Okay so these are the top 10 fighter in the Black Rings and the only necessarily important ones you need to remember. I did this so it's easier for you guys to I remember them then me just introducing them in a chapter. Some of them have yet to be introduced in the story but all shall happen in due time. (Side note: the nicknames are basically what they called in the ring, cause you know they can't know reveal any personal information about each other).
I'll also explaining how the Black Ring works and showing you their board members.

Rules all top 10 fighters must obey:
-Face must always be concealed with a mask of any sort , preferably surgical mask. This is to ensure the identity of the fighter is kept secret and to prevent any problems from occurring outside of the ring which could lead to them being exposed
-Fighters must not discus about the ring to others, only to other fighters in a private area
-If fighters are to use their black ring identity outside in gangs, they are not allowed to reveal their true identity or the identity of other fighters if known. No information of the ring can not be leaked either.
-Every year a tournament is held as a chance to change ranking. All of the ten must participate.
-Any fighting outside of the ring is not permitted.
Punishment if any rules are broken:
. Permanent expulsion from the ring
. Fine of 1,000,000 yen
. Banned for a couple of months
-The Black Ring is managed by something they call : The board.
.They are basically the previous top 10 fighters ( the masters of the current 10) and they make the decisions, plan the events and are the ones you must gain access from the enter the Black Ring
-The black ring also has a very large influence over the police, which is why they've never gotten into any sort of trouble
