This just might be one hell of a night
Come with me, we gotta go outside
- Chase Atlantic

~ Midas ~

I looked at the cameras from inside the van. Abu was sitting where Matteo always sat, and he was the one loading the cameras up, and scanning the crowd.

"Blonde girl, on the left, red dress." Abu said, typing away as Matteo and I watched him. He was good with computers, way better than I had expected.

"Move in, slowly." I heard Yomar say before watching D'Angelo jump up from his seat. D'Angelo didn't waste any time as he wrapped his arm around the girl's waist and smiled down at her.

"You fucking idiot." Yomar said, and I pinched the bridge of my nose.

"What's a beautiful girl like you doing here all alone?" D'Angelo said, the smile on his face soft and widened. My face was blank as I stared at the screen.

"You guys better not fuck this up." I heard Leo say through his ear piece and watched as he made his way through the crowd and stood in front of one of the exits, his security vest shining in the light.

"Celebrating." The girl said, a smile forming on her face as she reached and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"How did he do that so easily?" I heard Matteo say while he stared at the computer, his mouth slightly agape.

"It's D'Angelo." Yomar said before I watched Abu shrug. D'Angelo grabbed the girl's hand, pulling her towards the dance floor and I closed my eyes. It was almost like I was watching the male version of Aurora like the first night I sent her on that mission. They were so much alike, I wondered why. I knew they were siblings, but they had a stronger bond then the other boys did. Don't get me wrong, they all loved Aurora, but D'Angelo spoke like she never left his side.

"What's your name?" He asked, looking down at the girl.

"Nora Smith." She said, and I felt my jaw clench. She didn't even lie about her name. Kelly obviously didn't condition her enough to cover her tracks.

"My car is outfront, what do you say we get out of here?" D'Angelo smirked, his muscles were defined from the sweat from dancing. His abs were showing through his shirt, and I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah. Let me tell my friends." The girl said, pushing her bag into his hands and quickly running over to a group of girls. The girls looked around while D'Angelo grabbed a beer from the bar, and waited for her. She walked back over, and D'Angelo slipped his arm around her. They walked out of the bar, and I opened the back doors of the van. D'Angelo made eye contact with me and nodded when he saw the look on my face. Yomar and Leo quickly ran out of the bar, following D'Angelo who picked Nora up, running towards the van and pushing and lifting her in.

"What the fuck!" She screamed, and Yomar jumped in while Leo went to the passenger seat. D'Angelo wasted no time, holding her down while Yomar wrapped her arms, binding them together.

"I would say I'm sorry, but I'm really not." D'Angelo said, cupping her face in his hands as we drove.

"I like them, Capo. They are strong and get the work done." Matteo whispered, and I nodded my head as the girl sat there, tape around her mouth as she looked around. Her eyes widened when she looked at me. I raised my eyebrow and she pulled her eyes away.

"We're here!" Josie yelled, putting the car in park. I opened the back door, Matteo and Yomar grabbed Nora.

"Josie, you know the drill." I said, and she nodded her head, taking her jacket off and hanging it up once we got into the basement. Nora sat on the floor, her hands behind her back still. Josie walked into the room, and we stood there.

"Why-" D'Angelo said, and I held my arm out to stop him.

"I don't kill women." I said, staring blankly as Josie punched Nora across the face.

"Where is Aurora!" Josie yelled, bending down and getting on Nora's level.

"I don't know!" Nora yelled, kicking her legs around.

"Answer me!" Josie yelled, punching her again. The blood ran from her knuckles, the body suit clinging to her body. I could see Abu staring at her, wincing when her knuckles started bleeding.

"I won't tell you shit about her!" Nora yelled and I closed my fist. My knuckles turned whiter, and I narrowed my eyes. Josie punched her again, kneeing her in the stomach.

"I hope they fucking kill her!" I straightened my back, and opened the gate. I stepped into the room and Josie looked at me with confusion. I pushed Josie out of my way, grabbing Nora by her shirt.

"Now you're going to tell me everything you know about Aurora, and everything you did to her. Do you understand me?" I gritted my teeth, and I watched her face become pale. I could hear the footsteps retract and Josie leaving the room to stand on the other side of the cell.

"He's never done this before." I heard Matteo say with confusion heard in his voice.

"He'll do it for her." Josie spoke with a soft voice and I clenched my jaw as I looked at the girl in front of me.

"Where is Aurora?" I demanded and her face paled like she saw a ghost. I grabbed a knife from the table and spun it around in my fingers.

"I don't know!" The woman screamed, and I grabbed her face in my hands.

"Wrong answer." I said, stabbing her shoulder. I didn't go deep enough, and I didn't do it in the middle, just right on the side, slicing her open. She screamed out in pain, and I heard a gasp from the group by the cell.

"What the fuck did you do to her." I said, gritting my teeth. The only thing I wanted to do right now was kill this woman, but I needed to hear what happened to her. The other night at the ball she was hunched over, in pain. The only person I could think of that would know would be Nora, Kelly's private doctor.

"She came to me with broken ribs, a sprained ankle, lots of bruises, cuts, and a bullet wound on her leg." She spoke quickly and I clenched my jaw. I pulled the gun out from my waistband, shooting her in the leg, just how they did to Aurora.

"Please- please stop!" She begged, tears rolling down her face. I placed my gun between her eyes, and pulled the trigger, her body falling to the floor.

"Congratulations, Capo." I heard Josie say, and I could almost hear the smirk on her face.

"You've just killed your first ever woman." She finished, and I looked down at the body. I don't give a shit who the fuck I just killed, all I know is that I'm one step closer to Aurora. Even if I didn't find anything of importance out, I know that she was treated and should be recovering.

"Clean this shit up." I said, walking away from the group and making my way towards the elevator and going to my office. I haven't been able to sleep right since she was taken almost a month and a half ago. I haven't been able to eat right, talk right, or even feel right. Seeing her at the ball only made things worse. Kissing her at the ball made things worse.

I leaned against my desk, feeling my breathing quicken. My heart was racing and I felt like I was going to pass out. I sat down in my chair, leaning my head back and closing my eyes. I took a few deep breaths and opened my drawer. My alcohol was gone, and I sighed. Where the fuck did it go?

"I made you a plate." D'Angelo waltzed in, my guards following him before I waved a dismissive hand. He placed the plate down in front of me, and placed his own down before sitting across from me. I narrowed my eyes at him and he grinned.

"We're going to eat together! You know, brother in laws on a brother and law date." I choked on my spit as the words came out of his mouth. I raised my eyebrow at him before he started eating.

"I took your liquor by the way, I don't think you need it." He said, swallowing a piece of the steak. I slowly ate, looking at him, trying to figure out what his deal was.

"I don't think you need to make that choice for me." I spoke, wiping my hands on the napkin on my lap.

"Well luckily for you, I did." He said, giving me a proud grin.

"You're the youngest brother, aren't you?" I said, and he nodded with a smile on his face.

"Being the youngest is the best, it's like being able to be a jerk and completely get away with it." His eyes lit up, and I found myself wanting to laugh at the evil look on his face. He wasn't much younger than me, but he sure did act like it.

"What do you like? You know all about me and my family, but we know nothing about you." He frowned, and I rolled my eyes, leaning back in my seat looking at the empty plate in front of me.

"There's not much to know." I grumbled, running my fingers through my hair.

"What's your favorite color?"

"Gold." He looked around the room and smiled sheepishly, muttering something along the lines of 'I knew it.'

"Where did you grow up?" He asked.

"Italy." His face lit up at my answer and he leaned forward like an excited child.

"Aurora always wanted to get married in Italy. Sicily, to be exact. Right along the coast line." He hummed, closing his eyes like he was trying to imagine the day that has yet to grace his presence.

"Do you have any siblings?"

"Only child." He winced, and shook his head.

"That explains the grumpiness." He mumbled and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"What do you like to do in your free time?" He asked, and I looked at him with a smirk.

"Follow me." I stood up from the desk, my chair pushing back. I walked out of my office and I could hear his footsteps run after me, trying to catch up. I got in the elevator, holding it for him before he rushed in. I clicked the garage level and watched his eyes dance with confusion.

"Are you going to kill me?" He asked, and I looked at him blankly.

"Yes." I said before he swallowed deeply.

We walked through the garage and I tossed him a pair of keys. He looked down at his hand, confused. I shook my head, grabbing my keys off the hook of the wall before I sat on my motorcycle. The bike next to me lit up when he went near it. He sat down on it, putting on the gloves and the helmet. Never in my life did I think I would be spending time with Aurora's brother, willingly.

I put my gloves and helmet on before connecting the Bluetooth headset. I heard him singing to some song before I cleared my throat. He quickly stopped, his head turning towards me. I flipped my visor down, kicking up the kickstand and starting the motorcycle. I looked over at him, making sure he was okay before I quickly pulled out of the garage. He followed behind me quickly before going by me and speeding down the street. I chuckled, hitting the throttle and shifting gears to catch up with him.

"How long have you been riding?" He asked, weaving through traffic, and I followed him, keeping up to make sure he was okay.

"Since I was fifteen. My dad is a big motorcycle guy." I said, going around him and leaning forward before shifting gears again. My black t-Shirt, hugged against my body and ruffled up. The veins down my arms looked more prominent than ever before. I turned to look behind me as I looked at the open road in front of me. D'Angelo did a good job at keeping up. I felt a smile tug at my lips, but I quickly bit it back.

"You're not too bad, Dlo." I said, before watching him fly forward and pass me. His laughter could be heard once the nickname came out.

"I knew I'd be the brother to break that shell of yours." He said.

I knew Aurora would be happy knowing that I'm taking care of her brothers. Even if they don't need me, and could do perfectly fine on their own, I can't help but feel close to them because they are a part of her. Not only do they share the same blood, personality, and looks, but they all share the same interests.I felt like I was searching for some sort of approval in these boys, maybe it was because I found myself liking their sister more and more every day. The longer she was gone from me, the more I realized how much I miss her and how much I actually loved her company.

God, please let me or Alexander find her quickly.
