Hi Readers: I want to just say this first. I want to say that yes, I did write this chapter previously; but I have decided to re-write it and add more information to it. Now, I do hope you guys enjoyed the last chapter; and like I said previously, I'm sorry about the huge 180. But now, I know where I want to take this story; and I truly believe that I can do this better. But first, some quick notes.
Quick Notes:
(1) I watched the finale last night, and I really didn't like the cliff-hanger. But I have to say this. Jesse Spencer, if you think you can get away with not coming back in the premiere...after Matt proposed to Sylvie, then you're dreaming. I expect to see you in Season 12.
(2) I am not the biggest fan of Brettsey, because she was supposedly Gabby's best friend; and she also slept with her brother/Matt's brother-in-law Antonio. Plus, she's the reason that Gabby left in the first place. So, that pisses me off that they decided to do this.
(3) I read something on Instagram, and they are calling the show Racist because they basically gave Gabby's story to Sylvie; allowing her to get all Gabby wanted: she wanted to adopt (Louie), and she wanted to be married to Matt. White-washing in my opinion.
(4) I want to thank Christian Stolte for all he's done for the show, and we're going to miss him. But now, we need a fourth member of truck. And I want that to be our Captain because I can't see anybody else getting on that truck to replace Mouch.
Story Quick Notes: I have decided to change the layout of the building. There will not be 30 floors inside the building, and an additional (31st) floor on the rooftop; as well, there will also be three below-ground parking floors (P1-P3). And that's because I wanted to add a floor of bedrooms in the penthouse. Now, there will be three bedrooms and an office on the 28th floor for guests; as well, there will be four bedrooms on the 29th floor for the kids. Hope you guys continue to enjoy the story. 30th Floor: Primary Suite
This was not the situation that the father had in mind as his definition for a nice night, but it's exactly what he's going to take if he needs to; him, Gabby, and the boys...all in the same room, as they take it easy with each other. Well, he and Gabby at least; not necessarily the boys, as they are going to do something else...something that they're already doing, because he just finished setting them up where they're going to be staying tonight. And that would be playing with a couple toys in their play pen cribs that they have in their room, and which the boys are going to be sleeping in for a while. That way, they can have them close; as they hold the only family that he and Gabby need close to them, as that's all they need in life. Each other, and their boys. Well, except for where Matt is about to go; and that would be the shower, where Gabby was currently trying to calm down after some drama tonight. Drama that always seemed to come with her family, which is why they actually asked their family to leave; and just let them be alone now.
That way, they could concentrate on what truly matters the most in life: their family. Them, and their sons; and soon, their daughters. God, Matt can't wait to meet their daughters; but for now, he's more than okay with them just spending time together with the boys. But just not yet, as he wants to do something else first. And that would be get in the shower with the love of his life, which is something that he knows will help her; or at least, he thought that was what he was going to be doing tonight. Because while he did hear Gabby's music (which is something she listens to when she needs to relax), he thought that the water he was hearing was going into the shower; but the truth was, the water was actually going into the bath that Gabby was running for herself (and already sitting in). But luckily, he was in here now; and that meant that he could stop the water, because that will mean that there's enough water in the bath. And there's a reason for that, which is due to the fact that he doesn't want water to spill onto the ground.
But no, it's not due to the fact that it's almost at the top (and Gabby just didn't notice that); but rather, it was currently at a place where it's the perfect amount for two people. If the bath gets any fuller, then he's going to make a huge mess when he joins Gabby in the bath; but that's not something that Gabby understands yet, as she doesn't even know why the bath just stopped filling up. Looking left and right as she opened her eyes, Gabby was confused. "What the..." That's when Matt went ahead and leaned over the woman he loves, before moving his hand to the side of her neck; kissing it softly, Matt smirked as he looked at the woman he loves. "I think the bath is full enough for the amount of water that we need tonight." Turning her head, Gabby looked up at Matt; at the same time, she noticed that Matt was just wearing a towel, while also walking over to the counter to set something down. "God, is that a phone?" Matt shook his head. "No, that's already shut off; and it's on my side table." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that.
She then watched as Matt set the baby monitor down on the counter, which is something else that they need right now; and it makes complete sense why Matt had something in his hand now. "Oh, you brought the baby monitor into the bathroom." Matt agreed with Gabby as she asked him whether he brought the baby monitor into the bathroom. "Both of the boys are currently in their cribs and are playing with their individual toys..." Going to grab his cologne, Matt decided that he was going to put some on; after which, he turned around to look at his wife. "...but I know that you still want to have the baby monitor in here, just so that we can at least listen to them." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "You know me too well." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case. "And I also know that you have a lot on your mind right now, which is actually why I'm currently in here; because I know that if you don't have me with you, then you're going to get quite stressed out." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, sighing.
"I know, it seems like my family just loves to create drama while I'm pregnant with our children." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, while also making sure that she remembers that she's the one that said that; not him. "Okay, I want to just make sure that we agree that you were the one that said that first; and that makes it fair game for me to laugh at a bit." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Oh, I am well aware that's the case. It's just fair." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before taking a breath as he looked at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "Just like it's fair that you get a chance to be alone with me again, because it's what you need; if you need me alone, then you're always going to get me alone." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that because she really likes that idea. "I have to say, I really like that idea; especially since I have the best husband in the entire world." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, really liking the sound of that.
"Okay, you can calm down Gabby. I'm already your husband, the father of your children; and we're already alone, no need to flirt with me anymore." Gabby snickered as she heard Matt say that, even though she really likes to flirt with her dreamy husband. "Awe, but I like to flirt with my husband." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before going ahead with grabbing his razor; and that's due to the fact that he wants to shave a bit before he joins Gabby in the bath. "Do you mind if I shave a bit?" Gabby shook her head. "Of course not. Now, you said that the boys are okay right?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she asked him whether the boys are okay, because they most certainly are. "They are more than okay because they are just relaxing and having fun in their cribs. They're all changed, and ready for bed; that means that we can just concentrate on each other, and whatever you and the girls need right now." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, especially due to the fact that she was really happy. "I already something I need tomorrow."
Looking at his wife as he brushed his teeth, Matt nodded as he hoped that she'd tell him what she needs. "And what might that be?" Gabby smiled as she looked at the love of her life. "A day with my boys, and only my boys. A day in bed more specifically." Smiling at Gabby as she said that, Matt actually really liked that idea. "A non-working day in bed." Gabby sighed. "I don't know about that." Matt was confused as he heard Gabby say that, as he was surprised over that. "Okay, I just offered you a day in bed; where I'm not working, and you turn it down?" Gabby sighed as she looked at Matt. "Me and Stella got talking, and we both agreed that we really need to get working on some more designs." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before bending down so that he can spit; after which, he went to rinse his mouth and just thought about something. "Okay, I'm not going say anything; but I think we both know that's not the most important thing, that would be you growing our daughters." Gabby agreed with Matt, well aware that's the case.
However, Matt also knew that he needs to support his wife. "But if you want to work on it, then I'll support you; and I'll help you when it comes to the boys, because I need to do the same thing that you did for me. You've been so supportive of me when it comes to creating the entire business, that I need to do the same." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, really happy that Matt feels the way. "I swear, I have the best husband in the entire world." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that. "Takes a great wife, to make a great husband." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, before watching as he walked over to her next to their bath; leaning over her afterwards, Matt smiled as he went ahead and kissed Gabby softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams, Matt smirked due to the fact that he's really happy; something that he's always going to be when he's with Gabby. "Listen, I'm getting in now. So, you better be ready for me to join you." Gabby smirked as she heard Matt say that. "And why wouldn't I be ready?"
Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, as it just makes him love her so much more; the way they make each other laugh, and just the way that they spend time with each other. "God, I am so in love with you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware of the fact that he loves her more than anything in the entire world. "I love you too Gabby, now I am going to get in the bath with you; I want to hold you in my arms, and just make you extremely comfortable." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she wants the same thing. "Then how about you take off that towel for me? And come get in the bath with me, unless you want to..." And just then, someone decided to interrupt them; more specifically, it was Andy. Turning his head to look down at his furry friend, Matt smiled as he bent down and rubbed his head. "Hey buddy. How about you go lay down on your bed? Daddy's going to take a bath with mama." Barking, Andy agreed before going to walk away; at the same time, Matt turned to look at Gabby once again.
"Sorry in advance if he wakes up the boys." Gabby shook her head as she heard Matt say that, as she didn't want to hear that. Not when it isn't something that he needs to be worried about. She knows that Matt really needs Andy, especially after what happened last night; and what he needs to help him with his PTSD is far more important than their boys sleeping through the night. "Come join me in the bath right now, okay? I want to talk to you about that." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before going to take off his towel; after which, he went ahead and hug it up next to Gabby's towel. And let's just say that Gabby really likes the sight of her man being naked in front of her, especially when he's coming to join her in the bath, which he promptly did, just after he gave her one last kiss before he got in. "God, you are so beautiful." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "And you are really handsome, but you need to get in the bath now. I want you to hold me in your arms, and just give me a bit of attention before those other boys need me."
Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that. "Well then, I better be getting taking advantage of all the time where I have your undivided attention to use." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, moving out of the way a bit so that her man can join her in the bath, which is exactly what Matt did, just as soon as Gabby was out of the way. And let's just say that the smile that was on Gabby's face as he did that, well it was huge; and that was due to the fact that her loving husband was now in the bath with her, and ready to hold her in his lap. And that's exactly what Gabby wanted as well. She wanted to be in his lap, all cuddled up to him close; she just wished he didn't take all the time in the world, because she wants to sit down now. "God, can you just get comfortable? I want to sit in your lap." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that she's starting to get impatient. So, he went ahead, and did exactly what Gabby wanted him to do; he got nice and comfortable in the bath, so that Gabby could sit down in his lap.
It wasn't long after Matt sat down in the bath, that Gabby soon moved into his lap and got comfortable; more specifically, she got comfortable in her rightful spot. Which would, of course, be his lap; the most comfortable place for her to sit down, which is something that she wants to do for the rest of the bath. That was especially the case, as Matt currently had his hand on her stomach, which was quite comfortable might she add, simply because it was the best way for Matt to hold her. It was the exact place where she wanted it, as it also allowed her to hold his hand and intertwine their fingers. Just holding his girl close to him, Matt smiled due to the fact that this is everything that he wants to do tonight; heck, every night that they get a chance. He wants to hold Gabby in his lap, wrap his legs around hers, and move his hand around her baby bump; all the while, Gabby will cuddle up to him, and nuzzle her head into the crook of his neck. And god if that isn't a nice feeling. "God, now this is comfortable." Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling.
"Yeah, I really like it when you hold me in your arms like this. It's exactly what I want and will always want; I hope you know that." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that because that's something that he most definitely knows. Plus, he wants the same thing. He wants to hold her in his arms for the rest of his life, and always enjoy great baths with the love of his life; because that's who Gabby is to him, the love of his life. "So, you glad that we came back to be with the boys?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she was glad that they came back to be with the boys, as she most certainly was. "Yeah, I am and honestly, I think that we needed this. I know we said that we wanted time alone to celebrate our anniversary, but we also need the boys." Matt took a breath when he heard Gabby say that, before kissing the side of her head. "Is it at all related to you still being weary about the media here in Hawaii?" Laying her head back as she grabbed Matt's hand, Gabby intertwined their fingers and just held it close to him. "I didn't think of that."
Matt sighed as he heard Gabby say that, before turning to kiss her forehead softly. "Sorry if I put that in your head." Gabby shook her head as she heard Gabby say that, because it was more than okay for him to ask her questions. "Baby don't apologize. You have every right to ask me questions, if you feel like we need to talk about something. And the truth is, I just haven't really thought about it, because things have really calmed down here." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before intertwining their fingers some more; after which, Gabby turned her head and looked up at the man she loves. Bending down, Matt smirked as he proceeded to kiss her softly. And let's just say that was exactly what Gabby wanted, as it allowed her to take things nice and slow with her dreamy husband. "God, I love you so much." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that she loves him, because he feels the same way; and always will. "I love you too Gabby, and I always will; no matter what we go through, I promise." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that.
After which, Matt proceeded to grab some soap so that he can start washing her. "Unfortunately, I think we both know that we can't spend too much time in here; and that's due to the fact that the boys are out in our room." Gabby shook her head. "I'm sure that we can at least take a bit of time, I want to cuddle up to you like this for a bit; please baby?" Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, before moving his hand to her stomach as they both held each other. At the same time, Gabby moved her hand to his arm and just stroked it with her thumb; and god, this is perfect, and there's just nothing more that she wants to do in this moment other than hold her loving husband close to her. "Listen, what do you say me, and you just sit here and relax? We can hold each other close, as we just relax." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, loving that idea. "I think I might want to just take it easy today, without any sex." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before bending down and moving to kiss her neck softly. "I can make that happen." Gabby agreed.
Smirking, Matt just continued to kiss her neck softly; in the process, he made Gabby moan quite a bit. "Want me to keep doing this for the rest of our bath?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her that, before turning her head and leaning up to kiss the man she loves. "Hell yes." Matt smirked as he turned his head, before bending down so that he can kiss her softly; taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is exactly what he wants to do right now. He wants to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves, as they hold each other close in the bath. "I love you Gabby." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "I love you too Matt. But maybe no sweats, I like the feeling of your body against mine." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling as he was more than ready to do that for her. "Deal, now...let's just enjoy this before we go watch a movie in bed?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she loves that idea. After which, she smiled as she felt Matt wrap his arms around her tight.
Which is exactly what she wants for the rest of the bath, as it made her happy.
