^that playing on the Ochako's parts
With ochako
*We see her walking back home from another long day at work. She loved her job she truly did there's nothing greater then seeing the smile of the people she saved, but having to work overtime every day just to pay the lawsuit money was slowly killing her youth. With a shake of the keys she walked inside*
Ochako: TsaiShenYeh, I'm home baby where are you?
*Ochako smiled softly as she kneeled down and petted her cat one of the few luxury she let herself have*
Ochako:i missed you too baby let mama take a bath then we can cuddle together
*Ochako walked further inside her decent size studio apartment taking her clothes off as she walked, she stumbled a bit making a picture frame fall to the ground thankfully ochako didn't hear it shattered, she took the shirt over her head and went to pick the picture but her hand froze for a second seeing the picture that fell*
*with a small sigh she picked it up looking at the picture as she softly rubbed it with her thumb. How much has changed, friendships she thought would last a lifetime and where are they no?*
Ochako:Shoto Todoroki in jail for at least another 20 years,
*Ochako closed her eyes tight as tears wanted to come out but she refused whatever romantic feelings she may had have for Shoto died off a long time ago and she sure as hell wasn't about to wait for him*
Ochako:tenya Iida let his hero life and family name get to his head and corrupt him to the point he just gaslights himself in to believing his in the right to the point i had to cut him out of my life...
*Ochako looked at izuku feeling the guilt of everything her family has done catching up to her*
Ochako:at least izuku is free but can he call that freedom? He has to hide from the public, his limbs are burned and he's using a cane when i last saw him with....t...tsuyu so there's something wrong with his spine...
*Ochako looked at the last member of the former dekusquad, tsuyu asui. No matter how she looked at the picture in Ochako's mind can only see her as she was in the hospital that day*
Ochako:at...at least her skin is a lot better hope she's having fun....
Meanwhile with tsuyu
*We see her, izuku, momo and Eri in karaoke. After kyoka momo wasn't feeling it so they decided to do it another day i.e. today, izuku decided to tag along and have a kinda small family activity. both Eri an momo were waiting there turn while tsuyu....*

*She was on top of the table going all out*

*And then there was izuku, who kicked opened the door with a mic in hand. was wearing a leather jacket with black shades on his face and smoke from a fog machine and lights his part time workers were operating*
Eri:you two are way to extra
*Eri had her hands in her head with a blush of embarrassment not believing her father could be such a dork*
Tsuyu:we know how to have fun kero
Izuku:I know a bar out in mars
Where they driving spaceships instead of cars Cop a Prada space suit about the stars
Getting stupid hah straight up out the jars
Pockets on shrek, rockets on deck

Back to ochako
*She let herself fall against the wall as she hugged her legs looking at the picture. She felt so alone, as tears started to fall from her face tsuyu's words started to ring inside her head "Don't you dare cry you have no right to shed those tears" she tried to stop crying making her start to hiccup as she furiously rubbed her eyes trying to gain control back but for nothing she started to cry full force feeling so alone as she was the last member of the dekusquad*
Ochako:I'm so pathetic...
*Ochako looked down at the picture again thinking the trial *
Flashback
*We see her, mina, hakagure and the rest of the girls minus momo having a girls night in a club, that's when the t.v. was turned on, they looked and frowned as it was the trial none of them wanted to see*
"Fuyumi:thank you...my father hired Mr Slattery to act as izuku Midoriya as if he was a traitor but..it goes deeper then that there was never a traitor in UA that was a lie my father made up since he was the hero number 2 at the time his word was seen as fact after that my father and brother started planting the seeds of doubt to the UA staff and the hero classes giving them false proof always anonymously but it was always them each week they would sent out a email, a picture something that would show parts of izuku's body or likeness to make them believe izuku was the none existent traitor they did this over a year until almost everyone all but 2 believed it except tsuyu asui and...momo yaoyorozu she was the last one to believed it she fought against the fake proof but when they released the final video she stopped the final video showed izuku's face completely working with LOV and accepting quirks from AFO after that...you all know what happened..."
*You could hear a pin drop in the place as the girls all had different reactions no one worse then ochako who looked down right horrified remembering everything her family has done, feeling lightheaded she excused herself to the bathroom and puked up feeling nothing but disgust as the sins of the past finally caught up to her*
Scene change next day
*We see ochako walking to her parents home, she was hugging herself as the events of the trial still racked her brain, she opened the door*
Ochako;mom dad I'm home!
*Ochako walked further inside and the house was a mess she saw her mother and father running around like headless chicken each stuffing things on boxes and suitcases*
Ochako:what's going on here?
*Ochako asked confused before her father stopped and looked at her fear clear in his face*
John:what do you think?! We are leaving the country before the lawsuits come for us now shut up and help us I've got this friend in Brazil that will let us stay with him until things calm down
*John went back at what they were doing ignoring his daughter shocked expression*
Ochako:dad this is crazy!
Yasu:no, what's crazy is that you are not helping now hurry up!
*The door was knocked as John walked quickly do it*
John:that must be the movers thank God
*The door was swung opened and john smile quickly was replaced by one of pure fear, as in front of him was not the the movers no but Masaru bakugo, who looked up as a smile slowly appeared on his face as it was soon settled in to a predator snarl*
Masaru:why hello there mind if I walk in?
John: were rather busy so..
Masaru: Why thank you
*Masaru walked inside looking around with a low whistle, john was gonna say something but 2 police man stopped him from doing anything with a nervous sigh John walked inside with the police following them*
Masaru: I'm sure you all know who i am, izuku midoriya's lawyer
*Masaru picked up a chair and sat on it as he looked at uraraka's parents*
Masaru:quite the little mess going on here, are you moving?
John;as a matter of fact we are, and we would like to continue our packing
Masaru:oh I'm afraid i can't let you do that
Yasu:and why not?
*Yasu asked her tone sharp, showing no fear out of the two of them Yasu was the one that hated Midoriya the most*
Masaru:well you see it's the darndest thing , my nephew, I'm sure you heard of him izuku Midoriya? Son of inko Midoriya, you member member? The one who's house you and that crazy mob of people burned down
John: you've got no proof it was us
Masaru;right you are, but that's not why I'm here sadly as much as i would love to prove that, that simply will remained a cold case. No I'm here for her
*Masaru pointed to ochako making her flinch and masaru's smile to grow*
Masaru:since we do have proof that she physically abused my client and since she was 14 at the time the two of you are also included in the lawsuits being her legal guardians at the time, so I'm afraid you can't move to....i want to say Brazil?
*The fear in there eyes was all Masaru needed as he got up and gave John a paper*
Masaru:that's a rulling from the judge making this family a flight risk you shall be monitored until the trial. Your passport shall be confiscated until then. Now have a nice day
*Masaru walked away while the police officers did there job*
Present
*The look her parents had that day, ochako will never forget just when things were looking up for them money wise in came the lawsuit and now they were back at square one*
TsaiShenYeh:meow...
*Ochako looked up and saw her cat coming do her, rubbing her body on Ochako's leg with a small sad smile that would never reach her eyes, ochako grabbed TsaiShenYeh and hugged it it's warm body making Ochako feel a little better*
