Scene starts from Akshara keeping her gifts in her side of the wardrobe. She keeps her the things in the wardrobe and locks it. She keeps the keys in her pocket but it falls on the floor which goes unnoticed by her. She was going to leave the room when she feels like vomitting again so she turns back and rushes to the washroom. Arohi who was standing out and peeping inside sees everything including the keys falling down. When Akshara rushes to the washroom she sneakily goes in and picks up the keys looking at it with an evil smile, she keeps the keys in her pocket and tip toes out of the room before Akshara comes out.
Evening 5.00 pm
Amish has already left back for Rajkot. Everyone is sitting in the hall having tea and snacks together except Akshara and Arohi. Akshara is resting in their room ( AkshNav's) as she wasn't feeling well while Arohi is gone to VaRa's room taking the opportunity as everyone is busy with each other downstairs to do her favourite work from childhood ( that is Akshara ki cheezon pe nazar dalke usse chori karne ki koshish karna. )
VaRa's room
Arohi enters the room and goes to the wardrobe, unlocking it with the keys and then opening it. She searches for the kangan that Meenakshi dadi had given Akshara and soon finds it. She wears the kangan and admires it. She puts them in her pocket and goes to remove the other things when suddenly someone turns her around and gives her a tight slap. She sees that it's Manish who slapped her.
Manish(angry): Tum apni inn cheap harkaton se kabhi baaj nahi aaungi na Arohi, humesha tum Akshu ke cheezon pe nazar dalti ho aur unhe churane ki koshish karte ho. Problem kya hai tumhari sab kuch toh hai tumhare paas yeh baat mujhe acche se pata hai ki woh Manjiri Birla tumhe sar pe chadake rakhti hai kyun tum ho toh unke hi jaisi ghatiya aurat joh har wakt unki chamchi banke rehti hai. Toh tumhe toh sab kuch deti hogi na woh mehenge se mehenge tohfe kapde gehne sab kuch phir bhi tumhe Akshu ko diye hue cheezon pe hi humesha apni nazar dalni hai. Tumhari bachpan ki aadat abhi tak nahi gayi hai na Akshu ke cheeze churane ki, bacchpan mein jab bhi Singhanias ya Rajvanshs mein se Akshu ke liye tohfe aate te tum humesha uske tohfon ko churane ki koshish karti thi. Chahe woh Naira ki princess ring ho joh Naitik ji ne Naira ko di thi phir Akshu, Mishti ka diya hua woh diamond bracelet ho, Naksh ka diya woh pendant ho ya phir Gayu ke diye hue woh khilone ho. Woh Sheila humare ghar mein aake chori karti thi aur phir woh Sirat khud usse sabke saamne expose karke humare nazron mein mahaan banna chahti thi. Usne sabko toh bewakoof bana diya lekin mujhe aur Surekha ko kabhi bewakoof nahi bana payi. Insaan ko acchi tarah se pechanne ka tajurba hai mujhe aur Surekha ke paas uski baaj ki nazar isliye hum dono ne jab Sirat ko pehli baar dekha tab hi samajh gaye te ki iss ladki ki fitrat mein khot hai aur yeh humare parivaar ko barbaad kar degi joh usne sach mein kardiya. Kitna samjhaya hum dono ne parivaar ko lekin uss Sirat ne joh bholi bhali acchi ladki hone ka mukhota pehna tha uske wajah se sabki aankhon mein patti bandh gayi aur sab usse accha samajhne lag gaye. Woh Sirat humari ghar ke bahu bane usse kuch din bhi nahi hue lag gayi apne kaam pe humari Naira ki jagah lene chali thi woh sadakchap manhoos aurat. Naira aur Sirat ki sirf surat milti thi lekin dono ki fitrat bohot alag thi. Ek ka mann aaine ke tarah saaf that sone ke dil wali humari Naira aur tumhari maa Sirat uska mann toh koyle se bhi kala tha pattar dil ki thi woh. Akshu se Abir se aur Akshu ke hone wale bacche se dur raho tum, agar tumne Akshu ko ya uske hone wale bacche ko nuksaan pahunchane ki koshish ki toh woh tumhara aakhri din hoga iss ghar mein. Tumhare saath saath Ruhi keliye bhi iss ghar ke darwaze humesha humesha keliye bandh hojayega sirf tumhari ek galti ki wajah se. Tumhari fitrat ko bohot acche se pechanta hoon main Arohi Akshu ki khushiyan tumse dekhi nahi jaati toh tum apne mann mein zaroor koi planning kar rahi hogi Akshu ki khushiyan barbaad karne keliye. Arey tum Akshu ke ajanme bache ko bhi maar sakti ho.
That they hear the sound of a vase falling down and look towards the door. They see Akshara there who is standing with a shocked expression while tightly clutching her stomach. Seeing the fear in her eyes Manish understood that she must have heard the last line.
Akshara: Bade papa yeh aap kya keh rahe hai ki yeh Arohi mere baby ko maar sakti hai. ( Panics ) Kya iss Arohi ne mere baby ko maarne ki koshish ki hai jiske baare mein mujhe nahi pata.
Manish hugs Akshara tightly trying to calm her down.
Manish: Akshu beta tu shaant hoja aisa kuch nahi hai. Arohi ne aisa kuch bhi nahi kiya hai. Main sirf Arohi se baat kar raha tha ki mujhe pata hai teri khushiyan barbaad karne keliye woh kuch bhi karsakti hai tere iss ajanme bacche ko bhi maar sakti hai isliye main usse warn kar raha tha tujhse dur rehne ke liye.

Akshara: Par kya hua tha yaha aap iss aurat pe chilla kyun rahe te? ( Angry )Ek minute yeh humare kamre mein kya kar rahi hai? Maine tumhe kitni baar kaha hai Arohi yeh kamra mera aur Vabby ka hai iss kamre se dur raho. Bachpan mein hi maine tumhe warning di thi ki agar maine phirse iss kamre mein dekha toh mujhse bura koi nahi hoga phir bhi tumhari itni himmat ki tum yaha phirse aagayi. Last time toh tum Mishti masi ka gifted bracelet churane aayi thi iss baar kya churane aayi ho tum.
Manish: Main batata hoon kya churane aayi thi yeh manhoos.
Manish removes the kangan from Arohi's pocket and shows it to Akshara.
Akshara: Yeh toh Meenakshi dadi ke gifted kangan hai.
Manish: Ha Akshu yeh Arohi Meenakshi behen ke diye hue kangan churake leja rahi thi aur sirf itna hi nahi woh baaki ke tohfe joh Abir Mishti Kunal Kuhu, Krishu Akash ji aur Amish ne tujhe diye te woh bhi churane wali thi yeh sadakchap aurat.
Listening this Akshara gets really angry. She goes and slaps Arohi tightly two times, with the second slap Arohi falls down kissing the floor right infront of Akshara's feet.( Uski asli aukaat mein hai woh Arohi. )
Akshara(shouts): How dare you Arohi tumhari himmat kaise hui phirse yeh cheap harkatein karne ki, mere cheeze churane ki koshish ki tumne. Ek minute tumhare paas wardrobe ke keys kaise aaye, sach sach batao tumne chabiya churayi thi na. Tum na kabhi sudhar nahi sakti Arohi Birla. Accha hua tumhari shaadi Birla Family mein hui thi kyunki tum sirf woh toxic family deserve karti ho. Now get out of this room right now. Tum toh ho hi besharam aise nahi manne wali tumhe toh dhaake maarke nikalna padega. Woh kya hai na laaton ke bhoot baaton se nahi maante toh unhe unhi ke basha mein samjhana padta hai.
Akshara grabs Arohi by her hair tightly and drags her out of the room and then pushes her harshly making her fall on the floor. Arohi gets up and leaves from there. She then goes to Manish takes the bangles from him and keeps it back in the wardrobe. She locks the wardrobe and keeps the keys in her pocket. Her pressure had gone up due to anger making her sweat and she started feeling breathless. Manish fills a glass of water and gives it to Akshara which she takes and drinks immediately. After sometime she calms down.
Manish: Tu theek hai na ab Akshu.
Akshara: Ji bade papa i'm okay.
Manish: Akshu beta tu pregnant hai aur iss halat mein agar tu itna stress logi ya itna gussa karogi toh teri tabiyat kharab hojayegi aur iska bura asar tere ajanme bacche par bhi hoga.
Akshara: Main jaanti hoon bade papa ki itna gussa meri sehat keliye theek nahi hai lekin main kya karu, woh Arohi humesha kuch na kuch aisa karti hai ki mujhe gussa aahi jaata hai. Kitni irritating hai yeh stupid Arohi.
Monday ( morning 9.00 am )
Goenka Villa
Everyone is gathered in the temple for the aarti. Akshara starts doing the aarti while singing bhajan. ( Arohi and Ruhi are not there as they went back to Birla House the previous day. )
When Akshu is singing the bhajan Mimi, Swarnish and Surekha get a flashback of Naira when she used to sing this same bhajan.
They get emotional remembering their jaan their Naira.
Akshu finishes the aarti and then gives aarti to everyone along with the prasad.
Manish: Chalo Akshu court chalte hai.
Everyone leaves for the court except Suhasini. Mimi is staying at home only with Abir.
30 minutes later
Family Court
Everyone reach the court and get down. They start going inside the court but Akshara stops at the entrance and closes her eyes. She imagines her mumma papa Kartik Naira standing in white clothes and showing her a thumbs up sign while saying all the best. She opens her eyes.
Akshara(in mind): Mumma papa aaj aapki beti ek bohot bada intehaan dene wali hai, kanhaji se prathana kijiyega ki main iss intehaan mein safal hojao. Aap dono apna aashirvaad banaye rakhna mere sar pe.
Akshara takes a deep breath and enters the court gathering courage. They go and wait outside the courtroom for their turn. Soon their turn comes and they are called inside the room. The Birlas too enter inside the room.

Everyone comes and sits inside on their places. Soon the judge arrives and everyone stands up greeting her and then sits down.
Judge: Sunwaai shuru kiya jaye.
Sahil: Your honour mere client Dr. Abhimanyu Birla ne apne ex wife Ms. Akshara Goenka joh ab Mrs. Akshara Sharma ke khilaaf complaint file kiya hai ki unhone 6 saal tak unke bete Abir ko mere client se chupake rakha tha. She never informed him that his son is alive. Isliye mere client yeh chahte hai ki unhe Abir ki sole custody mile because Mrs. Akshara Sharma aur unke pati Abir ki parvarish acchi tarike se nahi karsakte.
Vatsal: Your honour mere client Mrs. Akshara Sharma pe jhoota ilzaam lagaya jaraha hai. Unhone bohot koshish ki thi Dr. Abhimanyu Birla ko apne bete ke baare mein batane ki lekin unhone mere client ki ek nahi suni. He takes a file and gives it to the judge via the middle person ( i don't know what you call them ). The judge takes the file and looks at it.
Vatsal: My lord iss file mein Abir ke school admission form uska character certificate sab kuch hai. Abir Kasauli ke sabse best school St. Mary's School mein padta hai infact woh ek bohot hi brilliant student hai. Abir humesha academics aur sports mein first aata hai. He is the best student in school. Aur iss baat ko saabit karne keliye main Abir ke school principal ko bulana chahunga jiske liye mujhe aapki ijajat chahiye.
Judge: Ijajat hai.
Vatsal: Thank you my lord.
The principal comes and stands in the witness box. Vatsal goes and starts questioning her.
Vatsal: Sister Martha aap Abir ko bohot acche se jaante hai infact woh aapka favourite student hai right. Toh kya aap please yaha bethe sabhi logon ko bata sakte hain ki Abir kis type ka baccha hai , in general uska behaviour kaisa hai. Woh apne doston ke saath, apne teachers ke saath aur school staff ke saath kaisa vyavahar karta hai.
Sister Martha: Abir ek bohot hi accha studios aur well behaved baccha hai. Woh kabhi school mein kisi bacche se jhagda nahi karta sabki respect karta hai school ke peons aur security ko bhi kitne respectfully uncle ya aunty kehta hai. School mein aise bohot incidents hue hai jab Abir ko bully kiya gaya hai uske classmates ne lekin usne kabhi unke saath jhagda tak nahi kiya jabki aise situations mein bacche ek dusre ke saath maar pit karte hai. I must say Abir has really lots of patience. Uske parents ne usse bohot acchi parvarish diya hai.
Hearing all this the Goenkas are really proud of Abir's upbringing given by Akshara and Abhinav.

How the people praise Abir's upbringing given by his parents and how he gives the credit to his papa for teaching him how to always be patient and calm in every situation.

Vatsal too is happy that his babydoll his little sister has become such a good mother and is proud of the upbringing she has given to Abir. The judge too is impressed by Abir's tolerant nature, his calm and good behaviour. She thinks that he has got a really good upbringing.

Abhimanyu yells all this while breaking things in the room creating loud noises making a already traumatized Akshara more scared.
Akshara: Abhi please meri baat sunlo ek baar. Please isme meri koi galti nahi hai, mujhe pain horaha tha isliye Neil mujhe hospital leke chala gaya.
Abhimanyu picks a vase and flings it in her direction making her jump in fear, she narrowly escaped getting hurt by the vase.
Abhimanyu: Nahi sunna mujhe tumhari koi bhi jhoothi kahaniyan samjhi. You know what Arohi na humesha sach kehti thi tumne hi uski mumma ko maara hai.
This makes Akshara angry and she gives him a tight slap. ( I really wanted her to slap him in the show when he said this. )
Akshara: How dare you Abhimanyu Birla, tumhari himmat kaise hui yeh kehne ki ki maine Mrs.Goenka ko maara hai. Kya tum te waha uss din jab Mrs. Goenka ki maut hui thi nahi na toh phir tum aisa kaise kehsakte ho ki maine Mrs. Goenka ko maara hai.
Abhimanyu holds her arms tightly digging his nails in her skin.
Akshara: Ahhh Abhi mere haath chodo, mujhe dard ho raha hai.
Abhimanyu: Dard horaha hai toh hone do I don't care. Bhale hi main uss din waha par nahi tha jab Sirat aunty ki maut hui thi lekin i am very sure jaise aaj tumhare wajah se Neil ki maut hogayi hai waise hi uss din bhi zaroor aisa kuch hua hoga jiske wajah se Sirat aunty ki death hogayi. ( He yells all this on her face loudly making her scared. )
Akshara(in disbelief): Abhi yeh tum kya bol rahe ho, tum abhi gusse mein ho isliye kuch bhi bol rahe ho. Jab tumhara gussa shaant hojayega tab tum apne yeh saare shabdh regret karoge.
Abhimanyu(shouts): Main kyun regret karunga. I won't regret it. You know what tum manhoos ho, tumhare wajah se sabki life barbaad hojati hai. Tumhare paida hone ke baad sabse pehle tumne apni maa ki jaan leli, phir apne papa aur sauteli maa ki jaan leli. Tumse pyaar karna aur shaadi karna mere life ki sabse badi galti thi. Jabse maine tumse shaadi kiya hai tabse humare ghar mein sirf problems hi ho rahe hai. Tumhare aur tumhare uss bhai Kairav ki wajah se meri behen Anisha ki maut hogayi. Arey agar shaadi kar leta woh usse toh atleast meri behan zinda toh hoti aaj. Uska affair tha toh kya hua woh apni galti maan rahi thi woh uss aadmi se saare rishte todne keliye taiyaar thi taaki woh Kairav se shaadi kar sake par tumhare bhai ne usse tukra diya. Tumhare wajah se aaj mera Neil iss duniya mein nahi hai. Arey kaisi maa ho tum tumne toh apne khudke bacchon ko bhi nahi choda. Aaj joh tumhara miscarriage hua hai uski zimmedar sirf tum ho sirf tum. Kaash Neil ki jagah tumhari maut hogayi hoti toh zyada accha hota, atleast humare parivaar ko chutkara miljata ek manhoos saaye se.
Akshara is just shocked hearing all this. She is just crying bitterly unable to say anything.
Abhimanyu: You know what I am done with you, nikal jao mere ghar aur life se aur dubara kabhi apni shakal mat dikhana.
He signs the divorce papers and leaves the room in anger. Akshara too signs the divorce papers while crying and keeps her mangalsutra there.

Seeing the video Akshara gets scared, the past memories start haunting her again and she clutches Abhinav's hand tightly. Abhinav realises that she is scared and side hugs her tightly, he rubs her back to calm her down assuring that he is there with her always.
Seeing the video the Goenkas too are heartbroken. How their daughter was badly treated by the man who they trusted so much and gave their daughter to him, who had promised to always take care of her and keep her happy. Even though they already knew about this earlier as Akshara had told them everything but seeing it with their own eyes their heart pains seeing Akshara's miserable state that day and how she was bitterly crying. Kairav is heartbroken and angry on Abhimanyu for all this. He is angry on himself too for trusting the wrong man and giving his sister's hand in marriage to him. He has a flashback of his conversation with Abhimanyu the previous night before Akshara's wedding with him. How he had promised Kairav that he will always stand by Akshara but it happened completely opposite. After the wedding Abhimanyu never trusted Akshara instead he always blamed her for the happenings in the house when she never was at fault. He regrets taking Akshara's side and going against everyone to support Akshara and Abhimanyu. He was the one who convinced the Goenkas for this marriage which he now regrets doing, he had destroyed his baby sister's life with his own hands by getting her married to Abhimanyu due to which she suffered for 3 years. Vatsal also is shocked seeing the video even though he knew about all this earlier as Akshara had told him but seeing it by his own eyes made his heart pain. His babydoll the princess of the three families who is treated like a glass doll and brought up so gently and delicately what torture she had to face in Birla House which seems like a living hell. Controlling his emotions he speaks up.
Vatsal: My lord aapne dekha ki Birlas ke dono bete kaise apne wives ko treat karte hai. Ek apne wife ko physically assault karta hai toh dusra apne wife now ex-wife ko mentally torture karta tha. Birla family ek bohot hi toxic family hai jiska environment kisi bacche ke liye sahi nahi hai, joh bacchi iss wakt uss ghar mein rehti hai uska behaviour kaisa hai yeh toh aapne dekha hi hoga. Dr. Abhimanyu Birla itna famous heart surgeon hai lekin phir bhi woh apni ki condition se insensitive tha. Ek aurat ka jab miscarriage hota hai tab usse kitni love aur care ki zarurat hoti hai yeh ek doctor ko bohot acche se pata hai phir bhi the great Dr. Abhimanyu Birla ne apni wife ko mentally torture kiya usse accuse kiya aur phir usse divorce dediya jab woh apne miscarriage ke wajah se already bohot traumatized thi. She was physically, mentally and emotionally weak but Abhimanyu ko toh uski koi parwah nahi thi usse bas kisi pe apna gussa nikalna tha toh usne Akshara pe nikala insensitive of her condition. Abhimanyu ne humesha apni wife ko as a punching bag use kiya hai jispe woh jab chahe apna saara gussa ya frustration nikaal sakta hai. Yeh hai the great Dr. Abhimanyu Birla ka asli chehra, ek acche reputed heart surgeon ke peeche yeh rakshas chupa hai. My lord agar Abir ki custody Abhimanyu ko mil gayi toh Abir bilkul waisa hi banega jaisa Parth, Abhimanyu ban gaye hai aur Ruhi dheere dheere ban rahi hai egoistic aur toxic. Kya sikhayenge yeh Birlas Abir ko ki kal jab woh bada hoga aur uski shaadi hojayegi tab kaise apne wife ko physically and mentally torture karna hai, kaise uski insult karna hai aur kaise usse ek punching bag ki tarah use karna hai. Sahil Mehta was shocked seeing all this videos as he didn't know anything about it. He was told lies that Akshara is wrong but the truth he has seen himself. He always stands for the truth and now seeing this he too thinks that the Birlas shouldn't get Abir's custody as it will spoil his life.
Judge: Dono pakshon ki baat sunne ke baad court ye faisla sunati hai ki Birla family Abir ki parvarish karne ke liye un fit hai toh adalat Abir ki sole custody Akshara aur Abhinav ko deti hai. Birlas mein se agar kisine ne bhi Abir ke aas paas gaye usse milne ki koshish ki ya phir Sharma's ko kisi bhi tarah se pareshaan karne ki koshish ki toh unke khilaaf strict action liya jayega. The court is adjourned.
Manjiri and Abhirohi and shocked plus angry hearing this decision while the Goenkas and Sharmas are very happy about it and thank god for it.

Goenka Villa
Everyone enters the hall where Mimi and Abir are sitting, seeing the happiness on everyone's face Mimi understood that they have won Abir's custody. Akshara directly goes to Naira's photo and stands infront of it while joining hands. Everyone to follows her there and just silently watch her.
Akshara(crying): Mumma aaj aapki Akshi ne apne life ke ek bohot bade intehaan mein safal hoke aayi hai. Jaise aap humesha meri himmat bani hai waise hi aage bhi mujhe himmat dete rahiyega. Abir: Mumma aap nina ki photo ke saamne aise ro kyun rahe ho.
Akshara: Abir aaj teri mumma ka na bohot bada exam tha tab teri nina ne mujhe bohot himmat di aur main exam mein paas hogayi isliye main yaha apne mumma ko thank you bol rahi hoon. Main exam mein paas hogayi na isliye khushi ke aansu aarahe hai. Abir tu aur Abhinav aap dono yaha aajaye saath mein mumma se ashirwaad lete hai.
Abhinav stands beside Akshara and Abir infront of them. AkshNav take blessings from Naira so that they can have a happy life with Abir and their unborn baby. One of the flowers from Naira's photo falls down on the table right next to where her trophy is kept. Everyone sees this and smiles tearfully. Akshara emotionally picks the flower and thanks her mumma for blessing her. The trio share a family hug while smiling.
Later Abir's surgery is successfully completed in Australia and he becomes alright after which they return back to their home in Kasauli. Some months later Akshara gives birth to a baby girl who looks exactly like how Naira used to look when she was born. This was told to Akshara by Naitik and Naksh when they saw her daughter on the video call.
Akshara kept her daughter's name Naira on her mumma's name, Naira Abhinav Sharma.
