3 months later
It's been 3 months since Akshara is in coma but has not woken up yet.
She is shifted at home on the doctor's suggestion as there are more chances of recovery if she is at home surrounded by her family. She is in her sixth month of pregnancy now almost entering her seventh month.

Night 10.00 pm
Kairav is sitting next to Akshara who is still in coma and talks to her.
Kairav: Kab tak aise soti rahegi tu Akshu. Ab uth bhi jaa nah. Bohot miss karta hu main tujhe. Please uth jaa nah aur phir mujhe pareshan kar. Tu aise chup chap acchi nahi lagti. Please utho aur mujhe pareshan kar, mere saath jhagda kar. Please Akshu aur kitna tadpayegi tu hume. Please wake up Akshu please.
Kairav starts crying holding Akshara's hand and falls asleep there only. A lone tear escapes Akshara's eyes.
Next Morning
Kairav wakes up in the morning and realises that he fell asleep in Akshara's room only. He kisses Akshara's forehead wishing her a good morning and leaves the room. When he goes to his room he remembers that he forgot his phone in Akshara's room so he goes to take it back. He enters her room her room, picks his phone and was about to go when he notices something and gets shocked. He sees that Akshara's eyes are open. He immediately goes to her.
Kairav: Akshu tujhe hosh aagaya, tu theek hogayi. Bohot miss kiya hain maine tujhe. Tu aise chup kyun hai kuch bol toh.
Akshara doesn't respond anything, she just keeps moving her eyes around. Kairav goes and tells KaIra and Manish about Akshara which makes them very happy. They all rush to her and try to talk to her but she doesn't respond to anyone but just makes eye movements. The doctor is called by the nurse who attends Akshara. He comes and checks her.
Doctor: Dekhiye woh abhi tak coma se bahar nahi aayi hain. Yeh sirf ek recovery sign hai ki woh bahut jald hosh mein aajayegi. Coma se nikalne ke baad woh 2 din ya maximum ek hafte tak bol nahi payegi. Ek baar woh bolne lag jaye phir hum unke liye ek physiotherapist bhejdenge unki physical recovery ke liye. Itne samay coma main rehne ke wajah se unke body movements nahi honge. 2- 3 hafto tak unhe wheelchair pe hi move kiya jayega jab tak woh khud se chalna nahi shuru karti.
1 week later
Evening 3.00pm
Akshara had regained consciousness in the morning but is unable to speak. Kairav is sitting near Akshara and speaking to her. She is silently listening to everything and only responding in actions as she can't speak. The nurse gives Kairav the medicines that Akshara has to have and goes to get the soup for her. Kairav tries to give her the medicines but she refuses while making faces.
Kairav: Akshu baccha please apni dawaiya lelo na please. Aise nakhre mat dikhao. Tujhe jaldi se thik nahi hona kya?( She nods yes ) Toh phir jaldi se yeh medicines lo. Tu aise acchi nahi lagti. Jaldi se theek hoja aur phir pehle ki tarah ghar mein chudail ki tarah ghumlena.
She frowns and glares at him angrily. He laughs at this. Nurse comes with the soup.
Kairav: Nurse yeh soup aap mujhe dedo, main isse pila dunga. Aur aapko joh 2 din ki leave chahiye thi na woh aap lesakti hain.
Nurse: Thankyou sir.
Nurse takes her things and leaves. Kairav takes the soup to feed Akshara. When he puts a spoon near her mouth she makes black faces and nods no.
Kairav: Akshu baccha please yeh soup pilo na. Please iss wakt tere health ke liye sirf liquid food sahi hain.
Akshara still nods no while making faces at the soup.
Kairav (strictly): Mujhe kuch nahi sunna, tu chup chap yeh soup pile abhi ke abhi.
He makes her have the soup. After she finishes it he helps her in lying down on the bed and tells her to rest.
3 weeks later
Akshara has now completely recovered. She is able to speak, walk and do things like before. She is in her seventh month now.
Evening 4.00 pm
Kairav and Akshara are alone at home. Manish and KaIra have gone to the temple for a Pooja and to select a auspicious day for Akshara's godh bharai. Kairav is sitting in the study room and doing some bussiness related work.
Akshara's room
Akshara is resting in her room while scrolling on her phone. She starts feeling hungry.
Akshara: Bahut bhook lagi hai kya karu, bhai busy hai office ke kaam mein toh unhe disturb nahi karungi. Ghar pe aur koi bhi nahi hai. Kitchen mein jaake dekhti hoon agar kuch khane ko milega toh.
She goes down to the kitchen and searches for something to eat but doesn't find anything.
Akshara: Arey yaar kitchen mein toh kuch bhi nahi hai khane ko, ab kya karu. Upar wale cabinet mein dekhti hoon shayad kuch mil jaye khane ko. Lekin upar kaise jao.
Akshara sees a stool, she climbs up on it and opens the cabinet door but doesn't get anything over there. She closed the cabinet and was going to get down when she loses her balance and falls from the stool. She closes her eyes and clutches her stomach tightly in fear but after a minute realises that she didn't hit the ground. She opens her eyes and sees that Kairav has caught her in his arms preventing her from falling and is glaring at her. He slowly puts her down and starts scolding her.
Kairav (scolding): Yeh kya hai Akshu, tu aisi halat mein stool par kyun chadi. Abhi tu girne wali thi agar kuch hojata toh. Agar tujhe kuch chahiye tha toh tu mujhe batadeti, main de deta. Tu kyun upar chadh gayi.
Akshara starts crying due to her mood swings when Kairav scolds her. Kairav is shocked by this. He immediately starts apologising to her.
Kairav: Sorry Akshu please maaf karde na . Tu meri sweet aur cute baby sister hain nah apne big brother ko maaf nahi karegi. ( He holds his ears and speaks cutely to make her smile )
Akshara(crying): Nahi karungi aapko maaf. Jayiye yaha se mujhe aapki shakal nahi dekhni. Mujhe bohot bhook lagi thi par main aapko disturb nahi karna chahti thi aur ghar par aur koi nahi tha isliye main kitchen mein aagayi kuch khaane ke liye. Agar mujhe kabhi bhi bhook lag jaati hai toh issmein meri kya galti. Aur yaha aap mujhe daat rahe hain, main papa se aapki complain karungi. I hate you bhai jayiye yaha se, mujhe aapse koi baat nahi karni aur aapki shakal toh bilkul bhi nahi dekhni. Aap bohot bure ho. Mujhe kuch khana hi nahi hai ab.
Akshara said all those words due to her mood swings even though she didn't mean it but hearing those words stabbed Kairav's heart. He felt guilty for scolding her. Akshara goes to her room crying. He starts making kachoris for her and after sometime he finishes making them. He puts it on a plate and makes smiley faces on each kachori. He goes to her room and sees that she is sitting on her bed leaning against the bedrest. She was caressing her stomach and talking to her baby.
Akshara: Pata hai baby tere mamu bohot bure hain. Unhone aaj mujhe kitna daanta. Tere mamu na bahut hi akdu aur sadu hain. Jab tum aaunge na tab mamu ko bahut pareshan karna waise hi jaise woh mujhe pareshan karte hai. Karoge na baby. ( The baby kicks at that time as if replying a yes )
Kairav enters her room, the moment Akshara sees him she frowns and turns her face to the other side angrily.
Kairav: Akshu sorry na.
Akshara ignores him. He keeps the kachoris on the side table and sits stands infront of her holding his ears and starts doing sit ups continuously saying sorry. After some time she stops him.
Akshara: Accha theek hain maaf Kiya aapko.
Kairav: Chal tujhe bhook lagi thi na yeh kachoriya khaale.
Seeing kachoris her mouth waters, she immediately takes the plate and starts eating it like a child. Kairav smiles seeing her like this. She forwards a bite to Kairav and he eats it. Soon she finishes eating and goes to wash her hands and comes back. Aditya who had come to visit Akshara comes there. Kairav takes the plate and goes downstairs. When Akshara sees Aditya her mood changes and goes into a serious one.
Akshara: Adi we need to talk, yaha mere paas aake betho.
Aditya: Kya hua Akshu.
Akshara: Please Adi it's important.
Aditya comes and sits next to her. She takes a deep breath and starts talking.
Akshara: Adi main ghuma phira ke baat nahi balki directly tujhse puchungi, please sach hi batana. Tu mujhse pyaar karta hai yeh tunhe mujhe kabhi bataya kyun nahi?
Aditya is startled by this. He tries to say something to deny it but Akshara cuts him in between.
Akshara: Dekh tu jhoot bolne ki koshish mat kar, tera jhoot pakadna mujhe acchese aata hain toh please sach bol. Jab main coma mein thi aur tunhe apne pyaar ka izhaar kiya tha sab suna tha maine.
Aditya (sighs): Ha yeh sach hain, main karta hu tujhse pyaar, ab se nahi balki bachpan se. 2 saal pehle mujhe realise hua ki main tujhse pyaar karta hoon. Socha tha tujhe apne dil ki baat kahunga lekin phir tunhe bataya ki tujhe Neil mein interest aaraha hai. Maine apna pyaar side mein rakhe tujhe encourage kiya usse propose karne ke liye. Mujhe laga shayad yeh pyaar nahi sirf ek attraction hoga tujhse. Lekin jab tu coma mein thi na, tab teri aisi bejaan halat mujhse dekhi nahi gayi aur tab mujhe realise hua ki koi attraction nahi hain, main tujhse sachme pyaar karta hoon. Main tujhe force nahi kar raha ki tu mujhse pyaar kare. Agar tu mujhse kabhi pyaar nahi karsakti toh kam se kam hum humesha dost ki tarah saath reh sakte hai na.
Akshara: I am sorry Adi, i respect your feelings lekin mujhe nahi pata ki main kabhi tujhse pyaar karpaungi ya nahi.
Akshara hugs him and he reciprocates the hug . They both are emotional. Outside the room Kairav watching everything.
Kairav(in mind): Tu maane ya na maane Akshu lekin mujhe sab kuch saaf saaf dikh raha hai. Yeh koi ek tarfa pyaar nahi hain, tu bhi Adi se pyaar karne lagi hain bas tujhe iska realise karwana hoga. Main bohot tension mein tha tere future ke liye lekin ab mujhe pura yakeen hai ki Adi hi tere liye best choice hain.
3 weeks later
Today is Akshara's baby shower ceremony. It will just be a private ceremony with family members around.

Akshara is bought in the hall by Naira and Shanaya. Akshara is made to sit and the function begins. Everyone start dancing on dil se bandi ek dor. Akshara watches everything happily. After the dance they start the function. Naira and Shanaya start singing the song mere sapno ka sansaar and start the ceremony.
Everyone blesses Akshara and gives her a lot of gifts. Soon they finish the ceremony.
Few days later
Evening 5.00 pm
Manish and Kartik are in the office. Naira has gone to her dance academy for some urgent work . Aditya and Shanaya too are not there as they have gone to Sambhar to Shanaya's home. So only Kairav is there at home with Akshara as she can't be alone. He is sitting in the study room and doing some work. Akshara is in the hall laying on the sofa while watching a movie on the tv. That time she starts feeling hungry.
Akshara: Bohot bhook lagi hain kya karu. Ghar par bhai ke alawa aur koi nahi hain. Jaake dekhti hoon kitchen mein kya hain.
She goes to the kitchen and searches for something to eat. She finds a instant noodles packet and takes it. She cooks the noodles and goes back to the hall and resumes the movie. She enjoys her movie while eating the noodles. After finishing the movie she goes to the kitchen and washes her plate and the other utensils. After finishing the work she comes out of the kitchen and was going to her room when the door bell rings.
Akshara: Lagta hain mumma aayi hain.
She goes and opens the door but gets shocked plus angry seeing the people standing there. They were Suhasini, Swarna, Akhilesh and Arohi . Since they saw Akshara last when she was a kid they couldn't recognise her. They get confused seeing a pregnant girl over here.
Akshara(angrily): Aap sab kya kar rahe hain idhar. Yeh ghar hain koi dharamshala ya park nahi joh koi bhi kabhi bhi muh uthake aasakte hai. Nikal jayiye yaha se, get out.
Suhasini: Ae ladki apni zabaan sambhalke baat kar.

Kairav who was busy doing his work hears noises from the hall and decides to check what happened so he goes downstairs.

All of them get shocked by Akshara's this avatar as she was completely of opposite nature during her childhood. Suhasini, Swarna and Akhilesh get a flashback of Naira saying the same thing to Sitaji's son many years back when they spoke something against Kartik.

When Kairav enters the hall he sees those people at the door and Akshara is screaming at them. Kairav tries to calm her down as she was getting hyper.
Kairav: Akshu calm down jyada stress mat le nahi toh teri tabiyat kharab hojayegi. Inko toh main handle karta hoon.
Akshara: Nahi bhai aap please beech mein mat aayiye. Aaj mein inke saath apne saare purane hisaab chukta karungi.

She shouts on top of her voice making them scared and Arohi blurts out.

Swarna raises her hand to slap her but Kairav catches her hand.
Kairav: Meri behan par haath uthane ki aapki himmat kaise hui Mrs. Swarna Goenka. Agar phirse yeh haath meri behan par utha toh kanha ji ki kasam aapka yahi haath todke dusre mein rakh dunga. NOW GET OUT OF THE HOUSE.
Akshara: Rehne dijiye bhai aapne woh kahavat toh suni hogi na . Laato ke bhoot baato se nahi maante. SECURITY.
She calls out to the security loudly and hearing her commanding voice they immediately rush in.
Akshara: Inhe dhakke maar ke bahar nikalo yaha se immediately.
The guards take all of them and throws them out. Once they go Akshara faints as due to all the stress her blood pressure went very high. Kairav immediately rushes her to the hospital.
In hospital
Kairav admits her there and the doctor starts treating her. After sometime the doctor comes out.
Kairav: Doctor kya hua Akshu ko woh aise behosh kyu hogayi.
Doctor: Excessive stress ke wajah se unka blood pressure kaafi high hogaya tha jiske wajah se woh behosh hui. Abhi ke liye toh maine unhe drip pe rakh diya hai. Kuch samay baad unhe hosh aajayega aur phir aap unhe ghar leja sakte hai. Lekin dhyaan rahe unhe phirse aise stress nahi honi chahiye. Yeh unke aur bacche ke health ke liye sahi nahi hain.
3 days later
Evening 5.00pm
Everyone is sitting in the living room and talking while having tea and snacks except Manish as he is not present in Jaipur at the moment.
Akshara: Mumma aap mujhe aapke aur mom ke pictures dikhao na college Wale. Mujhe dekhne hai. Please.
Naira: Ha Akshu abhi dikhati hoon. Yeh dekho. (Shows her some pictures)
Naira: Yeh last wali photo Kiara aur maine tab click ki thi jab Kairav hone wala tha. Aapko pata hai apke yeh joh bhai hain na bachpan mein bahot bade shaitaan te. Ek din toh aise zid pakad le beth gaye ke mujhe baby sister chahiye, angel se mere liye baby sister leke aao. Har baat pein sirf baby sister ka topic lekar aata tha. Kitchen
Naira is serving dinner for Akshara . Kairav comes there to drink water.
Naira: Kairav yeh Akshu ka khana hai usse jaake dede.
Kairav: Kyun mumma woh niche nahi aayegi khane ke liye.
Naira: Nahi Kairav Akshu ke pairon mein bahut dard horaha hain aur bahut swelling bhi hogayi hain toh woh apne room mein hi khaana khayegi. Aur yeh saath mein thoda sa garam tel hai, tu please uske pairon ki maalish kardo na iss tel se. Mujhe abhi ek important call karna hain nahi to main kardeti.
Kairav: Ok mumma.
He takes the thing and goes to her room.
Akshara's room
Akshara is resting on the bed in a sitting position leaning against the bedrest while listening to music on her headphones. Kairav enters the room, she sees him and removes the headphones.
Akshara: Accha hua bhai aap khaana leke agaye bohot bhuk lagi hai.
She takes the plate and starts eating. Kairav sits near her and starts massaging her legs with the oil. After eating she keeps the plate aside and talks to Kairav who was still massaging her legs.
Akshara: Bhai mujhe ice cream khaani hai. Kyun na hum baadmein mere favourite icecream parlour mein jaate hai joh raat ko open hoti hain. Issi bahane long drive bhi ho jayengi.
Kairav: Theek hai Akshu jaise tum chaho.
Later that night they go out and enjoy their ice cream and come back.
Midnight 3.00 am
Akshara is sleeping in her room. Suddenly she starts feeling restless and sweats badly making her wake up. She starts having sharp pain in her stomach. She clutches her stomach tightly and cries loudly in pain. Listening to her cries everyone wakes up and goes to her room. Naira realises that her water has broken and she has started having labour pains. She tells everyone that Akshara will have to be rushed to the hospital immediately. They take her to the hospital.
In hospital
Akshara is admitted in the hospital and is taken for her delivery.
8 hours later
It's been 8 hours since Akshara has gone in labour but the baby is not born yet. She has been in a lot of pain. Her loud screams are echoing in the entire floor of the hospital. The hear another terrifying scream of Akshara's followed by the sound of a baby crying. All of them get happy and excited. The doctor comes out.
Kartik: Doctor meri beti kaisi hai ab?
Naira: Aur baby ladka hai ya ladki?
Doctor: Congratulations unhe ladka hua hain.
Everyone gets happy hearing this.
Kairav: Kya hum Akshu aur uske baby se mil sakte hai?
Doctor: Ji itne lambe labour ke wajah se woh behosh hogayi hain. Kuch ghanto ke baad jab unhe hosh aajayega tab aap unse mil sakte hain. Aur baby abhi premature hai toh hume unhe kuch time ke liye uder observation rakhna padega. Uske baad kuch vaccines dekar hum usse maa ke paas leke jayenge tab aap baby ko dekh sakte hain.
Few hours later
The doctor allows the family members to see Akshara's son. All of them spend time with the new baby. After that KaIra goes home to decorate the house and do preparations for welcoming the baby as they will get discharged in some time. Kairav stays in the hospital with Akshara. He is sitting in her ward on the sofa playing with his nephew. At that time Akshara wakes up and sees Kairav with the baby so she calls out to him.
Akshara: Bhai.
Kairav sees that she is awake and comes to her with the baby.
Akshara: Bhai yeh mera baccha hai na. Beta hua hain ya beti.
Kairav: Yeh le Akshu tera baby. Tujhe beta hua hai. Congratulations.

Akshara: Beta yeh mera beta hai. Mujhe beta hua hai.( Cries in happiness ) Yeh sirf mera beta hain sirf mera, Neil ka nahi. Main apne bete ko kabhi bhi Neil jaisa banne nahi dungi.
Kairav: Ha Akshu yeh sirf tera beta hoga.
Akshara admires her baby.
Later that day
Akshara is got discharged. Kairav takes Akshara and the baby home.
At home
Akshara is standing on the doorstep with her son. Everyone does her aarti and welcomes her in.
2 days later
It's the naming ceremony of the baby today.
Everyone's look:
Akshara comes down with her son. They start the naming ceremony by singing a song.
The priest gives the letter I. Akshara decides to keep the name Ishaan. Everyone likes the name so Akshara finals it.
Akshara: Aaj se iska naam hoga Ishaan Akshara Goenka.
