Nicks pov:
It's about noon, so we decide it's a good time to eat lunch. Also colette has been complaining that she's hungry but anyways....I'm pulling things out of the basket for everyone.
Nick: "Here char!"
He takes the sandwich from my hand and pecks my lips.
Colette: "ewww! no kissing!"
Charlie laughs and plants a big kiss on her forehead. She starts to giggle-
Colette: "papa!!!! noooo!!"
Wanting to be apart of the fun, i kiss her cheek and then charlie's lips ofc🥹💗
Colette just giggles so i continue to pull out our lunch.
Nick: "here honey!"
I place her pbj in front of her and get my sandwich out.
Charlie helps her open the bag and she starts eating.
I observe charlie's pace and copy that. I've done this ever since i was 17, i never wanted to make him feel any worse.
Colette: "why girl and boy but you are boy and boy?"
I look at a charlie a little confused. He looks down at her.
Charlie: "what do you mean sweetheart?"
Colette: "all boys with girls but you and daddy are boys!"
Nick: "well boy can love each other like girls and boys love each other."
Colette: "oh"
Charlie: "and girls scan love each other too!"
Colette: "what called?"
Charlie: "well, I only like boys so i'm gay."
Nick: "and i like boys and girls, so im bisexual."
I look back and charlie and he has a smile on his face. I think we handle that conversation pretty well!
Colette: "I'm gay!!"
