Sope's cafe & bar, 10:30 pm:
"Here's your tequila and here's your whisky." Jungkook was at the counter. Giving and taking orders from customers.
It's his job when the cafe turns into a bar, a bartender.
He always comes here right after his college and starts to do his shift and leaves at 10 or 11 pm if there's some extra work.
Yeah, the bar is opened till 2-3 am but he can't work that long. He needs his rest for god sake. After Jungkooks shift ends, the rest is Hoseok's work.
Jungkook was pretty busy at giving and taking orders. It was 9:30 means, his shift is going to end soon.
"One rum." A customer said as he leans over the counter.
Jungkook looks at the man and nods, not noticing the guy's lips tilting upwards in a smirk.
Jungkook turn around and started to make his order when the guy was shamelessly eyeing his ass.
Jungkook turns around and saw the guy was eyeing him up and down in a not so good way. He thought the guy was drunk as fuck that's why he's acting like this.
He's seen freaks like him on a daily basis and he knows exactly how to deal with them.
"Here's your rum." Jungkook placed his order on the counter and started to mind his business but the guy doesn't seem like he's going to get his order and get the fuck out of here.
"What's your name, cutie?" The guy asked with the still sickening smirk playing over his lips.
"Seems like you already know. Cutie it is then because I know I'm cute." Jungkook said with his usually cocky self making the guy smirk even more.
"Ah, a feisty one huh?" The guy bites his lips and leans forward more.
"Yeah, and if you don't shut the fuck up this feisty can use his fist too, you know what I mean?" Jungkook said, his tone flat and filled with boredom. He didn't even look at the guy, he was just casually making another drink for the customers.
"Haha, nice joke. But let's get into the real business, let's meet up after your shift, yeah?" Jungkook looked up at the guy who has a smug look on his face.
"Why? You're a businessman or what?" He asked with an raised eyebrow.
He isn't dumb. He knows what exactly the guy wants but he thought why not play with him?
Two can play the game the right?
"Okay, your jokes are not funny anymore. You know what I mean, so stop playing hard to get." The guy said a little irritated and impatient and also getting a little bit aggressive.
Jungkook turns serious too and stares at the guy with a glare.
"I know damn well what you mean and I have only one thing to say..." Jungkook turns to the guy fully and showed his middle finger to him "Fuck. Off."
But before he knows the guy suddenly grabbed his wrist.
"Since you know what I mean, stop denying yeah? I know you really want a good fuck which I can give you gladly." The guy said smirking again. Jungkook tries to loosen his hand from the guys strong grip but failed.
"Leave my hand or else you don't know what I can do to you." Jungkook let out in a slightly deep voice but the guy didn't budge.
"Aww, come on kitten don't act so tough." The guy said with a sickening smile on his face and yanked Jungkooks hand which caused the said boy to lean forward and stumble over the counter, their face was an inch apart.
"Let go, huh?" A deep voice said from behind the guy.
Jungkook looks over the guys shoulder, the guy turns around too and saw a slightly tall man was standing there with a dark aura.
"Taehyung." The name automatically rolled down from Jungkooks tongue.
The man looks at Jungkook with an raised eyebrow when he heard Jungkook calling the man's name.
Taehyung walks towards the guy and stands right in front of him. He eyes the guys hand which was still holding Jungkooks hand tightly and then looks back at the guy with a blank expression.
The guy gulps down his saliva because Taehyung was literally towering over him and he was looking so scary with his blank face.
Even Jungkook, who thinks an pure soul like Taehyung, who can't kill a single fly was looking so scary and intimidating right now.
"If he said to leave his hand, then leave his hand." Taehyung let out in a very dark voice which caused the guy to shudder on his spot.
His grip around Jungkooks wrist slowly loosened but he was still holding his hand.
"And what if I don't?" The guy let out stubbornly but anyone can tell by hearing his tone that he is scared because his voice was slightly shivering.
The corner of Taehyungs lips tilts upward in a smirk. "Oh, trust me you don't want to know what I'll do if you don't leave his hand," Taehyung said as he started to unbutton the cuffs of his sleeves and roll them upward, revealing his veiny arms.
The guy gulps and slowly let go of Jungkooks hand. Jungkook immediately yanked back his hands and started to rub his wrist which has the guys fingerprints on it.
"C-Chill, I-I didn't know you were his boyfriend, or else I wouldn't try to hit on him." The guy said in fear because 1. The man in front of him has a really scary aura and he doesn't look like someone to mess with and 2. The height difference wasn't helping.
"You weren't trying to hit on him, you were forcing him. Now get the hell out of here if you don't want to end up in a hospital bed, now do you?" Taehyung said, sending a deadly glare and the guy nodded instantly and scurried away from the place.
"Are you okay?" Taehyung asked after he turns to Jungkook.
Jungkook stared at Taehyung for a second because what he just witnessed was hot. Like, he was in awestruck.
He really doesn't understand the man's duality.
I mean a guy who always wears boring outfits, always has a positive vibe and looks like a young grandpa all the time, actually is a beast inside? Can you imagine?
Jungkook bits his inner cheek and nods, "I could have handled the situation you know?" Said Jungkook.
"I know but as a person, I can't watch someone get harassed in front of my eyes without me doing anything," Taehyung said and sits on one of the tools in front of the counter.
"And don't mind him what he said... I mean the boyfriend thing." Taehyung said while rubbing the back of his nape.
"Yeah, of course." Jungkook immediately said while nodding rapidly.
Jungkook was doing his work when he glanced at Taehyung who was sitting on the tool while looking around, "You didn't need to come every day to pick me up and wait here in this bar..." Jungkook trailed off, his eyes focused on the drink he's mixing.
"Come on, Jungkook. I told you it was okay and also after my work I don't have anything special to do anyway so I think it's a good way to pass my time." Taehyung said and smiled at Jungkook.
Jungkook smiled back.
"Umm, Jungkook..." Taehyung asked after some minutes. Jungkook hummed in response, telling Taehyung silently that he is listening.
"Do you want to go on a walk with me in the Park?" Taehyung said hesitantly.
Jungkook looks up at Taehyung with a confused look. "This late?" Jungkook asked because his shift is going to end at 10 so it was pretty late to go on a walk in the Park.
"Yeah, you know it's winter now, and walking in the park on a winter night will be fun! trust me." Taehyung said excitedly while showing his iconic boxy smile.
Jungkook's heart did a flip at seeing the older's smile. He doesn't know why but every time he sees the boxy smile of Taehyung, his heart started to beat fastly and he feels funny in his stomach.
And Jungkook hates the feeling. It's not a good sign.
"Jungkook?" Taehyung asked when he saw the brunette was in a daze.
Jungkook snapped out of his thought and said, "U-Uh yeah, sure."
Taehyung smiled brightly at the younger. 'Don't do this, Taehyung. Wait- what the fuck? he can smile as much as he wants, stupid Jungkook. Tell your heart to stop doing those stupid flips.' Jungkook huffed in his thought and a pout form on his lips.

Yoongi walks out of his office and comes down the stairs to see Jungkook because his shift is going to end soon but he stopped when he saw Taehyung, who was smiling brightly at someone.
And that someone is Jungkook.
When Jin told him that Taehyung has found his 'special one' he thought that it was just a joke and he decided to play along with it.
But now, in this one month of meeting Jungkook, Yoongi can tell that Taehyung has changed a lot. In the past six months Yoongi has seen Taehyung, to him Taehyung literally forgot how to smile, he just always put the fake smile just for his clients.
But now? Now, he's smiling so brightly like before. The excitement, the silliness, the dorky self is coming out again a little by little and it's all because of Jungkook.
Jungkook is the first person Yoongi has ever seen in his entire life who did a good job without even doing anything. Like he doesn't try to make Taehyung smile at all, all he have to do is just exist and boom! Taehyungs a happy bean.
But the real question is, what are they to each other?
Still, strangers who are helping each other? Or just patient-doctor relationship without any financial benefits or did they took a step into the friendship bond?
Yoongi would be lying if he says that they don't look good together. Yeah, he admits that Jimin and Taehyung was a good pair too and they really look good with each other too, but it was different.
Like, how do you put this in words?Jungkook with Taehyung is just... Hits different? Like, they're mean to be or something?
They just look perfect Like a lost puzzle? Pen with ink? Banana in milk? Soup with a spoon? Foods with salt? Corona with mask-
They just give the 'perfect with each other' aura.
Yoongi smiles at them, Taehyung was looking like he was cracking some joke and Jungkook was giggling while showing his infamous bunny teeth.
Yoongi saw how Taehyung was admiring Jungkook with sparkles in his eyes who was giggling while making some drinks.
He was looking at Jungkook the same way he used to look at Jimin.
Yoongi smiles at that. He doesn't know what the future will bring but he will always pray to God that Taehyung will get the source of his happiness.
He deserves it.
"Look what we have here. In those six months, you never decided to visit me even at least for five minutes but here you are visiting continuously for the last month only because of Jungkook." Yoongi teased the boy who already became flustered by his words.
"W-What? You always let Jungkook free late in the night so someone needs to pick him up? What if something happens to him?" Taehyung reasoned immediately and Yoongi just laughed at the youngers flustered self.
Jungkook smiled secretly. He felt fluttered for no reason, at least to him.
"Jungkook, your shift is over. You can go now." Yoongi said.
Jungkook nodded and left the counter to change.
"So lover boy, planning to settle down?" Yoongi said with a teasing tone.
"With who?" Asked Taehyung.
Yoongi didn't say anything, he just looks in the direction where Jungkook went.
Taehyung understood and said, "Hyung, Jungkook doesn't look at me like that and me neither. I like him as a person so I decided to help him, that's it."
"What are you talking about? I didn't even say his name." Yoongi said innocently with a blank face like he doesn't know what Taehyung is talking about.
Heat rushed over Taehyungs face, "You- You're talking about Jungkook right?" Taehyung said, embarrassment pooling inside him.
"No, I just asked you when you're going to settle down. I didn't say with whom, did I?" Yoongi said again confusedly but inside he was laughing evilly because he was enjoying Taehyungs flustered self a little too much.
Taehyung was on the other side burning with embarrassment.
"Y-You didn't say but I know you mean it," Taehyung said in his defense, his face red as a tomato.
"What did I mean?" Yoongi was really enjoying himself seeing the younger like this. His eyes big and lips form into a opposite 'D'.
He looks like a rejected puppy.
He doesn't know what to say and wants nothing but the ground to swallow him whole and he thanked all the angels he always believes in when Jungkook came back wearing his casual fits.
"I'm ready. Shall we go, Taehyung?" Jungkook said while glancing at Taehyung to Yoongi to Taehyung again.
He got confused when he saw a flustered Taehyung and a smug Yoongi. But before he could say anything, Taehyung stood up immediately.
"Yeah, let's go," Taehyung said hurriedly. He gave one last glance at Yoongi and then left with Jungkook.
Yoongi burst into laughter when the two maknae left the place.
"Why are you laughing all alone, babe?" Hoseok said looking at Yoongi with concerned filled eyes.
