Looking at Sharavani's face one could easily tell how upset and at the same time worried she was... And who could've sensed it more than her bestfriend?
Shravani: dadda ne muh pe mana kia hai mujhe..
Biting on her nails she looked up at her bestfriend with sad eyes ..
Sanya: kis cheez ke liye?
She asked confused only to earn a glare..
Shravani: arey ... Mihir aur main? Humari first date thi yaar .. spoil ho gayi ..
Dropping her hands on her sides she slumped on the sofa in their green room completely exhausted and hopeless..
" Nahi hui spoil! Mere hote huye kaise hogi?"
They snapped their head towards the door as soon as they heard the voice and stood up on their places immediately with their mouths hanging open and eyes wide...
Shravani: mumma!!!
Sanya: aunty!!!
Both of them were shocked to see her and more than that they were scared ..
Bela: tum mujhse baatein bhi chipane lagi ho Bubbie?
She asked coming inside with a disappointed look which was enough for Sharavani to run into her arms..
Shravani: nahi mumma main...
She was stopped by her mom who removed her hands from her body and stood infront of her with her arms crossed.
Bela: kabse chal raha tha yeh sab? And don't ok. Just don't you dare lie to me! Maine kayi bar yeh mehsus kiya tha but kabhi point out nahi kar payi .. sahi mauke aur sahi saboot ka intezar kar rahi thi jo ajj mujhe mil gaya....
Shravani looked down at her feets while Sanya stood silently beside her friend trying to comfort her ...
Bela: tell me everything from the start.
She demanded tilting her daughter's chin up with her finger tips.
Shravani sighed before narrating her everything from the start.. how Mihir fell in love with her on the first day of their college .. she told her how she wasn't interested in him at the start and always rejected and hurted him but he never have up on her.. he was always there for her.. in both her ups and down... She told her that a part of her always thought she was a bad luck and that was another reason for which she always maintained her distance from Mihir when when she deep somewhere in her heart liked her. But it's said that love isn't something which we do with out will... It just happens.. with or without your will .. and hence without her will and knowledge she fell for Mihir... Hard... And they started dating weeks back...
Shravani: it's just that mumma... Main itne jaldi kisiko bhi humare bare me batana nahi chahti thi.. I just wanted to keep things private.. after all I'm a Sehgal... Aur mujhse related koi choti baat bhi kab news ban jaye koi bharosa nahi... Aise bhi.. itne sali baad mujhe mere mumma aur dadda wapas mile hai... Main unhe upset karna nahi chahti..
She looked at her palm playing with the band around her wrist.. Bela who heard her silently till now couldn't help but smile looking at her small baby who has grown up into a beautiful and matured lady. She couldn't help but feel proud of her actions and decisions...
Bela: aur tumne Hume upset kia bhi nahi !
Hearing that Shravani looked up to find her mom smiling at her.. Bela stepped forward and took her hands in her..
Bela: feelings humare hath me nahi hoti beta... Kisike liye hum kya feel karte hai woh hum decide nahi karte.. woh samne wale ki intentions aur actions saavit karte hai..
She smiled warmly at her daughter palming her cheeks as she looked into her replicating eyes infront of her..
Bela: Mihir sach me bohot accha ladka hai.. ek insan ki akhein kabhi jhoot nahi bolti aur uski akhon me maine tumahare liye sirf pyaar he dekha hai.. day 1 se... Mujhe kahi na kahi sham tha but ajj yakeen ho gaya .. and I'm just so happy ki finally tumhe woh insan mil gaya jiske sath tim apni life spend kar sakti ho.. jisko main aur tumhare dadda bina kisi tension ke tumhe saup sakte hai.. hamesha hamesha ke liye .. mujhe jaise Mahir mile hai... Waise he main tumhare liye bhi ek Mahir dhundna chahti thi... Jo tumhare qismat ne dhun lia aur ab tum dono sath ho... I'm really happy for you bacche..
Shravani threw her arms around her mother who embraced her with a wide smile on her face...
Shravani: thankyou mumma.. thankyou so much for accepting this...
She cried out in happiness making her chuckle..
Bela: arey pagal ladki.. isme thankyou ka kya tha... Jab yeh rishta sahi hai toh main kyu na accept Karu...?
Shravani: but dadda?
Hearing that Bela broke the hug and held her by her shoulders..
Bela: I don't know but I have a feeling ki he'll agree.. you know he's truly possesive for his girls...
Shravani: han woh main roj he dekhti hu ...
She smirked while Bela smacked her arm glaring playfully making the other two chuckle..
Bela: sirf mere liye he nahi tumahare liye bhi... He has always loved you Bubbie.. jab tumne janam liya tha pure family me.sabse jyada khush Mahir the... Usne koi kami nahi rakhi thi apni khushi batane me aur jatane me.. woh kuch saal tum meri nahi apne dadda ki laadli thi lekin fir woh accident..
She sighed as Shravani looked down at the floor while her eyes weld up..
Bela: halato ke karan sab badal gaya.. usne kabhi tumse nafrat nahi ki.. woh bas tumhe dur rakh rahe the khudse ...khudke gusse se.. he was vulnerable aur tum... Tum unhe meri yaad dilati thi.. isliya woh tumhe khudse dur karte chale gaye... But you know what? Deep inside.. us andhere me halki si roshni bhi thi.. kahi na kahi unka pyaar chipa tha... Jo puri tarah bahar aya jab tumne mujhe bachaya.. aur tum mujhe firse apne family ke pass le ayi...
A year left her eyes which she wiped and smiled making Shravani look up at her..
Bela: halat se majbur hokar hum kayi bar galati kar bethte hai.. aur Mahir ne bhi ek galati kar di... Tumhe khudse dur karke.. but the great thing is unhe yeh realise hua aur ab woh apna chipa hua pyaar firse jatane lage hai.. bilkul waise jaise woh Kiya karte the.. woh sirf tumhe pyaar he nahi karte halki tumhe leke protective aur possesive bhi hai...
Shravani smiled as heart felt warm hearing her mother's words..
Bela: tumhare dadda directly toh manne se rahe woh main khud he bol rhi hu because I know that man..
She said rolling her eyes making Sharavani worried..
Shravani: Hain? Toh?
Bela: jach partal karenge.. dekhenge ki Mihir sachme tumhare layak hai ya nahi.. once he gets sure about it that his daughter is in safe hands and the right one is Mihir fir toh chat mangni aur patt viyah!
The two friends smiled widely hearing that while Bela couldn't help but smile looking at her daughter's happiness too.
Bela: toh ab tum befikar ho jao.. I'll handle your dad... You just get ready for your first date!
Shravani smiled and hugged her mom joined by Sanya..
They got her ready in the dress Mihir brought for her... And helped her escape from the back exit..
Shravani: thankyou so much both of you..
She said smiling not before hugging both her mother and her bestfriend.. they showed her thumbs up wishing her luck .. turning around she made her way towards the parked car where Mihir stood with his back..
She was nervous.. but excited too... With a lot of courage she finally took a deep breathe before calling his name softly...
Shravani: Mihir...
Mihir who was nervous too opened his eyes hearing her beautiful soft voice... He knew all the time he was preparing for this night was over and now it was the time to live... Live the moments he always wanted to live with her...
Without another second being wasted, he turned back and stood numb on his place looking at the beautiful lady in front of him.. she was looking more beautiful than he have imagined... With her hairs left open in slight curls, her face having a perfect amount of make-up and specially those plumpy soft lips which he has been waiting to taste since forever lookwd more alluring im the shade of rose pink.. her eyes were sparking with happy emotions and eveytime she blinked her long lashes would look more captivating!
Here Shravani was finding it hard to breathe looking at the hot and sexy man standing right in front of her . He wore a white button up with grey pants followed by a grey blazer.. he looked more attractive and she was proud of herself for having the most wanted and hottest boy of the College all to herself.. for forever!
Mihir: you look so beautiful? How will I avert my gaze from you and leave for the destination that's waiting?
He asked still lost in her ... She laughed hearing that coming out of her own trance!
Shravani: and how will I stop from tripping when I can't look at anywhere except you as you're looking so hot and sexy at the same time?
She asked cocking her one brow... He smirked hearing that making her hold back a smile..
Mihir: oh baby you can stare and look at me for the whole life.. after all I'm yours!
She smiled looking down tugging back a strand of hair..
Shravani: same goes to you too... All yours!
She said hiding her blush... Making him chuckle as he stepped forward standing so close to her that his breath was fanning her face .
Mihir: hm hm. All mine.. to stare .. to love.. to hold .. to kiss and to...
Before he could complete she pushed him softly blushing hard.. he chuckled looking at her reddened face while she looked everywhere but at him.
He smiled looking at her and brought his left hand forward frombis behind.. she looked at his hand which has a bunch of roses...
Mihir: roses for my beautiful girl!
He said as she took the roses from him mouthing a thankyou...
He opened the door of the car as she stepped in .. he closed the door and went to the driver's side.. one he got in and they wore the seat belts he started the car and they drove away for the date night!

Her heart swelled hearing the endearment he gave her .. she smiled nodding her head as he led her through the empty path of bricks ... Once they reach a certain distance... He left her hand making her confused... Before she could ask something he clapped his hand and the lights turned on.. in front of her was table for two set.. there were trees and plants around which were decorated with lights.. the set up was simple yet elegant just the way she liked...
Shravani: this is so beautiful!
She said smiling widely looking around her surrounding... He stepped forward standing right beside her holding her hands .
Mihir: but not more than you!
He said and her head snapped to his direction as a small smile formed on her lips. Before she could reply he spoke..
Mihir: main asa kuch kahunga socha tha na tumne?
She looked confused hearing that...
Mihir: sorry to burst your bubble baby but yes it actually is beautiful.. it had to be after all itni mehnat ho ki hai maine..
He said dramatically.. for a second her heartbeat stopped hearing that.. but as soon as she realisef he was just joking she slapped his arm playfully making him chuckle. He pulled the chair for her where she sat gladly mouthing a thankyou again. He sat himself and served the food for them.. which was Chinese.. both of their favourite! They talked to eachother enjoying their dinner.. she also told him about Bela who now knew about them and was in favour of them.. to which he was glad ... Once they were done with their dinner he got up from his seat and walked to her..
Mihir: now may I have a dance with you?
He asked ever so formally that she ended up laughing at his antics which he joined eventually.. she placed her hand in his and took her to the empty space.. he clicked his fingers and a soft music played..

Mihir knew this was her welled up emotion hence he smiled squeezing her in his hold!
" I love you too! More than you can ever imagine!" That's the last thing he hears before their perfect night gets disturbed!
