*Nejire was surprised seeing UA unofficial most wanted sitting in the office*
Nejire:mi... Midoriya this is...quite the surprise and who's your friend?
Izuku:hm. Well seeing as I'll need you for my case not really that surprising and don't worry he's just my protection he's harmless unless you give him a reason not to be
Nejire:your case ? what are you talking about ?
Masaru:that will be explained if you seat down please. Can I get you anything? Tea, coffee? Maybe a muffin?
Nejire:....a banana muffin and some water please
*Nejire said as she sat down almost instantly a water bottle and a banana muffin appeared on the table almost as if it was glitched there*
Masaru: marvelous there you go. Now let's get in to nitty gritty and then you can show us all your vacation photos If you want I'm sure you must have hundreds of photos of Penelope
*Nejire looked at Masaru shocked, Masaru on the other hand just kept smiling like nothing happened*

*Izuku said darkly they all heard izuku's cane crack with how hard he was holding it but they ignored it*

I understand your fear, you have nothing to worry about with all the evidence we've got, like for example when he went on live television showing proof that he's been stalking a 14 year old girl. I can promise you that you will end up getting everything in the divorce even his hero agency it will all be yours
Nejire: ok. And how does Midoriya fit in to all of this
Izuku:well truth be told I don't, it's the opposite your divorce fits in to my lawsuit with mirio and UA to destroy them both
*Nejire had to do a double take, looking at izuku as if he lost his mind*

Izuku:I don't, you see unlike the hero association or nezu, i won't lie do you, nor will I manipulate you to do what I ask you. No I'll be completely honest with you, I.... don't care about you, not even a little I don't care about your life nor what's happening with you and Tamaki. What I do care for is Eri, and mirio harmed her, using you to harm her, giving her trust issues and making her cutting habit so much worse you owe her at least this much, or maybe your just like the rest what was it that my father called them? Ah yes fake heroes
*Izuku said coldly, nejire sighed and thought about it for a minute*
Nejire:fine... I'll...I'll be part of your plan to take out mirio but why UA? What do you have against them?
Izuku:mostly about how they did absolutely nothing to the bullying of my daughter, they just turned a blind eye and when objections were told nezu would ignore them
Nejire:and the small reason?
Izuku:I'm petty, they didn't fall when i sued them but now? Well you know what they say if your gonna hit the king you better kill the king and I'm gonna kill the king once and for all
Nejire:and what about the children? The few that did nothing wrong? They'll be without a hero school do attend
Izuku: bitch don't even they're is a second hero school just 1 hour north of UA they'll be fine
*Nejire's eye twitch but she just looked at Masaru who was drinking his Irish coffee*
Nejire:when does the trial start?
Masaru:yours one week from now, I've been doing everything that's needed while you were on vacation all you have to do is sit there and let me do all the talking
*After that nejire signed some papers and left to her apartment. Masaru glanced at izuku who had a calm expression on his face*
Masaru:any reason you decided to stick around?
Izuku:just a curiosity if you don't mind me getting personal?
Masaru:izuku your my nephew, your family ask away
Izuku:are you ever gonna forgive him?
*Masaru's mood completely changed as he spined his chair to look out at the window*
Masaru:no. Katsuki has to live with the consequences of his actions
Izuku:pretty sure I'm the only one living with them seeing as I have the scars and I've forgiven....well stopped caring about what he did
Masaru:and that's good for you, that's wonderful for you but it's not just about what he did, nor about who he did it do. If it was just that I would've probably forgiven him since family fight and that can get out of hand a lot of times you know more then me with tsuyu's family
Izuku:true, but if it not just what he did to me then what is it?
Masaru:what hurt me and his mother to the core was the tales he told us, he always talked about what a good person he was, how he would help you and the other "deku's" of that middle school how he would fight for equality for all, that's why we always thought he would make a great pro hero one day.
*Masaru hands started to bawl in to fist as he closed his eyes anger slowly rising inside of him*
Masaru:But when the ugly truce came running from his very own mouth? Me and Mitsuki were horrified since we didn't raised him like that! We raised him to protect the defenseless somewhere along the way he twisted it into seeing everyone else like a pebble in his way like he called it. And when me and Mitsuki went to confront him? He said he did nothing wrong, that he was GLAD he did the things he did
*Masaru took a few calming breath before turning his chair back to izuku giving him a small smile that didn't reach his eye*
Masaru:I'm glad he finally got the wake up call he needed to see finally that he was in the wrong in so many ways, but....it's just too late for us to forgive him even if we want do and believe me they're a lot of days where we do. Whenever we see him all we can see is all of his villainous actions. I just don't see a day where we can forgive him and welcome him back with opened arms....
*Masaru got up and went to izuku placing his hand on izuku's head*
Masaru:actions have consequences son. And these are Katsuki's consequences he must live with them as well as me and Mitsuki, it may be prideful but what is a man without pride?
Izuku:a happy man uncle masaru, since the man with pride can get too blinded too see the damage he's causing, your son is prove of that. Kinda funny though always thought Ka-chan got his pridefulness from aunty Mitsuki giving well....you know
Masaru:this coming from the boy who used to cry at a drop of a hat?
*Both adults chuckled as izuku took that as his cue to leave, it left Masaru alone in his office, he sat back down and took a picture frame out of his desk, it was a picture of him Mitsuki and bakugo before he got his quirk, before things got so damn complicated*
Back down
*Izuku made it out of the office and looked around*
Izuku: where's tsuyu? I thought she was gonna pick me up for a date
*Izuku said muttering to himself as his phone rang, izuku grabbed it and picked up*
Izuku:hey love where are you?
Tsuyu:izuku I have to confess something do you Kero
Izuku:ok?
Tsuyu;you see oh how do I say this...I....I had a dream long ago, a dream to be human....and have a job Kero
Izuku:. . .what?
*Izuku saw Tsuyu coming towards him riding a unicycle doing a T-pose*
Tsuyu:ribbit, ribbit mother fucker I'm a god-damned frog! U shit waddup Kero
*Izuku looked at tsuyu balancing herself on the unicycle, what tsuyu did was so stupid that izuku couldn't help but start laughing*
Tsuyu:how was the meeting Kero?
Izuku:no, absolutely not I'm not talking do you in that thing
*Izuku said trying to stop himself from laughing and failing as giggles escaped his mouth. Tsuyu grinned since this was her plan, she got off and grabbed his hand*
Tsuyu:fine but now you can't stay on a bad mood from the meeting
Izuku:It was certainly stressful so thank you
*Izuku kissed her forehead with a soft smile looking at the woman he's gonna Marry soon feeling nothing but happiness*
Tsuyu:then come on i need your help carrying all my bags
Izuku;yes love
*Izuku said failing to see tsuyu's smirk since he was so out of it he didn't even know what he agreed to*

Mirabel: actually yes the kids wanted me to sing a song that's a duet mind helping out?
Mariano:i...I don't know my voice isn't really made for singing

*Mirabel grabbed Mariano's wrist and dragged him away, Mariano laughed as he was being dragged by the 15 year old girl*

*That was the last thing alma and Maria heard before there respected grandchildren disappeared from sight. Alma was about to scoff when she heard Maria chuckle*
Maria: hay that Mirabel, you can see why she's the favorite madrigal of encanto huh? She's like a ball of energy
*Alma did a spit take, tea falling on her dress as she looked at Maria as if she grew a second head *
Alma: what are you talking about? Isabela is the favorite madrigal, she's the flower the next figure head of the miracle
*Now it was Maria's turn to look at her best friend as if she grew a second head*
Maria:what are you talking about? Isabela isn't even the 5th favorite madrigal hold on, Miguel! Miguel come over here!
*An older gentleman walked up to the table with a smile on his face*

Hay what a sweet girl, shame my son has his eyes set on another I would love to have her as my daughter in law

Miguel;. . .what about Isabela? I mean I've seen her in town but she's never come in to my shop, good thing do those petals and pollens would be a nightmare to clean

*A few of the adults around chuckled at the memory and the absolute look of defiance the younger woman gave them*
Maria:Maya!
Maya:yeah I heard, Mirabel since Julieta's food only works on humans it couldn't help my little paco, Mirabel refused to accept that and went to the forest to find some herbs, she found them and gave them to me and now? Paco is better then ever that girl has a heart of gold

Maria:talking about the best madrigal
Lucas: oh, Mirabel obviously, help my mother paint her house when I was too busy to help
Lily:Mirabel? We're telling Mirabel stories because I have one, the time she jumped to the lake to find my wedding ring that slipped off my finger when i was swimming
* And so it went on for another 3 hours of maria calling people out and asking each time the answer was the same Mirabel, Mirabel and Mirabel. Alma was more then shocked she was astonished that Mirabel did so much for the community for free, that astonishment quickly was replaced with horror as she remembers each and every time she pushed Mirabel away*
Maria:so Mirabel is first followed by Julieta on a veeeeery distant second, Antonio on number 3 for being so adorable. Luisa in Fourth and Pepa number 5 and leaving Isabela at number 9, Agustin and felix are scored higher then her
Alma:I don't understand, what about Isabela? Why is she so low? Don't people like her?
Maria: don't get everybody wrong. Isabela is a good child but like you said before she's the flower of the encanto, a flower you look at but the second you walk away from it you forget all about it. Mirabel on the other hand she's just....well she's just Mirabel, there's no hiding, she has her flaws of course but those flaws makes her endearing they make her human. Isabela well... she's just too perfect to be relatable
*Alma felt as if someone gut punched her, all the wind was taken out of her body. While Maria just drank her tea*
Alma:I...I don't even know what to say I thought...
Maria:what? That Mirabel did nothing but get in the way?
*Another gut punch and another slurp of the tea. Maria sighed*
Maria: it's not my family so it's not my place to judge how you raised your children and I never did but since it's all out in the open now I guess I'll give you my two cents.
everyone knows how you see her alma they just don't say anything since they know you'll just blame it on Mirabel making trouble for attention. But hey it could be worse people like Isabela, not like she's Dolores
Alma:oh God now what....
*Alma said having her hands on her face, not sure if she could take another reveal at her old age. But the cat was already out of the bag might as well take the kittens out"
Maria:yeah, she quickly became the new black sheep after your son left the village. And this time it's all your fault she became that. People call her "Alma's rat" want to take a guess on why?
Alma:I...I would never use there secrets against them! I'm simply making sure....
Maria:puta shut up
*Maria said 105% done with Alma's victim mentality. Alma sighed and remained quiet Maria being one of the few that could get alma to do that*
Maria:it doesn't matter what YOU do with the secrets since it's Dolores who'll get the blame at the end they don't care that it's you that's making her do that they don't care if it keeps them safe
*Maria got up and paid for her drink, she looked at alma who just stuck in her head*
Maria:Dolores became the new Bruno and you have no one to blame but yourself, if something doesn't change soon they'll also be saying 'we don't talk about Dolores'
*Maria said as she left leaving alma there with her thoughts*
Scene change
*It was the end of the day everyone was at dinner. And Mirabel was extremely uncomfortable, why? Well since she noticed alma looking at her*
Mirabel:uh...do you want me to pass the bread abuela?
Alma:hm? Oh yes thank you Cariño, and how was your day?
*The whole table stopped what they were doing and looked at alma, that was the first time since they could remember that alma was even remotely interested in mirabel. Mirabel looked shocked but quickly shook it off and gave a nervous smile*
Mirabel:it uh, it was good? The children wanted me and Mariano to sing a duet after duet. I'm pretty sure we sang Pimpinela whole album before they were satisfied
Alma:well I'm sure you sang wonderfully, What else did you do today? I'm sure it wasn't just that?
*Pepa and Julieta we're looking at each other as if the other knew what exactly was going on*
Mirabel:I uh, oh yeah I helped the church with the food collection/food drive
Julieta:what? That's the first I've heard of something like that
Mirabel: well because we don't need it? There's not a single person in the encanto that goes hungry. But father Alves god bless him he can't sit by while the towns around us aren't so lucky, so he along with others me included of course, we collect food cans or make food that father Alves takes with help of the construction workers of the town and they climb up the mountain to give food to those that need it the most
*Now Mirabel was feeling even more nervous since something was very very wrong, she was the center of attention in Casita that hasn't happened since her failed ceremony*
Julieta:again, why wasn't i informed? I could've helped out with food
Mirabel:well, uh actually, you kinda were? Um it happened months ago like I want to say February I think? Yeah February, you were so busy running around making food that you weren't paying attention to father alves ask for your help, you just said yes and forgot about it. Since you were so busy I decided to help and make the food for you
*Mirabel said as she kept eating hoping that the conversation was over and it almost was with everybody in there own head, that is until Dolores decided to speak*
Dolores:your leaving something out
