*we see Naruto walking alone back to the village since Jiraiya was....busy*
Flashback
*Naruto made it to the hotel where Jiraiya was staying and saw Jiraiya running away from multiple furious woman, with a sigh he walked to the front desk*
Naruto:I'm naruto Uzumaki of the leaf and sadly he is Jiraiya the...."legendary" sannin of the leaf
Jiraiya:hey i saw those air quote you brat! Ah!
*Jiraiya dodged a vase being throwned to his head, as Naruto just ignored him*
Naruto:what did he do to cause such actions ?
Manager:he got the deluxe package and he's trying to leave without paying
Jiraiya:i was doing no such thing! I left my wallet in the toad world and i was just going to look for it, Gaki come up you can pay for me you know I'm good for it!
Naruto:you mean like when i wanted to learn the rasengan and you took gama-chan from me using all my money for your whores?
Jiraiya:escorts!
Naruto:....sir i don't know this man, i must be mistaken, for my mistake allow me to help
*Naruto turned in to a blur before punching Jiraiya in the gut thanks to the elements of surprise, Jiraiya being a seal master could feel a seal being placed on him. Naruto walked up to the manager giving him a scroll*
Naruto: I've blocked his chakra and speed as long as you don't need him to run he'll be a perfect little worker as he works off his debt
Jiraiya;what?!!
*Naruto opened the scrolled and pressed on one of the kanji and Jiraiya was electrocuted to the ground*

*An evil smile grew on Naruto's face thinking of what he did as he made it to the gates of Konoha but something felt off, his instinct were telling him to run like when Tsunade....found.....out. . .*
Naruto:oh crap....
*Naruto muttered to himself as he ran to the Hokage tower not wanting to go do his home knowing they would be there. He made it and bowed to Tsunade*
Naruto:mission completed Hokage Sama
Tsunade:i see and where is Jiraiya?
Naruto:he decided to stay behind for a bit for his....book research
*Tsunade gave a sneer of disgust but nodded*
Tsunade:alright, leave the report on my desk and you can go now,
Naruto: actually Hokage Sama i wish to speak with you....privately without Anbu
*Tsunade nodded and gave a signal to the Anbu in the room to leave the room, Naruto placed a silence seal on the door so nobody outside could here what happens inside, Naruto took a deep sigh*
Naruto"this....is gonna take a lot of convincing"
Naruto:baachan....do you trust me?
Tsunade:of course brat
Naruto:ok...then please do not act rash and wait till i explain before you take any actions, please as a favor to Me
Tsunade:alright i promise now tell me what has you acting in such a way?
*Naruto put 2 fingers in his mouth and gave a low whistle, a signal, a murder of crows appeared in the room that soon transformed into itachi Uchiha*
Itachi:Tsunade of the sannin the princess of the Senju it's good to finally meet you 5th Hokage
*Tsunade looked surprised and looked between the Uchiha and the Uzumaki, she showed no anger so Naruto took that as a win as he walked forward and sat down with itachi joining him*
Tsunade:explain. Thoroughly
*Tsunade said her tone sharp giving Naruto a slight glare*
Naruto:you're the Hokage so you know the secret of the Uchiha massacre what really happened that day
Tsunade:yes i know about it, how do you know about such a thing?
*Naruto gave a small smirked and pointed to the window she didn't have to look to know where he was pointing*
Tsunade:that old fool really was to lenient for his own good
Naruto:hm i don't envy him having to keep a promise to take care of me, fix the village after the kyuubi attack, having to deal with the civilian side and the Shinobi side all wanting different things for me, becoming the Hokage again so many things happening at once it's really easy to blame him when in reality he had so many snakes ready to poison him in every direction. He did try his best
Itachi; could've been better
Naruto:true but he also could've been worse, We're getting sidetracked, i often sneaked inside the Hokage library to the point that hiruzen would sometimes join me to take a break from everything, that's how I know about the Uchiha massacre
Tsunade:and why you've brought itachi here. You want him to join the leaf village again, surely you have a plan we can't tell the people the truth that would cause chaos in the village and we would be force to make another civilian council to calm them down
Naruto;no, i do have an idea but that does not involve punishing those responsible, as much as they may be guilty they're far too important to be punished so you may tell danzo that root Anbu
*Tsunade eyes widen as she sensed and sure enough a chakra signatured disappeared, Tsunade growled at that, the root was really pushing there luck*
Naruto:let it be bachan, some fights are not worth the bloodshed it would take to win
*With a sigh Tsunade nodded and signal Naruto to continue while they waited for danzo to make his appearance*
Naruto:my....plan is a personally heartbreaking one but a necessary one for itachi to be seen as a hero to the leaf, so that he be welcomed as such and so that no one would question the decision of making him the clan head of the Uchiha that are in the making
*Tsunade frowned at that as one of the woman who passed the test to bear a child of the Uchiha was her second apprentice Sakura Haruno but that was a discussion for another day. No one batted an eye when the door opened and in walked danzo sitting down next to Naruto. Every fiber in Itachi's being was filled with hatred for the man but he kept it hidden as he knew this would just be a compromise he would need to accept in order to change the cycle of hatred of the Uchiha no matter just how bitter that pill is to swallow*
Naruto:we tell the civilian a...twisted version of the truth we tell them why itachi killed his clan, we tell him that fukagu got greedy with wanting power for his clan and itachi could not let the village he loves to suffer from the goal of his father.
Tsunade:and what about those who weren't a part of the coup? Not everyone in the Uchiha wanted the same thing as fukagu how are you going to explain itachi killing them?
Naruto:The innocent woman and children....we tell the public that he was ordered to kill then which he was but....we tell him it was an ordered of the 3rd
Naruto"when we meet again Jiji i hope you can forgive me...."
Danzo:so make the 3rd the scapegoat
*Naruto nodded with a neutral face but Tsunade knew that Naruto hated this plan*
Naruto:he was the Hokage at the time of the massacre, he's dead so we can just place all the blame on his shoulders. The dead don't care if there legacy is tarnished
Tsunade:true but what of asuma and konohamaru?
Naruto:collateral damage were talking about 2 people in exchange for a better future for the new Uchiha clan, a small sacrifice to rebuild Konoha's power do what it once was before the attack of so many years ago
*Tsunade took a deep sigh closing her eyes deep in thought*
Tsunade:very well itachi Uchiha have you anything do add?
Itachi: yes, my brother eyes shall be given to me so to Cure my body from the sickness,
Itachi"and to achieve something danzo will never be able to get the eternal mangekyou sharingan"
Itachi: and that danzo stays away from the Uchiha clan
*Danzo gave no reaction since he already had 3 female root Anbu to be accepted for the special CRA program thanks to naruto*
Tsunade:very well itachi stay behind so to hammer our the details the two of you can go
*Danzo and Naruto nodded and left they glanced at each other before going there separate ways. Naruto walked away putting the fact that he just condemned at least 3 babies to be placed in to root just another compromised he had to make for the greater good of his village*
Naruto:Kami i need a drink....

*Naruto looked behind him as a small smile appeared on his face*
