The next day
By the time I woke up I was laying on top of von sleeping in the crook of his neck ion know how tf I got in that position but all I can feel rn is his dick on my pussy and I'm trynna get comfortable. I kissed his neck to show I heard him "why u ain't sleepin?" I asked him trynna get up
"Nah stay right here" he said firmly as I rolled my eyes "answer the question" I said to him

I knocked twice before I entered seeing them sleeping together but kam slowly waking up. I quickly grabbed him before he woke up india I covered her then left the room.
Walking downstairs it was surprisingly clean and my brother wasn't here so I went to go make food for my baby. "What you want to eat buba" I said playing with him in my arms as he layed on me sleepy.
"Cinnon" he said quietly and this is how I know he my cousins son for real cuz that's all that bitch eat is cinnamon toast crunch.
"Alright papa I'll make u cereal Ima put some fruits on the side for you as well but ima need you to sit down by yourself" I said softly
"Mmm mm" he said shaking his head saying no but it was cut of by my phone ringing. It was an unsaved number but my dumb ass decided to answer
I waited until the person on the other line said something but I didn't have a good feeling about it so my heart started beating faster making my breathing get slightly heavier "my little princess" is all I heard before I ended the call and blocked the number.
"I need you to sit down papa" I said quietly as my voice cracked but I couldn't cry infront of him I looked up blinking the tears away quickly as I heard heavy footsteps coming down the stairs.
"Cmere lil Nigga" von said taking kam as I poured his cereal and fruit before walking over to feed him.
"Can u watch him I'm going to take a shower quickly" I said quietly to von as he stared at me trynna make eye contact but i couldn't. I walked to the bathroom with my phone before undressing. I stepped into the warm shower letting the water run down my back I just closed my eyes in content. I just can't understand why he won't leave me alone I can never feel at peace cuz he's everywhere but nowhere at the same time.
I rinsed all the soap of my body and went into my room.
Von already bathed kam so it was easier for me to pick an outfit for him and get dressed quickly.
"You look so handsome" I said kissing the side of Kamal's face as he smiled. I walked out the room with kam and went into India's room already knowing that's where them 2 rats would be.
"Damn he looks like ur son fr matching outfits and everythang" nia said laughing
"Bitch cuz he is" I said rolling my eyes
"U know that bastard called my phone talking bout sum "my little princess" Ion even know how to feel" I said shaking my head sitting on the bed with kam in my lap.
"Bitch you fuckin lyin when?" India said sitting up
"When I was downstairs I didn't say shit" I told them
"You needa tell them Lani they need to know he tried calling u" nia said seriously.
"I just wanna forgot bout this Nigga dawg I'm so tired of his ass always controlling me somehow I can't even be happy anymore" I sighed as my leg started bouncing up and down.
"U not takin ur meds are u?" Nia asked as india stared at me hard asf.
"That shit don't matter" I said

"You talkin like I'm out here lookin like a crackhead or sum" I said laughing trying to dismiss the subject.
"Y'all ready to go?" Durk said walking into my room
"Yh let's go" I said grabbing kam and walking out the door making sure to lock it behind me. We all walked towards the car.
"I'm riding with y'all" I said to India and Nia
"No the fuck u not" von said walking towards me as I kissed my teeth.
"Don't kiss them brush them" von said under his breath but loud enough for me to hear.
"You finna get on my fuckin nerves bro" I said as my phone started ringing and India and Nia stared at me.
I declined the call seeing it was an unsaved number just for them to call again "who tf ringin ur line like that?" Durk asked staring at me.
"No one lets g-" before I could finish my sentence my phone rang again but this time it was my cousin.
"Hey" I said softly
"Hey mama can you drop Kam of?" She said
"Yh give me like 15mins cuz I'm bout to go out anywa-" and the same number called again making durk walk over to me and snatch the phone out of my hand "Yh we comin" durk said into the phone before ending the call and answering the unknown number.
"You think ur fuckin special not answering my calls u bitch" My so called father yelled into the phone slurring on his words, of course he was drunk.
Everyone stared at me including von.
"Count ur days old man cuz when I catch u Ima burry you with ur deceased sister then both yo asses will be rolling in yall grave punk ass bitch how yo sister get shot in the head 5times hmm?" Von said into the speaker with a sinister voice. "How yo homie got killed and u still ain't did nun you ain't sliding for shit old man he got shot on 23rd Avenue yesterday and I know yo ass drinking away your sorrow like a bum ass bitch" he said laughing as the other end of the phone was silent.
"You gon be next" durk said into the phone before ending it and blocking the number.
We just dropped of Kam and now we are on the way to Vons Mammas cook out the vibe is just off me and him are riding in a car and the Nigga ain't said shit to me but u could tell he was angry at the situation.
I looked up to see von pulling into a beautiful house with people everyfuckin where. We got out the car as durk pulled up behind us and everyone else hopped out the car.
"You good?" India asked me coming to my side
"Yh but I can tell he's mad asf and idk if it's because of me or him" I said referring to my dad.
"You didn't do shit though" Nia said reassuring me as we walked into the house and I went over to von cuz this ain't my crib so I needa say hello to everyone.
"Ma this Lani" von said smiling a little bit making me smile at him.
"This boy has told me so much about you call me Mama T" Vons mum said walking over to me embracing me in a warm hug
"It's nice to finally meet you Mama T" I said softly looking up to von to see him already staring at me.
"Y'all look so Inlove get the fuck outta my face" his mama said as I laughed
"You need help with anything like the cooking or cleaning?" I asked as von smiled a little but you could still see he looked angry.
"You brought a proper respectful woman home thank God" His momma said looking up to the ceiling "Lemme get my daughter in laws number". As I handed her my phone watching her type
"But no I don't baby, go have fun and if any of these fast girls try anything lemme know she said before hugging me and kissing Vons cheek before we walked off going outside where everyone was.
By now I've said Hello to all the important people and we were just chilling outside "Lani" India called me quietly lookin in the direction of von. As I stared at him he looked zoned out and his leg was bouncing up and down. Durk must of noticed to and he tapped him but he didn't move. I got up from my seat walking to him sitting on his lap "baby" I said rubbing his shoulder as he snapped out of it and looked at me.
I grabbed Vons hand standing up as he followed me "we going to the car quickly" I said before walking towards the door.
"Von what's goin on?" I asked as we sat in the car
"Did he call you before?" Von asked ignoring my question.
"Yes he did when I went downstairs in the morning"
"That's why yo ass looked upset?" He asked as I nodded my head.
"Von look at me" I said grabbing his face staring into his eyes.
"Don't worry about me I'm gonna be ok but u needa calm down u can't be fighting ur demons and fighting mines as well it don't work like that we gon get each other through all this shit but u can't be out here getting angry to the point u zone out that shits scary and u needa be careful cuz I can't loose u." I said with tears in my eyes
"U betta not let them tears drop" he said kissing my forehead as I wrapped my arms around him climbing to his side of the car.
"Von I'm be-" before I could finish my sentence he grabbed my face kissing me.
"I love you Mama" he said as I leaned my head on his.
"I love you too Dayvon" I whispered kissing him one more time before he wiped my eyes.

von pulled out an already rolled blunt

Me and von were in the driver's seat cuz the seat was kinda layed back, with durk in the passenger and India and nia in the back laying on eachother.
"I can't go back to mamma T like this" I said looking at my eyes and they were red as fuck.
"Let's go back to Vons crib" durk said makin von mug him.
"My shorty can come ion know bout the rest of y'all" he said with the mug still on his face.
"I miss my bestie booka" I said sighing picking up my phone calling him.

"Go to Vons house bitch" I said into the phone
"Damn" Von said with a yikes face
"NOT THE BITCH" India shouted into the phone as we laughed.
We went into the house saying our goodbyes to everyone then left.
