*We see her in her office doing her work. Setsuna walked in and looked at her with her arms crossed*
Setsuna:what's going on?
Momo:I'm doing my work ? If your done asking questions tokage I'm very busy
*Setsuna walked to the chair opposite Momo's, momo gave a shaky breath and placed her pen down, she gave a weak chuckle*
Momo: you're impossible you know that? You bitch and moan when I don't do my work. And now your distracting me from doing my work
Setsuna:yeah, because I know your only doing it to distract yourself from something. Now are you gonna tell me? Or do I have to give you the look?
*Setsuna said with a small tease, momo sighed and turned the TV back on, Setsuna snapped her head back like an owl and looked at it*
Setsuna:ah the Midoriya V Togata case, guess your worried for the old flame huh?
Momo:it's not that
*Setsuna looked back at momo with a raised eyebrow and she sighed*
Momo:it's not mostly that, I'm just...I don't know, I just wish things could've been different. At least for this, I wish people didn't hate zuzu so much
Setsuna: he's a big boy, he can take care of himself. And he's not exactly helping his likability suing the hero of hope, you know how crazy people get for that kind of stuff
Momo:after what togata did? Would you let it go?
Setsuna:fuck no, if that man went near Elizabeth me and Monoma would probably do the same thing. Well Monoma would first beat his ass then we would sue
*Momo gave a small laugh at the very idea of number 91 beating the number one hero*

Momo:I'm sorry, I'm sorry what did you say?
*We see momo again hanging around izuku's shop, she was hiding from Setsuna and was currently sitting up straight looking at izuku who kept his gaze on his paperwork. Izuku sighed and kept writing*
Izuku:that you will not get involved in this lawsuit
Momo;and why the hell not? Eri is my daughter too
Izuku; and that's exactly why you won't be involved
*Izuku placed the pen down and took off his glasses he now needs for reading. He looked at momo*
Izuku:after I do this, I'll be one of if not the most hated person in Japan for a long while. At least with you Eri Will be able to act like a normal girl when she comes back since Japan knows her as Eri yaoyorozu. Not Eri Midoriya yaoyorozu, the best way she stays safe is if you stay clear of this lawsuit
Momo:izuku you can't deal with all this hate alone
Tsuyu;who said he's gonna be alone Kero?
*Tsuyu said walking in to the office with lunch. She placed the food on the table and kissed izuku's cheek*
Tsuyu: I'll be with him, we can deal with this. You need to concentrate on eri's protection since we won't be able to do that Kero.
Izuku:We all have our roles to play and yours is as eri's normal parent.
*Momo got up and walked to the table grabbing a slice of the Pizza*
Momo:but the public already knows Eri Is your child
Izuku:that's why after the trial you'll need to make a public statement being completely against what in doing. The public needs to think that your on mirio's side. Vilify me, make it so they can't say your just like me
*Momo almost chocked on her food as she looked at izuku*
Momo:Zuzu that's insane!
Izuku:momo they already hate me. As much as me and tsuyu hate to admit it, you've become a close friend, an annoying friend but still a close one
Tsuyu:people already hate us, it's nothing new for us Kero. We don't want you or Eri to suffer that hate, we can deal with it you cannot Kero.
*Both izuku and tsuyu raised there arms showed there damaged skin as proof that ironically they have thick skin and can deal with the backlash*
Izuku; it'll just be until things calms down, after the trial me and tsuyu are going to Paris for a couple of months while things cool of over here
Momo:what about the shop?
Izuku:I'm putting NFY in charge of the place while I'm gone and putting my fate on magneto that him and the others don't burn the place down.

Setsuna:i see, can't say I disagree with him. Also where's his shop? If it'll give you some peace of mind I can keep an eye out every once in a while

*Momo said with a smirk as she looked down and kept writing*

*Momo said with a frown still hating the sacrifice izuku and tsuyu were making. But hating even more how spineless she is that she can't make the sacrifice with them*
Back to the trial
Catherine:you may all be seated
*Everyone sat down as the trial began, Mirio's Lawyer Jennifer Walters got up and walked in first*
Jennifer:if it will please your judge, I shall begin. My client is innocent of this charges, he is the number one hero and as I will prove today never had any bad intentions with his actions. He's just a naive man who thought he was just doing what's right
*Jennifer sat down and Masaru got up walked to the middle*
Masaru:if it will please the judge. Today I shall proof without a shadow of a doubt that Mirio Togata is guilty of these charges, we will show how his actions are pedophilic in nature, and how his actions naive or not. I'll show you all how his actions harmed my client's daughter both physically and mentally
*Masaru sat back down, the judge Catherine slammed the gavel and the trial started. Jennifer started the trial showing multiple moments of Mirio saving the day, being a good person, and overall a good individual trying to paint him in the best possible light. At the end She froze when she saw Masaru yawning and glared at him*
Jennifer:your honor, my client has devoted his life for the greater good, he devoted his life to being a pro hero, why would he give it all up for one girl? Did my client film this girl? Yes but there wasn't anything sexual about it, he was simply monitoring the situation, something every hero has done for centuries.
*Jennifer looked at the cámaras and pointed at izuku*
Jennifer:If Mr. Midoriya wins it'll set a precedent that will harm the hero community, any villain can sue the hero or police for spying on them when they had reason to believe it was necessary. I rest my case
Catherine:Mr. Bakugo, your turn
Masaru:yes your honor. I call mirio togata to the stand
*Jennifer sat down with Mirio going to the stand, and Masaru walked up, he turned around with a remote that made mirio's eye widen a little"
Mirio"not again...."
*Mirio thought as Masaru pressed play and the video that Mirio knows all too well started playing*
Mirió;hello i am mirio togata the pro hero Lemillion and i have video evidence that proves Iida's claims. if Eri yapyorozu knows the location of her father then momo yaoyorozu knows it as well we must bring him out of hiding
*Masaru hit pause on the video and then looked and started pacing*
Masaru:your honor, is it not true that there already exist precedent that a hero can't film a civilian without proof of suspicious activity?

Masaru:thank you, so my client suing Mirio wouldn't cause what miss Walters claims, she was simply trying to paint my client in a negative light. So tell me Mr. Togata, what was the proof you had that Eri Midoriya was doing anything illegal? And may I remind you. You are under oath
Jennifer: objection!
Catherine:denied. Mr. Togata answer the question, and I would advise you not to lie to a judge with a lying detector quirk
*Mirio gulped a bit and looked at toshinori who was doing his best to give him a supportive smile. Mirio took a breath and spoke*
Mirio:I....I didn't have any proof that she did anything illegal, I filmed her for proof that she was lying to the wareabouts of izuku Midoriya
Masaru:i see. So you admit of already breaking the law that can give you up to 7 years in prison.
Jennifer: objection revelance?
Masaru:withdrawn. Mr. Mirio is it not true that you are a divorced man?
Mirio:yes.
Masaru:and is it not true that you are divorced because you scared your wife in to no longer feeling safe with you?
Mirio:.....
Masaru:no need to answer that, the answer is yes. Your honor in front of you is the file of that very case where you'll see proof of all the things that Mirio did that scared his wife
*Masaru clicked the button on the controller again and multiple photos of what Mirio did started showing*
Masaru:tell me, does this look like someone a good man would do? A naive man like my opponent said? Or a fake hero? Your honor, Japan, everybody who's watching this trial. Answer me this, is this the man you want as your number 1? A man who was 2 steps away from beating his ex wife? A man that follows little children around? Doesn't Japan deserve better? How will we ever move on and get better as a country if we don't hold those who are guilty accountable? No one is above the law, not even pro heroes. I rest my case your honor
*Masaru and mirio sat back down. The trial continued for an hour or 2 more until Catherine heard enough, Jennifer was just going in circles and she would not stand for it*
Jennifer; I've heard enough. Mirio togata, for the crime of filming an underage girl I find you guilty, for the crime of breaking filming section of the civilian protection act
I find you guilty, for the crime of publishing your videos without the consent of the parties involved I find you guilty. You'll be sentance to 30 years in prison. With possibility of parole in 15
*Jennifer slammed the gavel and it was done, izuku looked at mirio and toshinori both having a haunting look on his face, he wanted to have a sick twisted smile, he wanted to enjoy there misery. But when he felt tsuyu's hand in his he just couldn't. He looked at her with that loving smile that she fell in love with and kissed her forehead*
Tsuyu:is it over Kero?
*Izuku couldn't help himself and kissed Tsuyu on the lips with excitement. Not because he won the trial, no. Because that means now something magical can happen*
Izuku:yeah, let's get married
*tsuyu smiled as she and izuku were escorted out by izuku's workers all wearing secret service gear. They sat down on a limo with ryuji godo waiting for them*
Izuku:thanks again for the ride boss
Ryuji:just paying my debt to you Midoriya. Come one let's get you to my private jet, it's not gonna be safe for you here for a long while
*Ryuji clicked his fingers and the limo was off, izuku and tsuyu cuddled in there seats happy to finally be done with this*
