a loud gasp rang in the apartment as Hyunjin chewed the brownie through his surprise, eyes widened and hands up in the air before they clasped over his ears. what was this feeling? was he tasting heaven? he stood up from the couch before falling down on it again, hands over his chest he banged it--this drama company of him has been funded by the brownie he was currently eating, it was so good that it had triggered the drama queen inside of him and brought her out in her utmost glory
he got up from the couch once again, mouth full of brownies as he walked toward their room and barged inside "Felix--did you" he was silent, chewing through his mouth-full of brownies while Felix stared at him completely dumb-struck. it really seemed that the boy won't leave him alone and hell, all he needed was to be left alone so he could calm his crazy heart
"did you seriously make these?"
the question was finally out and at first, Felix was confused but then he realized what Hyunjin was talking about "Y-yea...?" he didn't quite understand the reaction from the other "First of all; you're not supposed to tire yourself out" he scolded before continuing as he wiped his mouth with the help of his thumb, spiraling Felix's mind to that one moment when he wiped his mouth in the same exact manner after kissing Felix
and that was all he could think about, unable to even answer the latter as he just stared at him with mouth fell apart and mind hazed with thoughts of Hyunjin and that evening "second of all; you can be a baker! those are the best brownies I've ever had in my entire fucking life" the boy exaggerated throwing his hands in the air and explaining his love for the said dessert, but then again he wasn't really exaggerating as it was true those really were the best brownies of his entire life
"What?"
perplexion once again made its way over Felix's mind as he raised a brow, that's what happens when you lose your mind and think of nasty-nasty things Felix. "no, seriously. these are so good, Felix" and that's when it hit Felix, he was talking about his brownies all along, duh! "t-thank you...Hyunjin" he chuckled softly, feeling happy at the praise, and before Hyunjin could shower him with more praises something had caught the boy's eyes that unleashed a demonic scream from that mouth of his that had been occupied by a delicious brownie earlier
"what the fuck!"
it was loud and ear-piercing as Felix's eyes widened watching Hyunjin run inside the washroom and hide behind the door of it, he was absolutely flabbergasted by Hyunjin's sudden outburst "What the fuck is that!" he yelled once again, facial expressions twisted into both disgust and surprise as he pointed at something over the bed. so Felix finally turned around and shifted his gaze from Hyunjin to the supposed 'thing' and when he finally did, he was only more confused
"That's a...cat, Hyunjin...did you not know?"
it might appear as if Felix was joking with Hyunjin but trust me he was not, he was genuinely confused about Hyunjin's reaction over a cat and he just presumed it was because he was unaware of what a cat is, and as wild as that sounds he just couldn't understand why else Hyunjin would react like that "Of course, I know what a cat is Felix! I just--I don't like them! why is it here!" his voice irked with annoyance and a hint of disgust as Felix just stared at him with his mouth apart
"take that back" he demanded, so bewildered by Hyunjin's revolting confession while the cat in question walked around the room before finally climbing onto the bed and walking toward Felix, who gladly reached out his hand and petted the cat's head "Hello, Nabi-ya. it's been a while since you've come around" he talked to Nabi in what appeared to be the most baby voice he could have spoken in
and for a little moment, the disgust Hyunjin possessed faltered away and almost transitioned into adoration as he watched Felix lower his face and kiss the cat on the head with a beaming smile. "see, he's so adorable you're just mean" Felix complained turning to glare at Hyunjin who cleared his throat wishing that Felix didn't notice him gaping at him "I-I just don't like cats...can you please get that thing out of here?" Hyunjin explained, much calmer than before now
"Hyunjin! Seriously stop already" Felix belted at the taller male who sighed and rolled his eyes dramatically "Okay fine, ugh" he groaned making Felix shake his head "Come out, he won't bite" he tried to assure the other "Why do you even hate these fluffy babies anyway? is it the same reason as birds?" he quested, throwing in a little quirky remark as he turned to look at Nabi with a fond smile "I had a bad experience with a cat when I was younger" he explained, twisting and turning the door knob absent-mindedly
"if you don't mind telling me, what was it?" Hyunjin sighed looking up at Felix, he really didn't want to scratch that wound right now, not when he was hiding behind a bathroom door standing so awkwardly. "no pressure-" "I don't mind" Hyunjin cut him off before he could jump to conclusions, it wasn't a trauma-deep memory still, anything related to his childhood was something he found difficult to speak about
"I'll send him out if you want me to" Felix sighed turning toward Hyunjin once again, this time with a gentle smile Hyunjin too sighed deeply and shook his head no "You promise to hold it if I get out?" Hyunjin queried and Felix nodded solemnly as he licked his lips taking in a deep breath and hesitantly opening the door he was scurrying behind. It appeared that not only did he hate them, he was also scared of them.
So with much reluctance he finally stepped out, letting out the breath he was holding while Felix watched him with a soft smile. The boy didn't walk any closer to Felix, just slid himself across the wall and sat on his heels, too on guard to sit on the ground opening his mouth and starting to explain "When I was little I uh...went to this park with my daddy and there was this- um cat" Hyunjin got silent as he looked at Nabi as if reminiscing some memory he's forgotten. Moments later he cleared his throat and began speaking again, eyes diverting from Nabi to Felix as he felt the other's warm smile walk all over his skin and give him warmth
"It attacked me for some reason, I can't remember clearly why-- maybe I hurt it in some way. My father he- had to get it away from me and he um...got hurt in the process, fell sick from something called 'cat scratch fever' and I just felt really guilty so I started hating cats" he ended his story with an unhumorous laugh. Once done explaining Hyunjin heard that little voice he always hears mock him for how stupid and idiotic he sounded, how unjustified his reason to hate cats was, and how ruthlessly pathetic he was. After all, it was his fault the cat had attacked him in the first place, maybe he hurt it-no he definitely hurt it and therefore his daddy got hurt too. It was his fault so he was in no place to be hating on cats
A lump formed in Hyunjin's chest as he let his eyes fall from Felix's face to Nabi's sleeping one, he didn't even want to think about what Felix must be thinking of him right now "That must've been very scary as a child... It's only okay for you to be upset but don't worry, not every cat will attack" Felix tried to joke and lighten the situation and it seemed to work as Hyunjin chuckled, "Is that yours?" He pointed toward the cat "Not literally, but yea he does come around whenever he wishes" Felix explained running a hand over his body "Those brownies really were astounding, I didn't know you had a knack for baking" It was now Felix's turn to chuckle "thank you, I only bake rarely but yes I do enjoy it"
and there it was, another one of Hyunjin's secrets revealed so candidly that it almost seemed like it wasn't a big deal like his secrets weren't weapons but treasures, treasures which he could share with Felix and trust him with them. and the feeling he once was truly terrified of didn't feel so unnerving anymore. Rather, it felt comforting and nice. Maybe because it was Felix this feeling was coming from, this feeling of having someone know you, the feeling of someone understanding you better than you do yourself. He didn't feel threatened, he felt safe.

The day passed quicker than Felix would've anticipated, it was already the morning of Hyunjin's graduation and to see how calm the other was only threw Felix off further while he was out here panicking about the smallest of details "Did you hire your gown or buy it?" He questioned Hyunjin who looked at him with furrowed brows before he yawned "It's 7 am, leave me alone" and there he was, burying his face in the pillows again "Hyunjin! Get up this is the last time I'm asking you this" his yell echoed in the room before he stormed out of there to check the food he's set on the stove
"We have to be there by 10, we have like years! Let me sleep" he groaned, thrashing his legs and arms around like he was a 6-year-old "You're so bratty, and Mr. so smart the ceremony starts at 10 we have to be there by 9 if you had read the invitation" There it was, that deep voice once again resonating in Hyunjin's ears and taking him out of his slumber, Hyunjin wasn't expecting Felix to be so sassy but he wasn't complaining (maybe he was because he desperately wanted to sleep but that was a different story) "Please, just for heaven's sake get up, you take forever showering and getting ready in the morning"
even if Hyunjin was offended by the 'assumption' Felix had thrown his way (which, In reality, was the truth) he couldn't be mad because of the voice the latter used, it was soft this time and Hyunjin couldn't disobey, not when Felix ran a hand through his messy locks so gently. He groaned before he opened his eyes and turned around, and as he did Felix quickly retreated his hand and sprung to his feet, attempting to leave but his wrist was grabbed and he was pulled into the bed
Stumbling against Hyunjin's chest who laid on his back with his messy hair falling before his eyes, chest revealed in its utmost glory as he wasn't wearing a shirt-- which for the record Felix has been trying to avoid by not looking at him, but he failed when he sat down beside him and ran a hand through his hair. Admiring his side profile and the cuts on his back, which also led blood to rush to his cheeks because he had realized the marks he left behind that evening were still there
Stripped from their scarlet prestige and transitioned into a rogue shade, yet they were still there. And before he could ponder about it further Hyunjin turned making him widen his eyes and quickly get up yet he was pulled back. So now he lay on Hyunjin's chest, listening to his heartbeat and trying to silence his thoughts while Hyunjin carded his long fingers in hair helping him bury his face in his neck and sniff that beautiful natural musk of Hyunjin he loved so much
And somehow it brought ease over him, taking him away from reality, a reality which was the fact that he was so close to Hyunjin right now. He let out a deep sigh and then suddenly remembered how his own marks haven't healed either, just like the ones on Hyunjin's neck which he had his face submerged in. He shut his eyes tight at the memory of his lips on Hyunjin's jaw leaving traces of them being there behind making his heart thump and cheek glow bright red
"We should just stay in bed and ditch this stupid graduation thing"
Hyunjin's groggy voice took Felix out of his fairyland as he quickly got up and away from Hyunjin's grip who whined so silently about the loss of touch. "Absolutely no, now that you're awake I'll serve breakfast and you'll get ready" Felix deadpanned, avoiding Hyunjin's eyes as quickly got up breaking free from Hyunjin's grip on his wrist and rushing out of the room leaving a smiling Hyunjin behind

"I still don't get why we had to get up so early, we could've made it in an hour" Hyunjin was still going on about his debate of 'we could've just cuddled' though he didn't say it outright, that's what he meant by this entire argument. He's saying all this while it's already been an hour and like they shouldn't be on their way to the venue already considering it was a pretty far away location. Mouth stuffed with food he silenced finally and began eating in peace
While he was extremely chill, the other boy, on one hand, was losing his marbles, all that's happened this morning just thwacked him with reminders of that evening and he could endure anything but that right now, so with a deep sigh he tried to pry his mind off of it and think of something else "Even though I ask you not to do this stuff you never listen to me, still this is really good" Hyunjin complimented the breakfast Felix made and it made him smile softly, looking up just a little to find Hyunjin's eyes already on him, his arm reaching out over the other side of the table as he ruffled the boy's hair adoringly worsening his already irrationally beating heart
Felix was at a loss of breath as he tried to keep himself calm. silence loomed over them once again and just like any other time it was peaceful and filled with serenity, and maybe that's what helped Felix get over his thoughts. "you never answered my question, did you hire your gown or buy it?" the brunette male questioned making Hyunjin look up at him confused "neither, I just supposed I'll wear casual clothes" the worry and puzzlement that washed on Felix's face made Hyunjin assume he's said something wrong
"just wear casual clothes? Hyunjin who in their right mind shows up to their graduation wearing 'casual clothes' since when did that start to happen?" Felix tempered at the raven head's inexplicable statement "Since...now?" the lint of confusion still visible in his tone as Felix shook his head in disbelief "You better call a gown-hiring company and hire one" and another groan of tiresome was heard through Hyunjin's plump lips but Felix was acclimated by it "I didn't even know this stuff, how do you?" Hyunjin complained putting down his fork and sipping his warm tea through knitted brows
making Felix shake his head and chuckle a little "I used to work at a gown hiring company not long ago, helping people get ready for their big day" Now that Felix thought about it, he was reminded of how empty and upset he used to feel back then, seeing all those people his age living out their lives, fulfilling goals and accomplishing dreams while he was here, stuck in a loop of misery. he didn't want to feel that way of course, he wanted to be happy about those other people but some part inside of him still felt sorrowful
yet somehow this time he felt nothing of the sort, when he looked at Hyunjin and helped him get ready for his big day he didn't feel even an ounce of envy, instead he felt proud and content.

"You're sure I look alright?" Felix's words made Hyunjin sigh once again as he glanced at him, turning his head to his side and just watching him with slanted eyes "Okay, fine" Felix responded, licking his lips and rubbing his palms on his knees. after at least a billion affirmations of 'you look incredible' 'you look wonderful and 'you look beautiful' Felix was still asking this man how he looked and Hyunjin couldn't bear it in him to say it again because if he opens his mouth this time he'll end up saying everything he's buried in his heart, he'll end up reciting the 1000 pages long book he's written on his heart in compliments of Felix, so it was better he stayed silent. while all the latter took his words for was bluff, if only he knew
Originally, he had planned to wear a white button-up with black suit pants going with a formal and sophisticated look but when he got ready and glanced in the mirror all he was left with was a burning face watching how proudly the marks Hyunjin had left behind stood, staring right back at him. so now he's stuck with a black turtleneck underneath his original outfit in this scorching heat. knowing the reason for the turtle neck Hyunjin didn't question his choice, instead only smiled sheepishly while he left his own marks for the world to see
"we're here, sir" the cab driver's voice resonated in both the boy's hair as they sighed in unison "Stay in here" Felix was a little confused by the raven head's words but he didn't question him and did as told waiting patiently as Hyunjin opened the cab door and walked out to Felix's side
opening his door and lending his hand out for the brunette to take who stared at him a little bemused before he laughed out loud "Hyunjin, what am I? Queen Elizabeth?" he asked in between his laughter but holding Hyunjin's hand nevertheless, who pulled him out of the cab to his feet and paid the man without letting go of the latter's hand who still couldn't comprehend his acts "you're not Queen Elizabeth, you're my cinderella. have you forgotten already?" the raven head remarked cheekily, throwing an arm over Felix's shoulders and pulling him close to himself as they walked toward the enterance of the venue. as if automatically Felix's hand rose and grabbed hold of Hyunjin's larger one that was dangling off his shoulder, intertwining their hands unaware that he has done so
passing the tickets and going through a security check the two boys finally arrived inside "I think it's around here, why is no one here to guide us" Hyunjin complained, his hand slipping down from Felix's shoulders and his grip to his lithe waist, tying around it like a ribbon around a Christmas present like how their lips lock or how their finger entwine. blood rushed to Felix's cheek and painted him maroon when he felt Hyunjin squeeze his waist gently and pull him even closer to himself nearly making him stop in his tracks. was this close intimacy not enough that Hyunjin felt the need to be even closer
"Oh Hyunjin!" a voice echoed overpowering the chirping of the birds, the two boys turned to see a middle-aged woman standing in front of them with a beaming smile, Felix stared at her taking in her attire her black hair tied in a bun while she wore a long business skirt, button up shirt tucked in it and a short blazer completed the look. she looked dignified and graceful and Felix couldn't help but admire her while all Hyunjin gave her was a look of perplexity
"you..don't know me?" she quested as if it was world-breaking news "No?" Hyunjin replied, monotone and rude, classic Hyunjin way of speaking. "I'm your...teacher" she sighed disappointment tainting her voice "The dressing room is this way, is that your guest?" she pointed at Felix, her bright smile now faltering into a frown. "yes" was what Hyunjin replied with, his grip tightening over Felix making him turn to look at Hyunjin
"Alright, I-" Before she could complete her words, her face was lit up again as she clapped her hands one more time "Riya! my darling, come here please" She waved her hands as Felix turned around to see who she was speaking to, his eyes that were glimmering with curiosity switched to matte, he knew her, she was the girl with Hyunjin that day in the cafe. for some odd and bizarre reason that Felix couldn't pinpoint he felt this slight resentment toward her and he hated it so much, why was he holding grudges against a poor girl who he didn't even know?
it made him feel pathetic and he hated himself for being such a bad person "Yes Miss Ahn?" Riya's melodic voice resonated in the space as she first greeted the lady and then proceeded to question her, completely ignoring Hyunjin and Felix like they weren't even there "Could you please escort Hyunjin's guest to the guest area while I take him to the dressing room? you know there's a lack of staff and I hate-" "It's alright miss, I'll do it" She smiled sweetly at the lady but something about the smile seemed forced and unnatural
much like the smile Felix has shown them that day at the cafe, something churned in his stomach when Riya turned to look at the two of them. eyes glimmering with something unknown to Felix when she rose her head to look at Hyunjin, something melancholic perhaps? and then her eyes moved to Felix, the glimmer disappearing as if it had never been there and it only confused Felix further. her eyes were gone from Felix as they turned to look at Hyunjin again
and there Felix was able to catch it, that adoration in her eyes and it set fire to his heart and he didn't even know why, or maybe he did he just didn't want to accept it. for some reason his hand itched to be held by Hyunjin, his body wanted to move toward Hyunjin, he wanted to hold Hyunjin's face and divert his gaze from Riya to himself and lock him inside of that moment, freeze time and it made him feel so disgusted out by himself, what was happening to him? he's never felt this way before and he wanted to throw up
'you're an atrocious creature, Felix'
he insulted himself while his hand against his will rose and held Hyunjin's colder one which was holding his waist, clasping his fingers with Hyunjin's and looking down at their feet, his white button-up shirt billowed in the air as he took notice of the material of black suit pants. "Hi...Hyunjin" she spoke, so softly that it could be mistaken for honey for ears "Hi" and as always, his response was cold and unmeaningful leaving a punch to be struck at her guts
"Felix, she'll take you to your seats okay? there will be other people but if something happens, if you feel ill just text me or call me yea?" he turned his head to the boy who was looking down forcing him to look up at him "I'm not a kid" his smile blinded Hyunjin who seemed lost for a second before he regained consciousness "Just listen to Hyung and don't try to act tough, alright?" oh no, what was this feeling? why did Felix feel dizzy and why has the ground beneath him started to shake?
"tell me whenever you're ready for Hyung"
'no, no, no! Not these thoughts right now, Felix focus!' god this was getting more difficult moment by moment, his heart betrayed him and so did his tongue, his mouth falling a little agape while all he could do was gape at Hyunjin with bloodied cheeks "Hyunjin, make it quick!" the lady's voice came through the killing silence and Hyunjin's hand skidded away from Felix as he began making his way away from the brunette who stood there in shock "don't get hurt" a ruffle of his brunette tuft and Hyunjin was finally out of sight
if he was away then why did his heart still continue to beat like a monster in a cage? "So, we should get going" Felix was brought back to earth by Riya's voice as he quickly looked at her "Oh yea we- um yes" he awkwardly rubbed his hands together beginning to match Riya's quick footsteps. after a little while of walking a sudden mishap fell across the two of them when Riya stumbled in her own gown and nearly fell, gladly Felix was quick enough to grab hold of her arm and prevent her from falling
"Oh My, are you alright?" his voice was gentle as Riya looked at him, watching how genuinely concerned he looked 'what exactly is it about you that Hyunjin's so stuck on? that he won't even spare me a glance' her heart thumped against her will as she stood straight, pulling her arm away from Felix's warm grip as she dusted her gown "This stupid thing" she mumbled under her breath, not intending for Felix to hear it yet it crossed his ears as he took notice of how unfitted the gown was on Riya's petite frame
"that looks bad, do you need help with it?" he offered sweetly, not wanting to sound too much of an altruistic person and throw her off "Only a professional can fix this, or at least someone with experience" she replied and Felix couldn't really understand if he was hallucinating or she really was behaving bitterly with him "I do have experience" nevertheless he replied with a gentle smile as she looked at him a little amused "you do?" she questioned her voice that was earlier uninterested suddenly turned high pitch and joyful
"yes" came Felix's reply as her eyes widened and a smile grew on her face, much of a contradiction to her behavior earlier "Will you help us? this stupid gown company messed up like big time and now we're understaffed and half of the kids in there are just basically waiting for their time to come so their gown can be fixed and all of us are just so worried because the ceremony starts in no longer than an hour and it's a mess and-"
Felix's chuckle cut her off as she took in a deep breath and smiled as well "god I'm nervous, aren't I?" she questioned as if they were friends and Felix nodded "It's only valid to be" his response made her feel guilty for having behaved the way she did 'maybe this is what he likes about him because he's so...warm? I don't even know him and I feel like I've known him for years. I highly dislike him for robbing me of what could've been my greatest love yet I can't bring myself to feel anger toward him. maybe that's how Hyunjin got caught up in his web of charisma' she pondered
"let's go"

"Felix, why are you here?" Hyunjin's confused voice caught Felix's attention who turned to look at the man and before he could answer a bright smile made its way across his face and he could've sworn he felt a tear pool in his eyes, Hyunjin stood there in his gown looking so wonderful and Felix couldn't help but feel proud "I...You look great" he walked up to him and smiled, raising a hand to smooth out the mere wrinkles on his gown "t-thanks...but what are you doing here?" he quested, quickly changing the topic so he wouldn't be under the limelight for too long
"Your friend told me that you guys needed help because you were understaffed so I volunteered" Felix explained looking at Hyunjin as his hand slipped down from his chest "What?! that's nonsense! you're not here to do free-labor for them you're not doing anything. understaffed? what's that even supposed to mean this is supposed to be the best school in the goddamn city and this is the way-" "Hyunjin, relax. I wanted to help, and I won't be hurt so don't worry" Hyunjin wanted to argue but noticing the warm and assuring smile on Felix's face he gave up "You wouldn't listen to me will you?" he sighed defeatedly and Felix shook his head no playfully "just...tell me if you feel sick okay?" his voice was covered in worry and Felix could tell "have faith in me, I will"
with that, he set off to help the students with their poorly-tailored gowns and get ready as Hyunjin sat in the corner, watching him. moments passed and it all seemed to be going well until a tall boy with black curly hair appeared, Hyunjin's seen this boy a few times in the hallways but something about the way he 'sinisterly' (in Hyunjin's words, not mine) looked at Felix made the raven head want to jolt from his seat and push him away from the brunette
for Hyunjin, he was standing far too close to his Felix and something about that made his blood boil. but still, he remained calm in his seat for the sake of Felix he knew he wouldn't appreciate Hyunjin stirring up trouble. after all, Felix was here to help these students, and help he was doing. yet it would've been better if Felix didn't have to stand so close to this man, with his eyes glued to the brunette's face if anything could make this situation worse, their laughs did
Hyunjin saw how Felix looked up at the man a little amused before his face twisted into pure zeal as he laughed loudly filling the entire room with serotonin, for a second Hyunjin smiled forgetting who the cause of that smile was and just focusing on the beautiful boy but good moments never really last forever as he was brought back to earth by another loud laugh, and it wasn't Felix's honey sweet one it was different, when Hyunjin's eyes rose from Felix's to the boy he was helping they grew dark
"I'm being serious!" Yeonjun's defeated plead made Felix shake his head and stop laughing as he tilted his head to fix the safety pin better on the latter's clothes who too, shook his head to regain his composure licking his lips as he let his eyes wander around Felix's face. he would be lying if he said he didn't find the male incredibly beautiful, there weren't many times when he saw such a pretty boy like Felix and he was left in much of a haze "You're very pretty" out of pure subconsciousness his plump lips uttered what was going on in his mind
and before he could even make an excuse for whatever the hell he's just blurted out Felix looked up at him with slightly enlarged eyes and blushed cheeks "W-what?" he quested, unable to comprehend whatever this boy he's known for about five minutes just said, sure they had good chemistry and with the way Yeonjun immediately began joking the second Felix stood in front of him it made the brunette comfortable and relaxed still it was a little too odd for him to compliment Felix out of the blue
"oh I'm so sorry that just came out on its own" Yeonjun quickly seized his hand to his mouth eyes widening in surprise as Felix tried to chuckle off the awkwardness "T-thanks...it feels nice being complimented by someone who's fit enough for a teen vouge magazine's cover" he complimented him back, his habit sticking around. Yeonjun stared at him for a second before scoffing and shaking his head "A teen Vogue magazine cover? you're kidding me" Yeonjun sounded in disbelief as Felix looked at him again with worried eyes
"I'm fit for a Hollywood movie, nothing less will I tolerate" and there it was again, the sweet symphonic sound of Felix's laughter that didn't just melt Hyunjin's heart but Yeonjun's too, who stared dazedly at the freckled male, or sinisterly shall I say "oh yes, totally fair" Felix responded standing up straight now as he began fixing Yeonjun's hood "how did they mess up this bad?" Felix muttered under his breath, he was more likely talking to himself but due to the proximity Yeonjun could hear him "Should I tell you a secret?" he spoke as Felix looked up at him with a nod
the boy leaned in, his face incredibly close to Felix's as he began whispering "they did it on purpose, to sabotage-" and before he could finish his words, he was pulled back harshly by his shoulder forcing him to turn around and spit profanities at however had been so disgraceful to him "What the fuck is wrong with you?" his voice rang in Hyunjin's ears but he couldn't care less, his arm wrapped over Felix's waistcoat pulling him closer "that's enough fixing, the staffs will do their job from here" his voice was stern when he faced Felix, eyes slanted and jaw very visibly clenched
"dude? you just pushed me? do you have any fucking manners?" in response, he too was pushed by the shoulder rather harshly by Yeonjun, Felix's lips fell apart in surprise upon the sudden outburst "No I do not, just like you don't bare the fucking human decency to maintain basic distance" Hyunjin spat, voice low and tone fierce "Distance!?" Yeonjun was flabbergasted, what in the world was this man talking about? "I don't understand what part of him fixing your gown consists of you invading his fucking personal space" Now don't get him wrong, Hyunjin was never- and I repeat never the type of guy to go around picking fights, but when someone comes at what he likes to call 'His Felix' he's not really gonna sit back and watch shit go down
this is the boy who hated even casual conversations so for him to start coming at your face you must've done something indescribably terrible, and in his vocabulary terrible meant anything negative regarding Felix "you're insane!" Yeonjun's defensive tone was getting higher and higher and it didn't take long for the teachers to notice what drama was happening "Cut it out you two!" A loud yell erupted in the room as it fell silent, all the murmurs and giggles were shut off and so were the two boy's heating argument
Felix stood quietly next to Hyunjin whose arm around his waist had loosened and instead was raised to grab Yeonjun's collar which Felix had worked so hard to fix. he was perplexed, to say the least, but it wasn't his place to start meddling even if the argument was literally because of him "such displays of indecency! you are not kids anymore you're mature adults so act like it" the teacher scolded the both of them who stood quietly with Yeonjun's eyes to the ground and Hyunjin's boring bullet holes through him
the brunette looked to his side, eyeing Hyunjin whose eyes spat fire 'Why is he so upset?' he couldn't help but ponder, though his question wasn't answered one thing was clear enough; this was going to be one hell of an event

"if kissing Felix brings Hyunjin death then in that instance he shall hold death's hand and command it to wait, so once he is done with kissing Felix he'll go off into Hades' home and mock him how he's been to heaven without ever entering"

I just thought that everybody would catch on as it's literally shakespeare but so many of u didn't and I feel guilty taking compliments so yea lol i wrote it but the idea was taken from our daddy Shakespeare <3 also I know we're far too deep in the story to be introducing characters but oh well 😍
