I entered Ryan's house being greeted by his brother Sean once again.
"Whats on the menu today?"
He asked helping me carry in the hot food,
I prepared the food at my place to save me some time. It's much easier that way than carrying ingredients back and forth, from Joes place to Ryan's.
Even though Joes house is only a 20min drive from Ryan's.
"How about you start off by saying good day Aluna,"
"how are you?"
"Then asked what's for lunch,"
"you Garcia brothers have no manners."
I said shaking my head as we walked into the house.
"Tell me about it."
"These boys have no manners."
Henry Ryan's father said as we entered the kitchen,
He was sitting by the counter having a glass off orange juice.
"Good day Aluna, how are you?"
Henry said making me laugh.
"I'm great and I made lunch for the entire family,"
"Since it's Ryan's cheat day I prepared some French dishes."
"seafood bouillabaisse and my personal favorite French Onion, French Dip Sandwiches."
I said placing the food on the counter watching as Sean and Henry's eyes lit up.
"Something smells delicious,"
"What's for Lunch?"
Ryan asks entering the kitchen.
Making me look at Henry as we both burst out laughing.
"What's so funny?"
He asked walking over to me trying to peak at the food.
"Stop peaking at the food and go wash your hands."
I said nudging him with my elbow.
"I just want to know what's smelling so good."
He said.
"Didn't you asked me to prepare something French for lunch?"
I asked looking at him scrunching my eyebrows.
"Oh yes I forget,"
"well that's why everything smells so delicious."
He said smiling.
"Wait a minute am I seeing right?"
"You two are having a conversation without bickering?"
Henry said looking at Ryan and I with a smile on his face.
"She took me shopping this morning and bought me a smoothie."
Ryan said taking a seat.
"You invited yourself."
I said placing his food in-front off him.
"Well she enjoyed my company."
Ryan said making me scuff.
"Did you put the flowers in water?"
He asked.
"Oh shoot, it's in my car."
I said smacking my forehead.
"No you didn't Luna?"
"They are probably dead."
Ryan said shaking his head in disappointment.
"I'm kidding,"
"They are in a vase at Joes place."
I said to Ryan, but really they weren't,
after I left Ryan I drove to my parents grave placing the flowers there.
It was actually the first time I visited their grave since their funeral.
"Aren't you going to eat wit us Aluna?"
Henry asked taking me out off my thoughts.
"Yes sit and have lunch with us."
Ryan said pulling the chair out next to him for me.
"Nah I already ate,"
"you think I would make my favorite food and not eat,"
"come on."
I said making them laugh.
"Well at least join us for dinner,"
Ryan mother said entering the kitchen.
"I don't know,"
I said shaking my head.
"Yes join us,"
"Joe said he is not going to be back until tomorrow he is visiting some old friends."
"You will be alone so join us for dinner."
Ryan said.
"You know a lot about Joe more than his own niece."
I said looking at Ryan frowning my eyebrows because I had no idea Joe was going to be out off town for the night.
"Please join us."
Ryan mom said begging.
"Fine I'll come,"
I said taking a deep breath because I know they weren't gonna give up until I said yes.
"I'll pick you up at 7"
Ryan said
"It's ok I'll drive."
I said grabbing my phone and purses.
"No,"
"I'm picking you up, you have a tendency to fall asleep behind the wheel."
"I have never fell asleep behind the wheel,"
I said looking at him shaking my head in disbelief he would say that.
"Well have a nice day everyone,"
"I'll see you later."
I said waving to them walking away.
"I'm picking you up!"
Ryan shouted as I exited the house.
Ryan's POV
I watched as she left busy like a bee, I really don't know where she gets her energy from.
I was shocked that Joe didn't tell her he was going to be out off town for the night.
Probably there was still some tension between them both after the incident earlier this morning.
But I really think Joe overreacted, it really wasn't a huge deal,
this is the first time Luna have done anything late since she have cooking for me,
Which made me think there is probably some old tension between them.
Probably something happened a long time ago before Luna left for Paris.
Probably that's why she said that she promised herself she wouldn't step back into the ring.
Luna is a very mysterious girl,
She is different from the others, which makes me very drawn to her.
