Hi Readers: What did you guys think of the first chapter that I wrote for you guys today? I hope that you guys liked it, because I would really like to know what you guys thought about it; especially when it comes to whether you want to see some of those things happen. Thanks again for reading, and I can't wait to see what you guys think of that chapter; and any chapter that you guys want to give me feedback on. But for now, I am going to concentrate on writing this chapter. Here we go with today's second chapter.

They just finished enjoying a nice breakfast with their family, all of them, Matt's mom, sister, Gabby's mom, brother, and niece. And let's just say that Gabby was glad that was the case, because she loves spending time with their family; but that didn't mean that she liked saying goodbye to some of their family, especially when those members of their family are their sons. Because that's who Gabby is currently in the midst of saying goodbye to. Her baby boys: Matteo and Noah. And let's just say that Noah is really happy that his mommy is currently holding him in her arms, especially as she gives him soft kisses on his cheek. "Yes, you like the feeling of mommy kissing your cheek, don't you Noah?" Laughing a bit, Noah then flashed a smile to his mommy; whom he loves more than anything in the entire world. After all, that's exactly what they both want right now. They want to get some quick kisses from their mommy, while their daddy gets some things ready; more specifically, Matt was in the midst of getting Andy ready to go. "Andy, here boy." Turning his head as he heard Matt say that, Andy made his way over to Matt so that he can get his vest and leach on; because it's his routine.
At the same time, Matt smiled as he bent down and then proceeded to open the vest which he has to put on Andy; not that it was going to be an easy task, as Andy is quite excited at the moment. He's always excited when he gets a chance to go out with Matt. "Ah, sit. Sit Andy. Calm." Agreeing with his master, Andy sat down like he was told; after which, Matt smiled as he proceeded to put his vest on for him. The vest that he needs to wear, so that people can know that he's a service dog; not that people don't already know that Matt has a service dog, as they've all seen him walk around with Andy. But still, there are times where he's worried that something is going to happen; something which his wife and sister are aware of and are going to make sure that nobody touches the dog. "I hope you know that I plan on protecting that dog with my life. Nobody is going to touch that little guy." Looking up at Christie, Matt agreed with her as she said that; well aware that was the case, because she's told him that before. "Oh, I am well aware that's the case. Both you and Gabby have spoken to me about that." Moving to give Noah to her mother, Gabby turned around as she heard her name.
"And all of the employees know that they are not to touch them, as it's in the manual; and the same goes for Jay's service dog." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling due to the fact that she was glad that he set that up for them. "I think we both know that's exactly what we're both going to do, and that we're going to protect the dogs from anybody else." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, before watching as she made her way over to him; after which, he extended his hand so that Gabby can grab it (which she did). Grabbing his hand, Gabby smiled as she got close to the man of her dreams and then put her hand on his chest; at the same time, Matt wrapped his arm around her waist and smirked as he brought his gorgeous wife close to him. Putting her hand on his cheek after getting close to Matt, Gabby smiled as she leaned in and then proceeded to kiss the man she loves softly. "I love you." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that, before kissing her softly; after which, both he and Gabby turned their attentions back to their families (with Matt stepping close to her from behind and wrapping his arms around her). And let's say that Gabby really liked that feeling.
So much so, that she put her hands on his and whispered to him. "God, I love this feeling." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before turning his head and kissing the side of her head. "Good, because that's exactly what I want." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before watching as her brother walked over to them. "I can only assume that you guys are going to be this disgusting the entire time." Looking at her brother as he said that, Gabby pushed him as he got close. "Shut up." Antonio agreed with Matt as he said that, before smiling. "So, which is the order of meetings?" Matt sighed. "You aren't until three." That's when Matt remembered something, before turning his head and looking at Gabby. "You know, you have no need to come down yet; because I can take care of the first meeting myself." Gabby shook her head as she heard Matt say that. "No, I want to come. I need to get out of the house without the kids. Maybe I can go to my office, or I can be there as you speak to Rafael." And it was just then that Matt heard his phone ding, which prompted him to let Gabby go; after which, he reached into his jacket pocket and went to see that it was.
And it was a message from his assistant Jacob Moore: 'Mr. Solano has arrived for your meeting. Shall I put him in your office?' Matt agreed with Jacob as he read that, before going to text him back. 'Yes, coffee on my desk for the both of us.' Jacob agreed with his boss as he sent him that, before texting him back right away. 'Will do sir. Dog beg out for Andy?' Matt laughed. 'You know me too well. See you in a moment Jacob.' Putting his phone in his pocket afterwards, Matt took a breath as he looked at Gabby. "Listen, I need to get out of here; Rafael is already at my office, and we need to start our meetings." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before smiling as she turned around and looked at their family. "I'll see you guys at some point, either to get changed or to be with the boys." Camila and Nancy both agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case; after which, Matt smiled as he bent down so that he could grab his bag. He then put it over his shoulder and smiled as he looked at his wife. "Let's get you to your office, so that I can get to my office for my meeting. I think you should just relax and concentrate on your work; have a distraction." Gabby agreed with Matt.
After which, Matt looked at Antonio (while also pushing the button to the elevator); after all, he does need to get him to work. "You, go find Jay and get to work on Casey Police. I want an itemized list of expenses that you already did this year, and I want to know what you guys still need money on." Antonio agreed with his boss as he said that, before watching as the elevator doors open; after which, Antonio let his sister walk in first. After all, she needs to go in first as she's a woman. But that's not the only reason why she needs to go first, as she always goes in with her husband; whom has to go into the elevator with Andy, as he takes up more room than normal. But now, everything is okay; and they're more than ready to just get into the elevator and get to the office. Which is exactly what they did now that the elevator doors where on the floor. "C'mon Andy, in the elevator. Let's go to work." Andy agreed with Matt as he said that, before walking into the elevator so that they can go to work; at the same time, Gabby walked in with Matt and just smiled as they both got ready to make their way into the office...which is exactly what Jay and Alex just did at the money. Because yes, she came.

Casey Headquarters – 20th Floor: Offices of Jay and Alex Halstead
Originally, he was a bit concerned over the fact that Alex wanted to come in; after all, she was still recovering from giving birth, and she thought that she should stay home. But when Alex explained to him that she wants a break from her father (who is currently watching the twins for the both of them), Jay understood why she wanted to come to the office; so, he stopped complaining and just let her come in....on the condition that she takes it easy, and just relaxes today. And that's exactly what Alex plans on doing, just as soon as she gets her laptop set up here on her desk, which is exactly what she's in the midst of doing right now, while sitting on her chair. And that was exactly what Jay wanted, for her to be sitting down while he does what he needs to do for Max: he needs to set up his bed, and just get him to relax and lay down; then, he'll make his way over to Alex and tell her what he needs to tell her. More specifically, he needs to let her know that she can always go home if she needs to; so that she can rest and take it easy.
But he's not just going to do it in a relaxed way, but he's instead going to go it in a sexy way. Walking up behind his beautiful wife as she sat in her chair, Jay smiled as he bent down and then went to leave a soft kiss on her neck. "Hi gorgeous." Laughing as she felt Jay kiss her neck, Alex turned around to face him in her chair; after which, Jay put his hand out as he wanted her to stand up. And that was exactly what Alex ended up doing for him, standing up so that they can be close to each other, which made Jay smile, especially as her watched her turn around and lean against her desk. And god, now that was hot; and it was also exactly what he wanted, as he walked up to his wife and looked at her. At the same time, Alex moved her hands to his jacket and smirked as she stared into his eyes. "So, is there a reason why you're doing this right now?" Jay smiled as he looked into her eyes, before getting close to her; after which, he moved his hand to her neck and kissed her softly. "I want to remind you, that you have no need to be here right now."
Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, well aware that was the case; because she also knew that he wanted her to stay home, and just take it easy. But the truth was, that was not what she wanted to do; she wanted to be at work, so that she could get a break from her father. "I think right now, I need to be here; because I need a break from my dad." Looking at Alex as she said that, Jay soon realized that. "Oh, I didn't realize that..." Alex agreed with Jay. "Jay, he's going to be here until January; and I want to be alone with my husband at times, which is something that I can do at work." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, well aware that was the case; after which, he smiled as he just kissed her softly. "I'm glad that you're relaxing though, because that's what I want you to do." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Good, because that's exactly what I want to hear." Jay smiled as she said that, before going to lean in so that he could kiss her; however, he was soon interrupted as he heard someone speak to the both of them.
"Oh, Alex. I didn't know you were coming in today." Turning around, Jay groaned as he looked at the man who was there at the moment. More specifically, his brother Dr. William Halstead. "Seriously man? You do that right now? Laughing as he heard his brother say that, Will was well aware of the fact that he wasn't happy that he just interrupted them. "Gee, nice way to thank us for watching the kids over the weekend." Alex agreed with Will as he said that, before pushing her husband away from her; after which, she proceeded to make her way over to Will so that she could hug him today. "Let me apologize on behalf of Jay, because he obviously doesn't know when he should shut up; especially when you guys are our babysitters." Will agreed with Alex as she said that, before going to hug her. "How are you feeling?" Alex smiled as Will asked her how she's feeling. "I'm feeling good, glad to be in the office now." Will agreed with his sister-in-law as she said that. "Yeah, makes things a lot easier." Will smiled as he heard Alex say that.
After which, he walked over to Jay and went to shake his hand. "How was your weekend?" Jay smiled. "Good, thanks for bringing the kids over this morning on your way to work." Will agreed. "Sorry it was so early, Natalie had to get to work early." Alex was confused as she heard Will say that. "I thought you said that your meeting with Matt wasn't until one-thirty." Will agreed. "One of her patients is giving birth today, emergency c-section after she went into labor; so, she's not going to be at the meeting today. But that doesn't mean that Casey Health isn't going to be represented by two doctors, as we are going to have another doctor here with us on the board." And that was the point where one of said doctors joined the conversation. "Yes, and that would be me." Turning around to see Ethan, Will smiled as he walked up to him and went to hug him. "God, I am so glad that we're together now." Ethan agreed with Will as he said that. "I'd love to catch up, but only until I have to meet with Matt at..." Will then finished his thought. "At one?"
Ethan was a bit taken aback as he heard Will say that, unsure of just how he knew the exact time that he was meeting with him. "How did you know that I was meeting with Matt at one?" And while Will was originally going to answer his question, their boss President and Deputy CEO of Casey Health Jeff Clarke instead answered Ethan's question. "Because I made sure that all of the executives have today's schedule, prior to me coming to the office and starting my day today."
