As for Master Roshi and Ox-King, they weren't scared both of them looked at Sakura with pure shocked on their faces they seem to know that kind of power that she achieved.

Sakura(Avatar Voice):I have finally done it! After all this time of my years of training alongside with my father I completely mastered the four elements and I achieved it at last! My avatar state!

Sakura:I'm sorry...I didn't mean scare you and everyone else. I was just trying to do some proper control of my new power I obtained. Avatar state is very hard to control master roshi's right, it's to dangerous for me to unleashed it.

And lastly Bulma she was explaining about ever since they met them while she was hunting the dragon balls, she of course stop by Goku and sakura's little hut where the four star dragon ball was being kept it was the momento of Goku's late grandfather and sakura's late old friend and master they where refused to give the ball but she has no choice to tell them to go with her to an exciting adventures she was first tell them why are they in love each other they tell her he whole details and she was beyond happy and very proud of them so from now on she will be a best supporter for their marriage when they grow up in the future.
