"Day, did you get the red balloons?" Eden asked as she walked around the house holding a clipboard a few days later, making sure everyone was doing something,

"I specifically told you red, Dayvon, R-E-D, RED" She yelled,
"Can't she just manage the blue" Dayvon groaned,
"Of course, she can't, are you fucking stupid? it's her birthday, her favorite color is red, and she's your fucking girlfriend" Eden screamed,
"Calm down, Eden, deep breaths" Naeva said as she handed her a bottle of water cautiously like the girl would explode,
"Everything has to go perfect, I've sent you to the store to get balloons a hundred frickin' times and you keep coming with different colors, do I need to write R-E-D on your mofo forehead before you get it?" She yelled,
"It was just three times, why you got your panties twisted up in a knot?" He groaned,
"That's why I tell niggas to stay their ass in school, but they decide to skip classes and join gangs, and now I gotta do everything myself cause a nigga ain't know the difference between red, blue, and white" She complained in frustration,

"C'mon Naeva, quit flirting with Jay D and let's get a move on" She said as she yanked Dayvon's hand,
"Owww" he groaned as she pulled him along,
"I'm glad I ain't him" Toby whispered to Tay V as Eden smacked Day's head again,
"Crazy, she younger than him too" Ryder laughed,
"Yo, I hope you ain't talking simp, you stay kissin' ass" Tay V said as he rolled his eyes,

"See, it's not that hard, the balloons are red, R-E-D, red" Eden said as she threw the pack at him after paying for it,

"Sorry, I've gotta take this" She whispered before picking up the call,

Day V rolled his eyes as he started the car,

"What she say?" Naeva asked,
"Told us to pull up for dressing and make up, bills on ha" Eden answered,

"Vivi" Cairo smiled as she waved after taking a seat beside Paris,

"CAIROOO" China yelled as she ran and literally jumped on the girl

"Carmen will be here in a few minutes" Cairo shrugged,

"Because she and her siblings were my friends and went to school with me and they are one of the family and they're my mother's cousins and I invited them?" Paris answered,
"Oh... cool" She whispered,
"Hey baby, you okay?" Nevaeh said as she sat beside the girl who had isolated herself from the group a few minutes later,
"I'm calm" She whispered,
"No you not, I see them eyes welling up with tears, what's wrong mama?" She asked,

"Wel, they said they're on good terms, and... and Carmen broke up with Day because she was switching schools and didn't want a long distance relationship, and I don't know if Day still likes her, because... because I be seeing them on ig while they were still together and... and they really loved each other, I looked up to Carmen, she was really really pretty, I wanted to be a model too, just like her" Karma cried,
"So you're insecure?" Nevaeh asked,
"No... I mean yes, I am, haven't you seen your cousin? She's so pretty, I'm scared Day might wanna go back" She sobbed,
"Look, while I may not know your boyfriend on a personal level, I believe he's with you because he likes you very much, you're a pretty girl, fuck you talking about?" Nevaeh said as she hugged her,
"What if he loves Carmen?" She cried,
"Karma hunny, if he leaves you for his ex boo, then his ass never deserved you" Nevaeh stated,
