Y/n POV
We are fighting the Kraang.
"When fight is concluded, the ones called "the turtles" are defeated by Kraang." Kraang said.
Leo looks up, then he continues fighting them.
"I'll save you, Raph!" Leo exclaimed.
"You'll save?" Raph asked.
Leo plants his feet against the wall and disarms a Kraang while he lands on top of a Kraang's head and sliced its arms off.
"Relax, Mikey. You're safe now." Leo stated.
"Thanks! Wait, I was fine." Mikey stated.
I knew something was going on and even Raph became suspicious.
"Donnie! Behind you!" Leo exclaimed.
"The wall?" Donnie asked.
Leo sliced a Kraang droid.
"Uh, what the heck was that?" Donnie asked.
"Yeah, you trying to impress us? 'Cause it totally worked." Mikey said.
I look up and I saw Karai and then she was gone.
"What is it, Y/n?" Donnie asked.
"I thought I saw something. What about you, Leo? Did you see something?" I asked.
"No." Leo said.
"Turtles first, right?" Raph asked.
"Turtles first." Leo stated.
They stare at each other.
"You feel like we're missing something?" Donnie asked Mikey.
"All the time." Mikey stated.
In the dojo Leo and Raph spar and I was just in the dojo making sure they don't hurt each other. There was a tension between the two and I knew it was going to burst any second.
"You knew the Foot Clan was watching us." Raph stated.
"Not the Foot. Karai." Leo stated.
"Karai is the Foot. You knew she was watching, and all you did was show off." Raph stated.
"I was demonstrating how formidable we are. I knew she wasn't going to attack us." Leo stated.
"Of course not. She's studying our moves for next time. You don't flirt with the enemy, Leo. You take 'em down." Raph stated.
"No. You're wrong about her. She has a good side." Leo stated.
"Oh, yeah? Well, if that's what you're doing, why don't you go tell the others?" Raph asked.
"Because they wouldn't understand." Leo stated.
Raph pins him down to the wall with his arm.
"You really think Mikey and Donnie wouldn't understand? You really think Donnie wouldn't understand? You think Y/n wouldn't understand?" Raph asked.
"Look, I know what I'm doing. You have to trust me." Leo stated.
"Why should I?" Raph asked.
"What is going on in here?" Father asked.
"Uh, nothing important. Right, Raph?" Leo said.
"Right." Raph stated.
"They were sparring and talking about this Karai girl from the foot clan." I stated.
Father, Leo and Raph look at me in shock.
"Y/n, you little snitch." Raph muttered as he started chasing me.
I was lucky that I was faster than him, when I had to be.
I decide to go topside and sit on a rooftop, thinking about my parents.
"Mom, dad, where are you? Where do I even start to look? They left me in sewers, so I can't exactly start there. Maybe something was left with me and Father hasn't shown me yet? I don't even know where to start, but The Shredder knows something about my parents. But I can't get close to him without getting killed, so I guess I'm on my own. But, hey, why worry about a family who left you when have a family, 4 amazing brothers and a very loving father." I said to myself.
"Well that is sad, that you can't find your parents and the person that knows anything about them is your enemy." I hear Karai say behind me.
"How'd I know you'd show up?" I asked.
"'Cause you're not good at hiding from me like Leo?" Karai said.
"Like last night. I knew you were there." I stated.
"You were there? I didn't notice. I did see a bunch of robots, though. What's their deal?" Karai asked.
"Their deal is they're incredibly dangerous. Stay away from them." I stated.
"I like them already. Something else is going on. What is it?" Karai said.
"I'm not sure I should tell you anymore. Raphael says I can't trust you and honestly, I don't trust you myself." I stated.
"You both make a good point. Eventually, I am going to destroy you and your brothers." Karai stated as we started fighting, my katanas and her katana.
"I said this once, I'll say it again, stay away from my brothers!" I exclaimed as we clashed weapons.
"You know Leo doesn't think you are." I stated.
"Really? And what do he think this is?" Karai asked.
"Leo's think it's a cry for help. He thinks you're looking for a way out of the Foot Clan, and he thinks he can help you."
"That's adorable. Stupid, but adorable." Karai stated.
"Really? You think he's-" I stated as I follow her.
"You wanna play games? I can handle it, but I need your word that you will not attack my brothers." I stated.
"You know I can't do that." Karai stated.
"Then understand this. If you come after them, I'll come after you. Hear me?" I asked.
"Loud and clear." Karai stated.
When I found my brothers they were in the living room.
"Where have you been?" Raph asked, turning to me.
"Just topside, thinking about stuff." I stated as I popped a squat on the couch.
"Thinking about your parents again?...Did something happen up there? You're sweaty." Leo asked.
"Just thought I would do a little parkour on the rooftops, but no worry, no one saw me and I made sure of it." I stated.
"Okay, guys, what do you want: omelet pizza or pizza omelet?" Mikey asked.
"What's the difference?" Raph and I asked in unison.
"Okay, you caught my bluff." Mikey stated.
Then all our phones pinged.
"Hey, did you guys just get a mass text from April?" Donnie asked and we all nodded.
"Well, does yours also say she's being attacked by an old lady?" Donnie asked.
"Sure does." Leo stated.
"Yep." Raph and I stated in unison.
"Is that considered an emergency?" I asked.
"I guess. Let's go!" Leo stated.
Me and my brothers enter the school. Mikey was amazed that he had never been inside a high school before.
"Sweet So, this is what school is like." Mikey stated.
The alarms start to go off but Raph stabs it. Once the alarm is off, we noticed an old lady, probably the one April texted us about.
"Okay, I feel stupid." Raph stated.
"Ugh, April's gotta learn the T-phones are for emergencies only." Leo stated.
Campbell turned her head, her red eyes glowing.
"A-A-April O'Neil?" The old lady asked.
"Ah, sewer bunnies." Raph and I stated in unison.
Campbell began to fire launches from her elbows and fire missiles. It explodes, sending them flying.
"Leo, I think this does count as a-" Mikey said.
"An emergency. I know!" Leo exclaimed.
The old lady screeches, destroying the handrail of the stairs. Raph leaped at her and captured her hand with his sai. She spins and throws him onto the trophy case. Then she takes out a soldier and throws sharp paper at him. Raph dodged again as the old lady crawled like a spider before getting back to normal stance.
"All right, guys. Let's put old mother hubbard back in her cupboard." Leo stated.
"Dude, it literally hurts to listen to you sometimes." Raph stated.
She fires again and the turtles start to cut off her arms and her face. To their shock, it is revealed that she is not human but a Krang droid with the logo on it.
"Mikey! The water fountain!" Leo exclaimed.
"I know! School has everything!" Mikey said.
"No! Spray her!" I exclaimed.
Mikey turns on the fountain and electrocutes her. She shuts down and falls to the ground.
"April! Where are you?" Donnie asked.
April appears from a locker and kicks the Droid's body.
"And stay down! Thank you, guys." April said.
"You are so welcome." Donnie said.
"So what the heck is that thing?" April asked.
"It looks like a Kraang droid minus the Kraang." Leo stated.
"She said she was from the Worldwide genome project." April stated.
"Whoa. How did the Kraang know you sent your DNA spit to the Worldwide thingamajig project?" Mikey asked.
"The Kraang must've hacked into their system. Who knows what kind of info they could be stealing?" Donnie asked.
"April, you'd better head to the lair, where it's safe. We'll go check out the Worldwide genome project." I stated.
"But, first, we gotta take down the eastside high panthers. According to that poster, they've got it coming." Mikey stated.
The boys and I started to head to the worldwide genome.
"So how do we get in?" Raph asked.
"Leave it to me. I've got an app for that." Donnie said.
"I've got an app for that, too." Raph stated as he crashed through the door.
Once we enter inside, everything looks dark.
"You know, for a human lab, this place is awfully Kraang-y." Mikey said.
"Guys, I think the Kraang are the Worldwide genome project." I stated.
They entered the main center to find a tank of mutagen in the middle while large contains made up of animal DNA is labeled. Two Krang droids fire but Donnie knocked them down as Raph shoved them into an empty container.
"What are those?" Leo asked.
"Well, it looks like they're collecting DNA from every plant and animal species on Earth." Donnie stated.
"What?" Leo asked.
"Building blocks, dude. I'll drop the science on you later." Mikey stated.
"I wonder what they're doing with all this DNA." I said.
"Whatever it is, it can't be good. Let's shut this place down." Leo stated.
"Hey, where's Raph?" Mikey asked.
I look up and see that Raph is holding Karai.
"Gotcha!" Raph exclaimed.
"Karai!" Leo and I exclaimed, with different tones, Leo with concern and me with anger.
"Ka-who?" Donnie asked.
"Bet you think you're pretty slick." Raph said.
Karai gets out of Raph's hold, pinning him down with her foot.
"I have my moments." Karai stated.
Raph starts to attack Karai.
"Raph, Karai! Stop it!" Leo exclaimed.
"Okay, what the heck is going on here? How do they know her?" Donnie asked.
"Yeah, and how do we know her? Wait. Do we know her?" Mikey asked.
"So this is the stuff that turns people into monsters, huh? How's it work?" Karai asked about mutagen.
"Why don't you lean in a little closer, and I'll show you?" Raph asked.
Leo gets between Raph and Karai.
"Enough! You're gonna set off...one of those." Leo said as he accidently pressed a button.
"Nice going, Leo. You're protecting her? What is wrong with you? She is bad news." Raph stated.
"No, she's not!" Leo exclaimed.
"Yeah, I am." Karai stated.
The droids appear and surround us.
"The ones who are not authorized by the authority of Kraang to exist in this place will now be destroyed by Kraang in this place." Kraang stated.
"This day just keeps getting better." Karai stated as she started to attack the Kraang.
"Look. See? She's on our side." Leo stated.
"Are you even listening to yourself?" Raph asked.
"I like your brother, Leo. He's almost as entertaining as you and Y/n." Karai stated.
"Oh, when this is over, I'll show you how entertaining I can be." Raph threatened.
Everyone stepped back as the Kraang took out a cannon.
"Kraang is now arriving to provide the help that has been requested by Kraang." Kraang stated.
"We're trapped!" Leo stated.
"No. You're trapped. What happens if I do this?" Karai asked as she threatened to push a button.
"No!" Raph and I exclaimed in unison.
"Don't do that!" Leo exclaimed.
"Highly undesirable outcome." Kraang said.
"Well, now I gotta." Karai stated.
She pressed the button and the ooze started to rise up. The ooze began to flow as everyone watched and Raph kept me behind him. Tentacles began to emerge and grab the droids. The mist cleared and now it is revealed to be a strange looking, mutant, More like a giant octopus with jellyfish eyes, armadillo armor, bat ears and a cat's voice.
"Aww. He's so cute." Mikey said.
The creature extended its head and roared. The droids began to fire at the mutant hybrid as it screeched.
"Whoa! That is wicked." Karai stated.
"How the heck am I gonna name this?" Mikey asked.
"Good question. Well, see ya." Karai stated as she left with a droid.
"You're not gonna help us beat this thing? It's your fault!" I exclaimed.
"I'll let the heroes handle it." Karai stated.
"Uhh! I trusted you!" Leo exclaimed.
"I know! That's messed up, right?" Karai asked.
Karai rudely leaves. Leonardo becomes heartbroken by Karai's true color as Kraang shoots the hybrid mutant. again. The creature screeched and whipped its tentacles.
"So, guys, we all fans of Karai yet?" I asked, sarcastically.
"I don't know who she is, but I know I hate her!" Donnie exclaimed.
"Hey, look, Leo. The Kraang are on our side now." Raph stated, sarcastically.
"Save it." Leo said.
The hybrid continues to chase them. Raph gets stuck in its grasp but gets freed.
"Nice try, Octo-punk!" Raph shouted.
"No, no! Call him 'Octo-eyeball-jelly-bug'! Ahh, let's just call him Justin." Mikey stated.
The hybrid knocks Me, Mikey and Raph out, then electrocutes Donnie and Leo gets knocked down. But I managed to save my head so i could stay awake and not fully pass out.
"Raph's right. It is my fault." Leo stated.
Leo yells in fury and charges at the hybrid avoiding its electric eyes. He starts to attack the creature as it screeches.
"Hey, Justin! This ends now." Leo shouted.
Leo deflected the bolt and then raised his other katana, letting the sparks flow and attacked, stabbing the tank. It exploded and the blast hit the hybrid. Justin screeches in pain and slammed through the wall.
"Take that, Justin!" I exclaimed.
Leo: Come on! Let's get out of here!
They began to leave as the building caught on fire.
"So-" Mikey said.
"We're thinking somebody should start talking." Donnie stated.
We all got to back to the lair and we are in the dojo.
"I should've told you about Karai sooner, but I really thought there was a chance she would be good, and I guess I sort of liked her. Go ahead. Laugh." Leo said, sighing in defeat.
"Dude, I can't believe you trusted her." Mikey said, upset.
"I can't believe you didn't trust us enough to tell us." Donnie stated, livid.
"I was wrong. I'm really sorry." Leo said.
"I tried to warn him." April stated, disappointed.
"You too, huh?" Raph asked April.
"Leonardo, you are not the first young man or turtle to make a fool of yourself over a girl." Father stated.
"What about Donnie?" Mikey asked.
"However, when that girl is a Kunoichi in the employ of your enemy, that is an error you cannot afford." Father stated.
"Hai, sensei." Leo said.
"Deception is the ninja's most powerful weapon, and it seems Karai is a master." Father stated.
"I know. We can't trust her. I see that now." Leo stated.
"Good. You must learn from your mistake." Father stated.
"Thank you for understanding. I'm glad you're not mad." Leo stated.
Father stopped in his tracks and looks at Leo and I could tell that he is mad.
"Who says I'm not mad?" Father asked.
Father injures his leg by stomping him with his cane as a punishment as Leo cries painfully.
Leo goes to his room as Raph and I comfort him.
"Hey, big bro. I'm glad you came to your senses." I stated.
"You were right. I don't know what I was thinking." Leo said.
"Well, I can see how you'd think she's hot in an evil kind of a way." Raph stated.
"Yeah. Well, don't worry. I am so over that." Leo stated as all three of us hugged it out.
