One night, Teju was getting ready to sleep after chatting with Karan in a video call. She was doing her night routine when suddenly she felt nauseous. She rushed to the bathroom and vomited everything she ate. Washing herself, she came out and sat on the bed feeling tired.

Teju scolded herself and got fresh. She went to the hall and wished good morning to TD and TM.
TM: Teju, aaj lunch keliye Suneeta Ji ne ghar bulaya hai. So hum vahaan jare hein. Tu shoot katam karke jaldi aaja. Thik hai?
Teju: Haan amma, zaroor aajaungi.
She had her breakfast and went to shoot after receiving blessings from TD and TM. During the shoot, she managed to squeeze in some time for vlogging, enjoying the shoot with her team members. Teju: Nahi Sharadha, pata nahi kalse vomit sensation hora hai. Bohot tired bhi feel karri hun.
Sharadha: Mai toh bolri hun, aap rest hi nahi karte ho. Isliye aisa hora hai. Pehle aap jaake doctor ko consult kijiye. Vaise aap bohot patle bhi hote ho, toh uske liye bhi aapko puchna chahiye doctor se ki aapke immunity thik hai ki nahi.
Teju: You are right. Muje doctor ko dikhana hai. Agar Sunny ko pata chal gaya ki mai bimaar hun toh voh pure ghar ko sar pe uthalega. Muje kaam bhi nahi karne dega. So muje aaj hi jaake doctor ko dikhani hai. Hope they will give some good vitamin tablets to boost myself.
Sharadha: Abhi lunch break se pehle aapka ek hi shot bacha hai. Voh katam karke kuch khana khalo. Ghar me se leke aye ho kya? Agar nahi kiya toh batana, mai order karti hun.
Teju: Arey arey, nahi nahi. Order karne ki zarurat nahi hai. I have a lunch date with my family.
Sharadha: Phir thik hai. You visit the doctor first. Varna aap bhul jaoge.
Teju: Thik hai baba.
Teju wrapped up her last shot before lunch, packed her bag, reminded Ajmal Bhai to have his lunch, and set off for the hospital, hoping for a quick visit to the doctor to address her health concerns.

She took the seat in front of the doctor.

Teju : I can't believe that we are pregnant, Sunny..I'm going to be a mom to a baby..my baby..our baby..I want you now to be with me.. I'm so excited to see your reaction to it.. Sreetu kept asking about the surprise, but later she stopped, thinking Teju would reveal it at the right time.. After spending some time, Teju went back to her shoot..
At night, She called her family doctor and asked about the report.. Since the hospital's lab was not available, they had to wait for two more days for the report.. Teju informed about the pregnancy test she took and the positive result she got.. The doctor asked her to stay positive and also advised Teju to be careful as they are unaware of the baby's growth.
