"Do I have to?"
"Yes, he's your best friend, isn't he?"
"Ugh, yeah, I guess, sort of."
"Go on," I mouth at Keith. He gives me a flat look before groaning and knocking on Tyler's door.
"Who is it?" Comes Tyler's voice from the other side. Keith gives me a pleading look but I glare at him. He sighs.
"It's, um, Keith."
A slight pause. "Um, Keith? Do you not know your own or something?" Tyler says, but there's a slight tone of humor laced in his words. He's not that mad.
Keith rolls his eyes. "Can I come in?"
The door opens slightly and Tyler pops his head out. He has an adorable frown set on his face and a small bruise forming on his face like Keith's. "What do you want?"
"Um," he looks at me. I raise my eyebrows, waiting. "I came here to a-a-" he clears his throat.
"To...?" Tyler waits like me.
Keith waves his hand around. "You know that thing that you say when you do something and you regret it? And you need to set things right?"
An amused grin forms on Tyler's lips. "I don't know, do I?"
Keith glares at Tyler. "Um, I'm s-s- DAMN IT!"
"Keep going," I urge, enjoying this.
He groans before mumbling,"I'm...sorry."
"What was that?" Tyler cups his hand over his ear. "Sorry, I'm deaf."
Keith narrows his eyes at him. "I'm sorry," he mumbled again, only a little louder.
"Sorry, what?"
"I SAID I'M SORRY, DAMMIT!" Keith shouts. Tyler looks at him for a while before smiling again.
"I forgive you," Tyler finally says.
"Really?"
"Yup," Tyler rocks back and forth on his heels.
"So..." Keith sounds unsure. "We're friends again?"
Tyler grins widely before throwing his arms out. "Come here, best friend."
"No, that's not necessary-" Keith starts to object.
But Tyler has already engulfed him in a huge hug. I let out an aww as Tyler squeezes the life out of Keith and practically lifts him off the floor.
"Okay," Keith wheezed out. "Okay, put me down now."
"Just a little longer," is all Tyler says.
"What's going on here?" Marco asks as he notices what's going on.
"Kyler," I answer.
Marco blinks before snickering. "I ship it."
I gasp. "That's what I said!"
"Yay!" he cheers, high-fiving me.
I look back at the bromance and pretend to wipe a tear a way.
"Still a better love story than Twilight."
