Mumbo looked away from the scene in front of him. It was very, very disturbing.
He looked at the other hermits, who were equally traumatised by this. But something was weird.
Yes, the scene was something some people couldn't comprehend, that they would look away. But Pearl was crouched down, shaking. I walked towards her and heard countless inaudible whispers. What is happening to her?
"Shut up... please" she barely whispered, hands over her ears.
"Pearl... Are you... alright?" Mumbo asked cautiously.
"The voices..." Pearl's voice trembled as she spoke. "They keep saying things... " before Mumbo could say anything, Pearl cried out in pain and collapsed to the floor. Alerting the rest of the hermits.
