"Look Javon I'm not about to argue with yo dumb ass." I stated stepping out of my uber in front of my mom's building.
"You out with fucking rappers, like your ass legally ain't my wife still." I suck my teeth because I know this nigga ain't talking.
"Don't worry about who I'm spotted around with, worry about all the damn diapers and baby clothes you gone need to buy." I replied walking towards the steps to see blu and mhady smoking.
I walked towards them still on the phone with this nigga while he rant.
"Man Solána come home, tell your lawyer call off this divorce shit we can make this work." He begged and I laughed.
"Javon suck my dick and have my papers ready for when I fly up there next week." After that being said I hung up on him and approached the two boys.
"Talking to Javon Burgess like he ain't my favorite player on the Atlanta hawks is crazy." Mhady tells me.
"Not gone lie he's trash ma heart I could take 'em and I'm not even pro." C blu tells him before looking back at me eyes low and all.
This lil nigga need to be in school he be smoking mad early in the morning like that's his breakfast.
"What you doing here anyways Sol?" He asked and mhady smirked looking like he was bout to say something stupid.
"She down here so Kay can thrash that again."
They look at each other and begin to hysterically laugh while I just stood there and glare because look how slow y'all look and sound my nigga.
And don't get me started on Kay. He's a lame for real because why you telling ya homeboys what we did.
"On my soul I ain't never fuck ya manz." C blu gave me that 'bitch you lying' face which made me even madder.
"Say word to ya dead's Solána." Blu turned his head to the side waiting on me to answer.
"No I'm not saying that ion gotta explain myself to y'all I'm grown." I laughed walking up the steps.
"Mmcht, you know you let my manz fuck he wouldn't lie about that." Mhady stated dapping up blu as they begin to share the wood they been smoking.
"Letting him hit before me is crazy !" Blu yells out to me as I enter the building.
Rolling my eyes I walked up the stairs because the elevator forever not working and I'm not getting stuck in that shit.
I made it to Kay's mom door and hesitated to knock because I don't want Kay to answer. Then again I promised Jackie that I would come do Aubree's hair.
I knocked on the door hoping, hell I was practically begging god for him not to open it.
"Hey Solána sweetie come on in" Jackie, Kay's mother guide me in and I let out a sigh of relief.
She opened her arms and I hugged her.
"Thank you so much for doing this sweetie." She tells me smiling as Bree Bree appears around the corner smiling.
"You know anything for you and Bree Bree." She runs up and gives me a big hug.
"You look so pretty Sol." She compliments me as I smile.
"And you're even prettier, ready to get your hair done?
She nods and sits down in the chair and we got started on her hair. An hour later we were done and gets up smiling twirling around.
I did her hair just like I did Maya's but shorter because she was so obsessed with Maya's hair when she first saw it.
"I love it Sol." She tells me making me smile at her. She's such a sweet girl I don't know why her brother so aggressive.
Ms. Jackie comes over trying to hand me a $50 but I instantly declines.
"No you don't have to, y'all are family Jackie." She smiles as Bree runs off to her room.
She then walks in the kitchen and comes back out with a bottle of wine with glasses.
"I don't usually drink while Bree's in the house, but I feel like me and you have a lot to discuss." She pours us a glass, sitting back in the chair crossing her legs.
I take one sip of the wine and it tasted expensive not like the fruity cheap tasting one.
"I feel like I know what this is about." I replied taking another sip.
"Yeah I know about that." She laughs sipping from her wine glass.
"Then you know we don't talk anymore." If I wasn't trying to be strong, I would've texted him because I've been missing him like crazy.
"I'm not trying to defend my sons actions Solána, I know he really likes you because he told me so. But when he saw that Instagram post he reacted the only way he knew how." Jackie tells me sipping her drink.
She has a point but if we're going to be together he can't keep being toxic like that.
"I'll think about what you said because I really miss him." I'm in my delusional era because how I miss somebody who choked me so hard I was about to turn purple.
"Aww I've always wanted y'all together since middle school but y'all would always fight." We laughed in remembrance.
"I remember when he would pull your hair everyday when y'all was in 6th, That's how I met your mother because she came to my house to confront me about it."
"And it was crazy because we were so mean to each other but I somehow still had a crush on him." I shyly smiled thinking about it.
"Trust me he liked you too." Minutes later we were still on the chair talking and taking sips and I lowkey was tipsy. The front door opened and in walks Kay and damn Destiny.
I eyed her down as she walks glued to him, he looked shocked when he saw me sitting on the chair beside his mama.
"Hey ma." He speaks to her and I turn and look at his mama and we both laughed.
Destiny gets irritated and finally cracked.
"I'm trying to figure out why Solána even here." She smacks her teeth looking at Kay.
"Bitch please I'm chilling with my mother in law thank you for the acknowledgement though." I responded standing up and grabbing my purse. She steps to me and I laugh because bitch back up.
"Kevin why you bring this treesh in my house insulting my daughter in law?" Ms. Jackie defends me standing up glaring at Kay.
He shakes his mom off stepping in between us.
"Yo chill destiny go sit in the room." She obeys like a little dog and walks to Kay's room I rolled my eyes walking towards the door but he grabs me.
"Can we talk?" He asked in a pleading voice.
I nodded and said bye to Bree and Jackie before we step outside the door. He awkwardly stands in front of me trying to find the right shit to say.
"Well talk I don't have all day Kevin." I tell him taking my phone out my purse to order my Uber back home. He sticks his hand down in his pocket taking a deep breath.
"I missed you." He says looking me up and down. I let out a laugh of disbelief because I'm not falling for that shit with him.
"If you really missed me you wouldn't have that bitch waiting in your room." I walked up to him grabbing his chin.
"On the same bed you fucked me on did you tell yo bitch that." He smirked grabbing me by my waist pulling me in.
"Nah, but if you want me send that treesh home so I can do it again, I will." Scoffing I pushed him off me.
"Nigga it ain't gone be that easy to get me back, especially since I'm a treesh right Kay?"
"You still on that shit Solána? You better be glad all I did was choke yo ass." He replied looking like he was about to lose all patience with me, "Because who told you go be all up on my fucking opps like that."
"He's ya fucking cousin Kevin." His face scrunched up in disgust.
"Nah he ain't shit to me, and i'm not about to beg yo dumbass for no forgiveness no matter how bad I want you."
"Then I'll go to Dthang because I'm pretty sure he'll-" before I could reply I was pushed up against the wall by my neck.
I looked up at Kay's unreadable face scaring me.
"Let me go Kay." I try breaking away from him but he pins my hands against the wall. "If you ever say some shit like that again Solána." He trails off as turn my head not wanting to look at him.
"Bro look at me I'm not about to play with you." Slowly I turned my head meeting his eyes.
"I'll boom that bitch ass nigga while you watch Solána be fucking careful." Letting me go he walks back into his mom's apartment. That shit shouldn't turned me on like that, but it did so much.
