he heard a strong scream
This time it was a scream of pain from Legolas because the orc began to squeeze him even tighter
Thranduil suddenly appear in front of them, when he saw the orc who was holding Legolas and Legolas being in pain it make him felt extremely angry
Luckily he had his two swords with him and ran to the orc who was holding his son
And he killed him immediatly
Then Legolas fell on the floor, finnally free from the orc
Thranduil then was fighting the other orcs and Legolas was really scared and worried for his father fighting them alone
"Ada!! On your left!" Screamed Legolas when a orc was going to hurt Thranduil
With Legolas' warning, Thranduil dodged the orc's attack
Thranduil then succefully killed them all and ran to Legolas and knelled down in front of him
"Legolas! Are you okay??" Thranduil asked really worried, touching his son face who start crying
"I'm sorry Ada... I'm really, really sorry..." Said Legolas still crying
"It's okay Ion-nin...don't cry..." Said Thranduil wipping Legolas's tears away from his cheeks
"Did they hurt you?" Asked Thranduil
"No...im maer" Replied Legolas
"I'm really sorry about what i've told you earlier... i wasn't thinking about what i said, and i should've have listen to you... forgive me..." Said Legolas hugging his father
"Hannon-le Legolas..., i'm sorry if i wasn't giving you enough space, but i was just worried about you... i'm just really scared of something happening to you Ion-nin..." Said Thranduil hugging Legolas back
"I love you, ada"
"I love you too Legolas, with my whole heart..."
