Wu walks out to see the Ninja are celebrating their restored powers by shooting down coconuts.
"Enough! Are you trying to reveal our hidden location?" Wu shouts angrily
"Sorry sensei" the ninja apologize
"Be wary of overconfidence, Ninja. While it is true your powers can defeat the Stone Warriors, only Lloyd alone has the power to defeat Garmadon. When it is all over, then we will see who laughs last" Wu lectures
"Yes, Sensei" the ninja agree

"Why do you look so upset princess," the Overlord asks
Aria looked out from her cage at the Overlord "Why haven't you killed me yet?"
"Now why would I do that?" the Overlord chuckles "You are my daughter after all."
"You're wrong," Aria stands up and holds onto the bars of her cage "I'm not your daughter.. you have the wrong girl. My father left when I was younger, my mother despises him."
"Oh yes," the Overlord says "Layla holds quite the grudge doesn't she? I'm sorry to disappoint you darling, but I didn't leave you. Your mother might have raised you this time, but you were my little girl."
"..you know my mother." Aria holds her breath
"Princess, I told you," the Overlord chuckles again "I am your father."
"No.." Aria looks down and shakes her head "No no no."
"Your powers are proof of that," the Overlord floats towards her "you're my own flesh and blood, I made you. Didn't you ever question it? The darkness."
"I'm a ninja," Aria says to herself "I'm nothing like him."
"Deep inside, you've always felt who you are," the Overlord chuckles "and you know it."
Aria began to cry as the Overlord exited the cave where her cell was.

Risking everything, the 4 Ninja disguise themselves as Stone Warriors, and escort Misako to Lord Garmadon's camp, pretending to have captured her.
At the Army's camp, the Army is building the Garmatron.
"To combat the ninja's new power, we have honored your request to step up defenses" Kozu, a stone warrior general, reports in his language
Garmadon laughs "Hehehe, I like what I see"
"Why build your forces, when all of your attention should be on completing the ultimate weapon?" The Overlord asks returning to camp
"What good is an ultimate weapon if I'm not around to use it? Do not question my motives!" Gamadon grumbles
"It is not your motives I question but your resolve." the Overload says "I fear you're hesitating as the hours count down to facing your son"
"Never doubt my evil again! Not if you wish to remain my ally when I rule!" Garmadon turns to the Stone Army "Get back to building the ultimate weapon! And do not stop until it is complete."
"That is the Garmadon I am counting on" the Overlord says 'while my true ultimate weapon has yet to awaken'
Meanwhile, the Army opens the gates to let in Misako, led by the ninja disguised as Stone Warriors.
Misako grunts "Unhand me, you fiends!"
"Unt tin Klata vu!"
Cole whispers "Uh, what did he say?"
Kai whispers back "I don't know!"
"I believe it is an ancient language" Zane whispers to them
"Uh, bada-bada, bing-bong!" Cole says
"Cheep, cheep, tita-ta-ta!" Kai adds
"Tick tock, uh, tick tock!" Zane says
"Bequeath, bequeath, bequeath!" Jay shouts
Kozu growls.
Misako rolls her eyes before covering "That's right, you caught me. But I'll never tell you where our base is. And you won't hear another peep out of me, unless you take me to Garmadon"
Kozu growls and Misako is taken to Garmadon.
Garmadon looks at him "I said that I was not to be disturbed"
"Forgive me, my lord, but we have a prisoner who knows the whereabouts of your son's rebel base" Kozu bows and Misako walks in.
"Misako!" Garmadon looks surprised
"It's been a while." Misako smiles
"I, uh.." Garmadon clears his throat "Release her"

Back in the cave, Aria sat against the wall thinking to herself. Her mother's hatred of her father made more sense now. Why Layla wouldn't look at Zero or herself, it was all coming together. The Overlord, the being that represents all evil in the world, was her father. It certainly had to be the truth, it explained her powers.
"I.." Aria looked at her hand that was shaking "I don't know what to do." her eyes filled with tears "What will they think?"
The ninja were her brothers, the only true family she had. If they found out who she was, they would turn their back on her, just like her mother.

When the Power Drill emerges in the jungle, Garmadon is quick to pursue. After a frantic chase that ends in the Power Drill being disabled momentarily, Garmadon goes for the kill, only for Lloyd to blast it with his powers.
"Lloyd!" The ninjas shouted happy to see him
Lord Garmadon emerges from the wreckage, weakened and vulnerable; from the Power Drill. Lloyd walks towards him.
"Holy cannoli, Lloyd and Garmadon in a face-off! Take the shot, Lloyd!"
"He's vulnerable!"
"Do not hesitate!"
"Strike now!"
"I'm sorry, Father. You leave me no choice. It is our destiny" Lloyd makes an Energy ball but hesitates and doesn't fire.
"No! What is he doing?"
"They're coming." Misako says pointing at the stone army.
Garmadon laughs.
Misako turns to her son "Lloyd, we need to move!"
"The clock is not too far from here"
"Okay!" Lloyd turns and runs towards the drill before jumping in "Go!"
"I couldn't do it" Lloyd says sadly
At the Celestial Clock, the Ninja meet with Master Wu. They stare at the massive clock with all types of gadgets on it.
"Wow" Nya says "This clock is a mechanical masterpiece."
"There's only a couple minutes left!" Jay points out.
Misako panics "Everyone, look for the helmet's perch! It could be anywhere."
"You don't know how to return the helmet?" Wu asks.
"It has a resting place somewhere" Misako places the helmet "Oh, that didn't work. Maybe here."
The ninja all scramble to find the resting spot. Just before the clock stops Misako puts the helmet on the perch.
"No!" Kozu shouts
"Ah! It worked!" Lloyd says
"We did it!" Nya adds happily
Everyone cheers and the Stone Army growls angrily. The clock starts again, blaring a horn.
"No" Wu says
Kozu laughs evilly.
"The Horns of Destruction" Misako says in despair "We were too late."
A beam of light shoots from the clock while the Stone Army push back the ninja to the edge of a cliff. Lord Garmadon and the Overlord laugh. The ninja try to fight but fell down the cliff. Nya screams as she's the only one up there.
"Nya!"
"Jay!"
"Sis!"
Kozu grabs Nya.
"Let her go!"
"Or what? You will make a big splash?" Kozu laughs.
"The ground!"
"No, no!"
The edge of the cliff crumbles, sending the remaining broken parts off, and they fall down in the Endless Sea. The ninja find themselves submerged underwater before on the sand safely, so thankfully the ninja were able to survive the fall.
"This is all my fault. I should've taken the shot!" Lloyd shouts frustrated
Cole sighs "We're all at fault, kid. It's just the way the cookie crumbled"
"Ah! Are you still making jokes? They have Nya, and you're making jokes?" Jay tackles him.
"It was just a poor choice of words!" Cole defends
"Enough!" Wu intervenes "We have to focus."
"Forget focus. We have to get my sister" Kai says
"By the time we get back up there, they'll be gone. We will get your sister, but the clock has reached a zero and the Final Battle could start at any moment. We must head back to the Bounty to get prepared" Misako suggests
The ninja all agree and start heading back.
"I wish Aria was here.." Lloyd says
"Me too." Kai agrees

Aria looked up at the cave entrance as Garmadon, the Overlord, and Kozu enters.
"Three visitors this time," Aria says annoyedly "what a treat."
"Hush child," the Overlord growls before laughing evilly "it's time for you to fulfil your destiny."
"..what does that mean?" Aria asks nervously
Garmadon smirks "Only that it's time for you to realize what you were meant to be."
