"When I returned home I was greeted by my family and I told them everything. I told them about the exam and the friends I made along the way. Needless to say, my mother was not pleased when she found out you were an assassin, since you might try and hurt me. I got grounded but it was nothing serious. It was none stop working for me until I met Alex, my Nen teacher. Oh, and I also found out that I have homicidal tendencies when pushed too far." I smile cheerfully.
"And you didn't think to tell me this until now?" Killua hums.
"I didn't think it was important. Plus you're an assassin, if anything you could kill me faster than I could kill you." I state.
"True, but I wouldn't."
"Aw~. Killua cares about me, that's so sweet." I tease as I poke his cheek.
He pulls away from me, "I just think your friends would be upset is all."
"Uh-huh, sure. Anyway, what about you and Gon? Give me all the details you didn't spill out there!" I exclaim.
"We learned Nen and made it the top floor...um, Hisoka and Gon fought." Killua says.
"Oh yeah, how did that go? Was he okay?" I ask, referring to the fight.
"It was fine, I mean it wasn't good either. I think Hisoka was turned on by Gon which was uncomfortable to watch." Killua admits.
"Geez. That sounds awful." I say, "what did you guys do after?"
"We went to Whale Island for a bit. It was a lot of fun, you know just being a kid for once." Killua explains.
"Oh I've been to Whale Island before! But I was like a baby so I don't remember much." I shrug, "was it pretty?"
"Very. But while we were there we found out about Greed Island and now we're trying to get our hands on it." Killua continues.
The two of us sat in comfortable silence, little did I know I was staring at Killua which made him uncomfortable. "Y/N...? What are you doing?"
I blinked out of my trance and looked at Killua, "hm? Oh. I was just thinking about how you would look nice with your ears pierced." I admit.
"Really? Why?"
"I think it's just you're whole vibe. You would definitely suit them." I explain, "you should consider them."
Killua sits in silence for a moment before he sighs, "fine. I can tell you want to do it, so let's go." Killua says, sliding off the bed.
"You could tell?"
"Yeah. You just kept pushing me."
"W-We don't have to if you don't want to!" I exclaim, "I don't want to do anything you're not comfortable with!"
He shakes his head, "it's fine. I mean while you were asleep I was just gonna watch porn anyway."
"Excuse me?" I smiled in confusion, unsure if I had heard correctly.
"And I mean, my mom might kill me but who cares?" Killua shrugs as I smile and hop off the bed.
"Sweet!" I grab his hand, "how do you feel about us teleporting?"
"I mean I'm down. But have you tried to teleport with multiple people?" Killua wearily asks.
I shake my head with a proud smile, "nope! But let's try it anyway!"
Before Killua protests, I teleport us outside the hotel.
The cool night breeze rushes over my skin making me shiver. I let go of Killua's hand, "are in one piece?" I ask cautiously, "make sure you're still one person."
"I think you're over reacting." Killua says, "we're fine."
I hum, "alright, if you say so. But don't come to me later, saying your missing a limb or something."
Killua and I make our way towards the nearest shop to pick up the required items. The store was a bit cold and the bright fluorescent lights were blinding, especially at night time. Killua and I walked down each aisle, searching for the things needed.
"Oh thanks for the chocolate, I forgot to say it before." Killua quietly says.
"But I was right wasn't I? About it being the best chocolate in the world~?" I smirk.
"Yeah, it was really good but my heart still belongs to choco robots." Killua tells me.
"Maybe one day mine will become first." I shrug as we stop at the piercing section. There were piercings kits, earrings and so many other piercing jewelry. I grab the kit and a pair of black earrings.
We then go down another aisle to grab alcohol wipes and a pen.
Lastly I head towards check out as the older woman behind the counter comments on our 'relationship.' We pay for the items and teleport back into the hotel room as I collapse on the floor, due to exhaustion.
"Are you okay?" Killua asks me, worry laced in his voice.
I nod, "yeah. I'm okay...just getting a bit tired is all." I say standing up.
"We can do it later if you want." Killua suggests.
"It's fine. I'm not that tired...I mean I am, but...never mind." I shake my head, "sometimes teleporting takes a lot of me. It's very demanding."
I walk over to the bed and set the bag on to it before looking at Killua, demanding him to sit on the bed. He nods and sits down as instructed. "I'm going to rub down your ear so that I can mark it in a bit, okay?" I say as I tear open the alcohol wipes, "it may be a bit cold."
I wipe his ears and then pop the cap off the marker. I mark where the piercing will go and make sure it's even on both sides. "Next, I am going to put the clip on. It might be uncomfortable and I apologize in advance." I grab the white clip from the kit, "I also should have bought gloves...eh, f*ck it."
I clip the clip to his ear and look at him, "how does it feel?"
"Odd but it's okay." He replies.
I nod and grab the needle, "alright. The needle has been sterilized already, so I'm going to push it in. It's gonna hurt."
"You act like I don't come from an family of assassins." He replies.
"Literally shut up, who asked?"
"You did."
As pay back for his comment, I stick the needle through his ear. "I bet that shut you up."
"Did it even go through?" He asks.
"Huh?! You didn't feel it?!" I exclaim.
"Was I supposed to..?"
I huff in annoyance and take the clip off. I then put the piercing on the end of the needle and slid the earring in, using the butterfly clip to secure it in place. I then do the other ear, repeating the process.
"And with that, you're done!" I stand back and look at him, my cheeks beginning to heat up.
"Sweet." Killua says as he hops off the bed and walks over to the bathroom.
I follow him to bathroom.
He stares at himself in the mirror, taking in the new look. "What do you think?"
"I hate it." He admits, "can I take them out?"
"Yeah. I'm so sorry I shouldn't have—."
"Chill. It's fine. I was playing. I really like them, you were right...they do suit me." Killua says as he cuts off the bathroom light, pushes pass me and shoved the stuff off the bed. He then climbs into bed. "You need to pick up on sarcasm."
"That was sarcasm?! How you said it made me suggest you hated it!" I exclaim going after him. "And you're gonna make me clean this mess up, aren't you?"
"We can do it tomorrow. It's late. Let's go to sleep." Killua suggests.
"Woah, Killua Zoldyck is actually tired for once. That's a first." I tease.
"Literally shut up." Killua replies.
I sigh and take my shoes off and take off all my accessories and then I hop into bed, cutting off the light.
"Goodnight Killua, I hope you die in your sleep~."
"I am going to suffocate you~."
