San

"Are you sure you don't need me to drive you there?", San asked.

The atmosphere in his dorm was surprisingly calming. For the first time in what seemed like forever, San and Yuqi were relaxed around the other.

No yelling, no fighting, no cussing.

Just them.

"It's okay Oppa, I promise", the pinked haired answered as she checked her phone for the time, "Soyeon will pick me up in a few minutes"

San hummed, opening Yuqi the door.

She sighed, stepping past her now ex-boyfriend, out the door.

"Oppa", they locked eyes. Eyes, San hadn't properly looked at in a very long time. Yuqi really was breathtaking, "Are we still gonna go to the graveyard together on Sunday?"

The day of their family's death.

"Of Course, Yu. We'll always go together", San offered the younger a weak smile before carefully pulling her into a soft hug, "I don't want to loose you because of this"

He felt Yuqi smile, her face in the crook of his neck.

"Don't worry", she said, hugging him back just slightly tighter, "If we're not getting married, then you should at least pick out my wedding dress in the future"

"Are you making me your best man right now?"

"Nah, you'll be my maid of honor"

The remaining pieces of uncomfortable tension finally crumbled away as the two shared soft laughter.

Yuqi was the one to break the hug, slipping out of San's grip easily.

"I should get going. I bet Soyeon's already outside"

San nodded, "Sure. I'll see you on Sunday, Yu"

"Goodbye Oppa"

She closed the door on her way out.

Wooyoung

As Wooyoung sat in the kitchen, his mind preoccupied with thoughts of upcoming exams and academic responsibilities, he sighed as he took a sip of his coffee. The warm liquid provided a brief respite from the stress of his studies, offering a moment of calm in the midst of chaos.

Beside him, Felix bustled about the kitchen, his skilled hands expertly maneuvering pots and pans as he prepared their meal. Next to him, Lia. Aka Jongho's new girlfriend. It didn't exactly look like she was much of a help for Felix but the freckled didn't seem to mind.

Wooyoung watched him with a sense of admiration, impressed by his friend's culinary skills and dedication to the task at hand.

Wooyoung sucked at cooking.

Jongho sat across from Wooyoung, his attention focused on his phone as he scrolled through social media feeds, occasionally pausing to respond to messages or check notifications. Wooyoung glanced over at him, a small smile playing at the corners of his lips as he observed his friend's relaxed demeanor.

"Hey, Jongho," Wooyoung began, breaking the comfortable silence that had settled over the kitchen. "Got any plans for tonight? I can't force myself to study again"

Jongho looked up from his phone, a faint smile crossing his face as he met Wooyoung's gaze. "Not really," he replied with a shrug. "Just hanging out with Lia tonight. Maybe watch a movie or something."

Wooyoung nodded, the mention of Jongho's new girlfriend sparking a twinge of jealousy deep within him.

"Boring ass bitch"

He quickly pushed the feeling aside, reminding himself that he was happy for his friend and had no reason to feel envious.

Before he could dwell on the thought any longer, Felix's voice broke through the air, pulling Wooyoung's attention back to the present moment. "Woo, can you help me set the table?" Felix called from the kitchen counter, where he was busy putting the finishing touches on their meal.

"Gladly. I'm fucking starving" Wooyoung replied, pushing aside his papers and rising from his seat. He moved to the cupboard, retrieving plates and utensils as he prepared to set the table for their meal.

The four of them quickly arranged their plates and seats before Felix started to hand out food like in a cafeteria.

As they began to eat, Jongho instantly started to gush over Lia's cooking, praising her skills and showering her with compliments.

Wooyoung couldn't help but roll his eyes at the display of affection, finding it all a bit too cheesy and romantic for his taste.

"Wow, Baby, this is amazing," Jongho exclaimed, taking another bite of the food on his plate. "You're such an incredible cook."

Felix shot Wooyoung a knowing look, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips as he caught his friend's eye. Wooyoung simply shook his head in disbelief, muttering under his breath about the absurdity of the situation.

"Yeah, you most definitely did a good job at watching, Lia", Wooyoung said, forcing a polite smile as he addressed Jongho's girlfriend. "But let's give credit where credit is due. Felix is the master chef here, not you."

Felix chuckled at Wooyoung's blunt comment, shooting him a playful glare before turning his attention back to his plate. Lia looked slightly taken aback by the remark, but quickly recovered with a gracious smile.

"Oh, of course," she replied, her tone polite but tinged with a hint of disappointment. "Thank you, Felix, for letting me help"

As the conversation shifted to other topics, Wooyoung's eyes were fixed on the new couple.

Why the fuck did he feel like a third wheel in his own kitchen?

It sucked to watch them feed each other like in those kdramas.

They seemed so happy and in love, completely absorbed in each other's company. It was a stark reminder of his own lackluster love life, and the one person who always seemed to occupy his thoughts: San.

Was he actually going to break up with Yuqi?

Despite his best efforts to push the thoughts aside, Wooyoung found himself dwelling on memories of their time together, the moments they had shared, and the undeniable chemistry that had sparked between them.

He couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to have someone like San by his side, someone who made him feel truly alive and understood.

An actual boyfriend.

"Yo Woo", Felix ripped him out of his thoughts, "Should we join?"

"Join? Join what?"

"Lia just said it"

"Well if I would have heard what Lia said, I wouldn't be fucking asking again. So please, may you repeat yourself, Lia?"

".."

"I was just asking If you guys want to join Jongho and I tonight when we-"

"Yeah, I'd rather fucking not. Big pass from my side. Don't wanna know what you two will be doing tonight"

"Woo! Let her talk for fucks sake! What's wrong with you today?!", Felix interrupted his little rant, instantly causing Wooyoung to shut up.

Lia's tense posture relaxed a little as she awkwardly smiled at the interaction.

"Uhm, yeah", she hesitantly continued, seeking some kind of  reassurance from Jongho who was busy shoving food into his mouth, "I didn't mean.. that.. I actually reminded Jongho that we had booked a night in the Spa today. We could call and ask if you guys could tag along? If you want?"

"Why would you want two men you've only just met in the Spa with you and your boyfriend?", Wooyoungs expression didn't hide his annoyance in the slightest.

He didn't even know why she was annoying but she was.

"I just.. thought. I don't know"

"I'd love a Spa night!", Felix beamed at her, offering her a little comfort as Jongho finally looked up from his plate.

"It's not THAT romantic, you know? I've been there with guy friends aswell. I think you'd like it Woo, don't be a bitch", Jongho then said, laying an arm around Lia's shoulders, "You could ask San to tag along if you want romance that bad"

Wooyoung felt his ears turn pink at the mention of San's name, his heart fluttering at the mere thought of spending time with the other man. He swatted Jongho's shoulder lightly in response, trying to play off his embarrassment with a casual shrug.

"I don't know, Jongho," Wooyoung replied, feigning nonchalance. "San and I haven't really talked about... you know, where we stand or anything."

Felix, who had been listening quietly to the conversation, interjected with a knowing smile.

"Well, it's not like he's got anyone else to go with now, does he?" he remarked, his tone casual, almost completely unbothered by the statement.

Wooyoung's eyes widened in surprise at Felix's revelation. "Wait, San broke up with Yuqi?" he exclaimed, feeling a mix of shock and confusion. He couldn't believe that he hadn't been informed of such a significant event, especially considering how close he and San had become.

Well, physically at least.

Felix nodded in confirmation. "Yeah, Mingi told me. Said he found out from San himself," he explained, his expression sympathetic. "I figured he could use a spa day to relax and unwind after everything."

Wooyoung's mind raced with thoughts and emotions as he processed the news. He couldn't shake the feeling of hurt and disappointment that lingered in the pit of his stomach, knowing that San had confided in others before him.

Why didn't he tell him first?

They fucked just a few hours ago!

"Right," Wooyoung muttered, his voice tinged with a hint of bitterness. "Well, thanks for letting me know, I guess."

Felix offered him a sympathetic smile, reaching out to pat him on the shoulder in a gesture of comfort. "You didn't know? Damn"

"Tough luck bro. Anyway. Spa?"

Jongho had always been a very thoughtful and gentle human being.

Not.

Jongho's blunt question snapped Wooyoung out of his thoughts, his irritation evident in the way he rolled his eyes at his friend's lack of tact. "I said I'll think about it, okay? Give me a minute," he grumbled, feeling slightly exasperated by Jongho's impatience.

But before Wooyoung could even begin to ponder his decision, Lia took matters into her own hands, promptly standing up to make the necessary arrangements for their spa outing as she looked up the number to call.

Wooyoung let out a small whine of protest, feeling slightly overwhelmed by the sudden turn of events as he watched Lia step to the living room to make the call.

"I wanted to think about it first," he yelled after her half-heartedly, knowing that his protests would likely fall on deaf ears.

The call took about 3 minutes.

Lia returned with a triumphant smile on her face, announcing that she had managed to secure three more spots at the spa. Wooyoung's confusion only deepened at her revelation, prompting him to question the need for extra spots when there were only two of them.

"Why do we need three more spots?" he asked, furrowing his brow in confusion.

Lia's response caught him off guard, her assumption leaving him momentarily speechless.

"Didn't you want to bring that San guy?"

She was so unbelievably clueless, it hurt.

"Wait, you actually thought I wanted San to come along? Do you even know San?" he exclaimed, his voice tinged with disbelief.

Unable to contain his dramatic tendencies, Wooyoung immediately launched into a melodramatic display of fake tears, earning a few amused chuckles from his friends and Lia's desperate attempts to calm him down.

He needed to talk to San.
