Donnie was finally able to fix Metalhead from the last incident.
"I give you the new and improved Metalhead!" Donnie stated.
"Whoa." Mikey stated.
"I've been upgrading his artificial intelligence. So he'll be the perfect training tool." Donnie stated.
"You sure?" Raph asked.
"Training with Metalhead. Usually ends in him breaking something." Leo stated.
"Yeah, the last time we used him, he got taken by the Kraang and was used against us." I stated as we took out our weapons.
"I've programmed him to simulate dozens. Of fighting styles, including the Foot and the Kraang." Donnie stated.
"Pssh, can't simulate my fighting style." Mikey stated.
"Let's just go already." Raph stated.
We attack. Metalhead rockets off and punches Raph. Leo went next and Metalhead kicked him, his katana missing him. Metalhead gives him a thumbs down. Donnie begins to use his Bo but he swings him around and shoots lasers from his eyes. He used the rocketing fist on Mikey.
"Get it off!" Mikey exclaimed.
"Yame." Father stated as we all sat down.
"Can I get off the ride now?" Mikey asked.
"Donatello." Father stated.
"Metalhead, stop training program." Donnie stated.
Metalhead stops as Mikey crashes to the ground.
"I think he put my chin on my nose." Mikey groaned as I helped him up.
"I'm sorry, Sensei, but overall, I'd say that was a pretty successful test." Donnie stated.
"Successful? Metalhead almost ripped Mikey's face off." I stated.
"Please. I had it all under control." Donnie stated.
"And when you don't?" I asked.
"Donatello has created a powerful tool. It is to our advantage to study an enemy's techniques. But you must use that tool wisely." Father stated.
Metalhead begins to bleep.
"What's wrong with him now?" Leo asked.
"Something tripped the security wires. It's approaching the lair fast." Donnie stated, we go into the sewers, but Father stopped me.
"Y/n, a moment please?" Father asked.
"Of course, Father. I'll catch up with you guys later." I stated as the boys left.
The shellraiser arrives.
"I called for backup." Donnie stated.
Metalhead is driving the tank, much to their impressment and the boys see me.
"Nice, Donnie. When did you teach him how to drive?" Mikey asked.
"You did teach him how to drive, didn't you?" Raph asked.
"I wish he did, this is terrifying." I muttered.
Metalhead takes a sharp turn to follow the van until the Krang had upgraded their van with rocket launchers.
"Huh. That's new. Evasive maneuvers!" Donnie stated.
Metalhead knocked a few turns to avoid the rockets. Leo losses his footing.
"Deploy garbage cannon!" Donnie exclaimed.
They fire one of the missile launchers right at the van, and managed to knock one off.
"Hey! Yeah. Garbage beats Kraang rocket." Mikey stated.
"Pull up alongside." Leo stated.
"Now we're talking. This bug better be worth it." Raph stated.
Raph and Donnie get to the other side. The truck moved to the side, making them fall. Donnie gets stuck.
"A little help? Whoa!" Donnie exclaimed.
"Gotcha." I stated as I caught Donnie.
Another krang was about to shoot before it got hit by a garbage ball. We get back on board and climb on the shellraiser. Metalhead shifted and collided with the car.
We suddenly crashed and we exit out of the shellraiser.
"Watch out. There's no way out of there. Metalhead, stay with the Shellraiser. Before you blow anything else up." I stated.
"He stopped the truck, didn't he? The Kraang know we're coming. He can help." Donnie stated.
Metalhead gave a thumbs up and activate his weapons and started flying.
"Ugh. Whatever." I stated.
They enter the garage but the Kraang has disappeared.
"They just disappeared? That's impossible." I stated.
"There must be a secret door. Or a hidden passage somewhere. Fan out." Leo stated.
They search the garage. Mikey looks at the lockers but finds nothing.
"Oh, yeah? Well, how about now? Well, okay, then. You win this round." Mikey stated.
"Metalhead, use your scanners to check the structure for any hidden rooms or passageways." Donnie stated.
Metalhead bleeps and flies off. He scanned around.
"It tickles." Mikey said.
"Tickle ray? Real useful upgrade, Donnie." I stated, sarcastically.
"It happens to be a three-dimensional volumetric scan. But that doesn't make sense. There should be tire marks or a seam in the floor, but the Kraang left no trace at all, just some junk and-" Donnie stated as Mikey finds a vending machine.
"A super macho burrito? Whoo, yes. It's the ultimate combination of pizza and burrito- Pizzarito. It's super and macho. I'm going in." Mikey stated as he tried to reach for it.
"Do you have any idea how long that's been in there?" Raph asked.
"Who cares? Super and macho. Lengua y queso." Mikey stated.
"Your arm's stuck, isn't it?" I asked.
"Ugh.. Possibly. Maybe On purpose." Mikey stated.
Raph pulls him out and sees something. The vending machine is revealed to be a computer.
"It's like a vending machine from the future." Mikey stated.
"A Kraang computer? Mikey, you're a genius." Donnie stated.
"That's how I roll." Mikey stated.
"Can that computer tell us where the Kraang went?" Leo asked.
"Metalhead, see if you can access its database. It should tell us where they disappeared to." Donnie stated.
"Uh, are you sure plugging Metalhead Into unknown Kraang tech is a good idea?" I asked.
"Trust me, Leo, the Kraang processor in Metalhead. Makes him perfectly compatible with their computers. What could go wrong?" Donnie stated.
Metalhead explodes, sending us flying. The explosion was nothing left of the console and vending machine.
"Great, Donnie. Great. Not only did we lose the Kraang, but Metalhead blew up our only clue to where they went." Leo stated.
"Even worse, he blew up my super macho burrito." Mikey stated.
"It must've been some kind of energy surge. You okay, little buddy?" Donnie asked.
Metalhead looks at him and nods. Only for his fist to rocket off. and hits Mikey.
"Seems fine to me." I stated.
"Can we go home now, please?" Mikey asked.
"What about the Kraang?" Leo asked.
"What about 'em? Spider Bytez is their problem now." Raph stated.
"But what did they want with him?" I asked.
Donnie looks at Metalhead. Later back at the lab. Donnie plugged Metalhead to see if his software was affected.
"Metalhead's memory core isn't too badly damaged. Stop it, Mikey. It seems that the Kraang security algorithms were too complex to decrypt." Donnie stated.
"Less science-y, more English-y." Raph stated.
"I should be able to retrieve. What he downloaded from the Kraang computer. Mikey! He might take a little time to fix, though." Donnie stated.
"How long?" Leo asked.
"Well, in technical terms.. A while. Duck!" Donnie exclaimed.
They dodged the fists and Mikey gets knocked by them. After a while, in the living room.
"We know the Kraang rebuilt T.C.R.I. What if they got the portal working again?" Donnie asked.
"That's what we need to find out. Ah! How's it going, Donnie?" I asked.
"Not bad! GAAHH!! WAAH!! WAHAHA!! YAAAHH!!" Donnie exclaimed as he caught himself on fire.
"Okay, Donnie. It's late. Give it a rest." I stated.
"I've almost got it. Just working out the bugs. Whoa!" Donnie exclaimed.
A loud explosion as Donnie goes back to the lab.
"Donnie. You got to shut down his A. I." Leo stated.
"Shut down his A. I.? But that would be like turning off his brain." Donnie stated.
"Leo's right, Donnie, he's just too dangerous." I stated.
"We need him, you two. The Kraang and the foot are armed up more than ever." Donnie stated.
"It's not worth the risk. Metalhead was glitchy before he plugged Into that Kraang computer. He was taken over by the Kraang once already. Are you sure you can trust him?" I asked.
"Maybe you're right. I'll take care of it." Donnie stated.
"Sorry, Donnie." Leo and I stated in unison as we went to the living room.
[Then we hear noises from the lab so we enter the lab and saw Donnie his head in the water.
"Donnie, what are you doing?" Raph asked.
"Yeah, dude, you know better than to go algae diving without a spotter." Mikey stated.
I pulled Donnie out and saw Metalhead close the door on us.
"Locked." Leo stated as he tried to open the door.
"Open this door, you oversized toaster!" Raph exclaimed.
"What about the garage door?" I asked.
We tried the garage door but it didn't work.
"No good. He welded it shut." Donnie stated.
"Donnie, I told you he was dangerous. Now he's probably out there trashing the city." Leo stated.
"Well, I'll fix it. We just got to get out of here." Donnie stated.
[Mikey started banging on the door.]
"Help! Help! Somebody! Killer robot on the loose!" Mikey exclaimed.
"What are you doing? You don't want Splinter to-" Raph stated.
"Do you boys have any idea what time it is?" Father asked.
"Uh, pizza time?" Mikey asked.
"Why was the door locked?" Father asked.
"The truth is that Me-" I said, before Leo covered my mouth.
"The truth is, Sensei, we got to meet April at Murakami's- Big mutant Sushi problem. We'll be back before dawn. Don't wait up for us." Leo stated.
Later outside.
"Should we just follow the cries of terror or-?" Raph asked.
"Metalhead couldn't have gotten far. If his tracking device is still active Let's see, hmm. Oh, there! Make a left at the next block. There he is." Donnie stated.
We followed Metalhead as he entered a portable toilet.
"Over here. Going into..." Raph said.
"A porta-potty?" Leo asked.
"Maybe he has to change his oil. Wait. I saw this on a magic show. There's a secret door down here. Hello? Definitely not a secret door. I think I'm gonna hurl." Mikey stated.
He opened it and out came a portal.
"What was that?" I asked.
"I don't understand. It ..it was just..." Donnie stated as Mikey opens it.
"Um, ta-da!" Mikey said.
"What? How did you do that?" Donnie asked.
"I just got the touch. L. T. D. Like a turtle do?" Mikey said as more of a question.
"It's some kind of dimensional gateway, like the Kraang portal. This must be how they disappeared. Hmm. I wonder if.." Donnie stated.
He slowly reaches through only to get dragged in.
"Whoa! Guys!" Donnie exclaimed.
"Donnie! Guys!" I exclaimed.
Me and Leo gets dragged in with Donnie and we all land on the floor.
"The portal it's closing!" Donnie exclaimed as it fully closed.
"No turning back now." Raph stated.
"So is this Dimension X?" Leo asked.
"If it was, we probably wouldn't be able to breathe. My guess is.." Donnie stated.
"Not Dimension X. Got it." Raph stated.
"Guys. I found where they took Spider Bytez." Mikey stated.
Michelangelo points his finger at Kraang taking Spider Bytez to the prison cell. The Kraang tranquilize him. Then we see Slash.
"Spike?" Raph asked.
Kraang shot him as well. Slash groans weakly. The Kraang have captured all the mutant enemies and allies: Spider Bytez, Slash, Mutant Wasps, Dr. Tyler Rockwell, Cockroach Terminator, Snakeweed, Justin, even April's mutated father Kirby O'Neil.
"It looks like a prison." Donnie stated.
"Snakeweed?" I asked.
"Dr. Rockwell?" Mikey asked.
"Oh, no. Mr. O'Neil. We got to get him out of here." Donnie stated.
They stealthily fight the Kraang and get to Kirby's cell.
"Uh, guys?" I asked.
They looked down and saw Metalhead working on the computers.
"Metalhead." Donnie stated.
"Is he working for the Kraang?" Leo asked.
"Dude, I knew something didn't feel right when he grabbed my face." Mikey stated.
"He came here to free the mutants. All along, we thought he was going crazy, but he's here just to save 'em." Donnie stated.
"Guys. We got company." Raph stated.
"We got to help him!" Donnie exclaimed.
"Donnie, wait." I said.
Donnie jumps down and knocks down the droids. Metalhead started to join in and so did Leo, Raph, Mikey and I.
"Kraang, release the mutant captives that are controlled by Kraang." Kraang stated.
The Krang start to free the mutants. Snakeweed and Spike Bytes leap down
"The ones that are turtles and the girl that I call frogs. Must be Destroyed!" Spider Bytez.
"Is it me, or is Spider Bytez. A lot less Spider Bytez and a lot more Kraang-y?" Mikey asked.
Mikey grabs onto his limbs and gets thrown while Donnie gets wrapped in the pink vines until Leo frees him.
"Exterminate all mutants." Kraang stated.
"So what do we do, fearless leader?" Raph asked.
"I'm open to suggestions." Leo stated.
Metalhead begins to take action and knocks down the soldiers and pulls out limbs and sets the mutants free from the control device.
"The device that is the control device. Is no longer controlling." Kraang stated.
"Frogs, are you getting me out of here, or do I got to do it myself?" Spider Bytez asked.
"Metalhead, see if you can open a portal. We're getting out of here." Donnie stated.
"Right. All of us mutants too." Leo stated.
Metalhead begins to release all the mutants and open the portal.
"Metalhead did it. He opened the portal." I stated.
"My turn. Keep me prisoner?" Slash asked.
He punches the krang and throws them. All of the Squirrelanoids, Wasp mutants, Pigeon Pete and others escape and fight the mutants. All of the mutants have left through the portal.
"The machine that opened the portal. Must close the portal." Kraang stated.
"Metalhead, you got to keep the portal open!" Donnie stated.
"Let's get out of here." Leo stated.
"Mr. O'Neil. Fly out of here, please. For April. Go! Now!" Donnie stated.
We head up there and help save Kirby.
"Metalhead, we're leaving." Donnie stated.
They begin to climb to the top.
"Come on, you tin can! Move!" Raph exclaimed.
"He has to keep it open for us." Donnie stated.
"But what about him?" I asked.
"We don't have a choice." Donnie stated.
All except Donnie leave, Donnie gives his robotic son a thumbs up, right before he goes to portal.
"Metalhead? Oh, no." Donnie said.
Heartbroken, Donnie goes to take his deceased robot's head.
"Dude, he saved us." Mikey stated.
"He saved all of us. You're right, Donnie. I should've trusted you." Leo stated.
"We both should've." I stated.
"I programmed him to be intelligent, but I didn't realize how much he had evolved." Donnie stated.
"Donnie, I'm sorry about Metalhead, bro. I didn't really mind it when he grabbed my face. His hands were soft For a robot." Mikey stated.
"Thanks, Mikey." Donnie stated.
"Do you think you'll try building another Metalhead?" I asked.
"Maybe I will one day." Donnie stated, smiling at me.
