My hand clenches into a fist when I see what happened in front of me.
She did not just do that.
Minnie leaves the cafeteria and I follow her, making sure Jisoo doesn't see me.
"Are you jealous?" I hear Minnie asking as she turns around once we're in the hallway
"Why did you kiss her cheek?" I ask in an irritated tone
"Can I not?"
"No"
"Dude, you've got no right to be possessive of her. You two aren't dating"
"..."
"So what? Humans still have feelings" I hear a familiar voice say
"Joy, mind your own business" Minnie rolls her eyes
"Leave Rosé alone" Joy stands in front of Minnie
"She's the one who followed me! Plus, it's not my fault that her crush likes me" Minnie retorts
"She's not my crush" I coldly say, and I step forward, but Joy holds me back
"That's good then. I'll date her" Minnie smirks and walks away sassily
"This bi-" I was about to follow her, but Joy grabbed me
"Yah, are you stupid? Do you have any idea how dumb you look right now?" Joy scolds me
"What?" I ask, clueless of what she's talking about
"Why won't you accept the fact that you have a crush on the girl? What's so wrong about liking her?" Joy asks me
"I...She's-"
"Chaeyoung!!" I hear someone yell my name and I turn around
Seulgi and Lisa
I smile at them and they walk towards me.
"Joy" Seulgi coldly says
"Seulgi"
"You two know each other?" I ask
"She's Irene's ex" Seulgi answers and rolls her eyes
"whAt?" Lisa squeaks out
"I'll get going now" Joy says and leaves
I turn around to them.
"Irene's ex? How do you know?" I ask Seulgi
"I've got my resources" Seulgi faintly smiles
"Let's go to the rooftop now" my cousin says and starts walking away
Once we reach the rooftop, we all sit down.
"Talking about Irene...I wonder why she's not here today" I tell them and they give each other a nervous look
"What?" I ask
"N-no, nothing" Seulgi smiles nervously
"Mmm..."

Time Skip to Next Day in Class(A/N: It would've been boring if I kept it going since they're ignoring each other okayyyy??😞)
"No Jennie? Irene? Jisoo?" the professor asks
"No" Lisa replies
Jisoo really isn't here?
"That's odd...Lisa do you know what happened?" The professor asks Lisa
"What? N-no." Lisa stutters out
What's going on? Why did Jennie miss two days? What happened to Irene? And why is Jisoo gone today?
"Okay...well let's start class" he says and starts teaching
"Lisa" I call
"Hmm?"
"You know something, don't you?"
She stops what she's doing and looks at me.
"What are you talking about?" She asks me, pretending not to know
"I can tell when you're lying, Lisa." I tell her and I see her gulp
"Sorry. I can't tell you anything" she mutters and looks down
"What? Why not?" I ask her
"Someone told me not to..."
"Who? Seulgi? Jisoo?" I ask, furrowing my eyebrows in more confusion
"Jisoo? I haven't even talked to her since...uhm..." Lisa struggles to remember when and eventually gives up
"Oh...that's right...she told me"
"She told you? When?"
"Saturday..." I sigh as I remember that was the last time she actually fully spoke to me
What went wrong after Saturday? What happened?...
"I tried speaking to her...but she ignored me" Lisa says and it catches my attention
"She ignored you?" I ask, looking at her confused expression
"Yeah..." Lisa frowns
So I'm not the only one being ignored?
"Hmm...maybe Seulgi knows something" I mumble
"What?" Lisa asks me
"Nothing" I fake a smile and put my head down
Lunch at Rooftop
Seulgi, Lisa, and I are all sitting in the rooftop again.
"Woah" Seulgi suddenly voices out
"What?" I ask her
"Can you belive 2 weeks ago we would be telling some people to buy us food?" Seulgi answers, taking a sip from her drink
"Shit you're right..." I look down with guilt
"Then Jisoo came and everything changed" Seulgi adds
"Yeah...everything changed. Especially me." I mumble the last part
"What?" Seulgi asks, looking at me with curious eyes
"I just...asked if you know why Jisoo isn't here today" I reply
"Oh" she diverts her eyes
"So..do you know?" I ask her, curiously eyeing her
"No...I don't" she solidly says and I would believe her if it weren't for her habit of holding her wrist when she lies.
"You know I can tell when you're lying, right?" I ask and she visibly gulps
"...Hey Lis, you okay?" Seulgi then asks Lisa, changing the topic.
I'll just ask her again later...
Lisa looks up, snapping out of some sort of trance, and stares at us in confusion.
"Huh?" she asks
"I asked if you're okay" Seulgi repeats
"What? Yeah..just worried about Nini" Lisa frowns, looking out into space
"Nini?" I ask and give her a confused look, but she still stares off into space
"Jen-" she starts
"Shuushhhh" Seulgi interrupts her loudly, causing Lisa to look at us with widened eyes
Lisa then realizes what happened and she looks at me, guilt evident in her eyes.
"Jennie? Why wh-"
"Can we not talk about this right now? We just got back on good terms and I wouldn't like to go back to fighting..." Lisa cuts me off
I just wanted to know what happened to Jennie...
I look down and just nod.
It doesn't change the fact that Jennie hurt Lisa and will probably do it again, but I just wanted to know what's going on with them and why Lisa likes her so much...

Short and boring chapter before I go back to my "bunch-of-homework" schedule (someone help me with chemistryyyyy, I'm barely passing and I have a test on Friday). Sorry if this chapter was a bit boring, I'll try my best on upcoming ones. It seems like this book is almost at its end...but who knows 🤷🏻 Well, I'll be heading to sleep now.
