(Carley's POV)
It's been 3 days since the New Year Eve party. And the night I lost my v-card to the love of my life. Eric is truly the greatest guy I have ever been with. And I love him so much.
I stayed over Eric's again last night. Because today is his birthday. Tonight we are gonna have a birthday party for him. And one of my gifts is gonna be making love again. It would be a good gift. I mean we made love a lot the first night we did it. And its been a couple days. I just want to be close to him again
"I can feel you staring Carley" he said with his eyes closed
"You always think that but I'm actually thinking of something" I said to him with a smile
"Thinking about making love again?" He asked with a smirk
I smack his arm. "Get your head out of the gutter Eric" I said
"Hey no hitting me today. It's my birthday" He said
"Well don't say those things then" I said smiling at him
"Whatever" He said with a groan. But slowly got up. He stretched his body.
He still looked as hot as the first day I saw him. But I knew he didn't like his dad body. I don't mind it. I think it's very cute.
"Now you're staring" He said with a smirk
"Can you blame me?" I asked smiling at him
"I'm gonna take a shower. Wanna come in with me?" He asked with a smile
"No I'm gonna go get some food for you" I said getting out of bed. I changed into regular clothes for the day. I put deodorant on. Everyone needs to put deodorant on. If not, well then you will have stinky armpits. And that is never a good thing to have.
"Where are you gonna go?" He asked me
"Dunkin?" I asked him
"Yeah that's fine" He said and went into the bathroom to get a shower.
I walked out of his bedroom and walked downstairs. I go into the main hall to put on my shoes. I quickly realized that I have to go back to school soon. And that made me sad
Once driving to Dunkin and ordering for me and Eric. I had to wait about 5 minutes because they were busy. But once I got the food in my hands, I drove back to Eric's and opened the door. I was surprised it was still open but I'm sure Eric told his family that I was coming back.
I walked into the kitchen and saw Ellie and Arthur making out
"Ewww gross!" I yelled jokingly
Ellie pulls away and sees me. "Oh go kiss Eric" She said then went back to kissing her boyfriend
Arthur pulled away. "We should stop before my mom or aunt come down" He said to his girlfriend
"Fine" Ellie said and looked at the coffee. "Um where is mine?" She asked with her arms crossed
"I only got me and Eric one because it's his birthday today if you remember" I said to her.
"Oh right.....He's 22 now" She said
"Yep" I said and took my coffee. Which is iced...The best in my opinion. I put the straw into the cup and started drinking it.
2 minutes later Eric comes down with his hair still being a little wet. From the shower he took. I whistle at him. "Hottie!" I said and told him to come over with just my finger
He smiles and walked over. But before we could kiss we heard Ellie and Arthur say ewww.
"What was that for?" Eric asked confused
"Your girlfriend did it to us. We are just repaying the favor" Arthur said smiling at his cousin. "Happy birthday coz" He said going over and hugging Eric
"Thanks Arthur. And thank you Carley for the coffee. I truly needed it" He said grabbing his coffee and started to drink it. "Oh yeah. That hits the spot" He said with a smile
Ellie looks at us then does a shock face. "You didn't!" She said
"We did" i said smiling at her and reached for Eric's hand. He got the hint and took my hand in his.
"Wait what?" Arthur asked confused
"They're talking in girl language don't even try to understand it" Eric said with a laugh
"Ok. I'm stealing your girlfriend Eric" Ellie said and dragged me into the living room. Once we were there we sat on the couch. "Alright spill" She said
"You already know what happened. Do you really need the deets too?" I asked with a laugh
"Yes because my best friend lost her v-card! It's a big deal!" She said excitedly
"All you get to know is that he was very considerate and sweet with everything" I said with a smile
"I would hope so. Or I would kick him in the balls" She said
"Well he did. So you don't have to kick him" I said with a laugh
"Good" She said
We ended up talking about other stuff. But I was missing Eric. Like I said I want to be close to him.
(Eric's POV)
After Ellie rudely took my girlfriend away Arthur looked at me.
"What was that about?" He asked with a laugh
"Carley and I um.....made love" I said as I took another sip of my coffee.
"Wait.....really?" He asked looking at me
"Yeah. Like New Years Eve party when we said we were tired. I was gonna go to sleep but we ended up doing it that night" I said shrugging
"Nice" He said high fiving me
I laugh and high five him back.
"But what is your mom gonna say?" He asked
"My mom knows I'm not a virgin man" I said. "For the amount of times Ava and I got caught making out. I'm pretty sure my mom knows we did the deed together" I said drinking my coffee.
"Well how did she react? When she found out?"He asked
"About the Ava thing?" I asked
"Yeah" He said
"She asked if I loved Ava and at the time I thought I did. But with Carley......dude I wish I would have waited for her honestly. I mean with Carley it felt right" I said
"Alright man, now you're sounding like a girl" He said with a chuckle
"Shut up coz" I said hitting his shoulder
We ended up fighting. I had him in a headlock when the girls came back
"Oh.....hi" I said softly
"What happened?" Ellie asked
"Nothing just cousins having a play fight" I said
"Aren't you guys too old to do that stuff?" Carley asked with her arm crossed
"No?" Arthur and I said but were unsure so that sounded more like a question
"Alright Eric we got to go somewhere" Carley said
"Ok.....where?" I asked with a laugh
"We are going to the mall" She said taking my arm
We walked to my car. I did get cleared to drive again. But I can't drive alone. Because if something were to happen I need someone there for/with me.
Once we got to the mall Carley told me to go to my favorite store while she goes somewhere else. I didn't know where but I was hoping it was the girl store that all guys love.
After going to my favorite store which is Hot Topic. I go to Starbucks. Since there is a Starbucks in the mall. Its really cool. And yes I already had coffee but I got my favorite drink because I normally don't get it. So I treated myself just for today. It is my birthday.
Once ordering I waited for my drink to be ready but I waited for 5 minutes. Carley came over while I was waiting. So now we are just sitting and I'm having my drink.
"Didn't you already have coffee today?" She asked with a laugh
"Hey it's my birthday, leave me be" I said drinking the drink
Once I was done Carley said to drive back home. I did as she said.
Once we got back to my house I didn't see any cars in the driveway or anything. So I thought Carley and I were finally alone for the day. But once we walked into the house everyone yelled in surprise. And I was definitely surprised. So surprised my heart jumped
"Fuck you guys scared the shit out of me!" I said with a laugh
I feel like 3 people slap me on the shoulder. "What?" I asked the three women.
"There are 2 children here idiot" Michelle said pointing to Mikey and Tessa.
"Hey they are old enough to hear these now" I said then punched my sister on her arm
"Jerk!" She said about to hit me again
"Hey no hitting the birthday boy!" I said with a smile
"Carley can I hit your boyfriend?" Michelle asked my girlfriend
"Yeah" She said shrugging
"Carley!" I yelled annoyed
"Hey you said cuss words in front of the children" She said
"Fine Chelle. One hit" I said to my older sister
She hit me so hard.
"Damn!" I said rubbing my shoulder
"Eric!" Michelle, my mom and aunt all yelled
"Hey it's better than the word I was thinking" I said to them
"Hmm" They said shaking their heads
"Here Eric. Tessa and I made these for you" Mikey said bringing over 2 cards. They were obviously hand made. And it warmed my heart
"Thanks you guys" I said hugging both Mikey and Tessa.
"Alright my turn" Arthur said and brought over tickets. I saw they were for the NBA.
"Sweet! Are these the box seats?" I asked him
"You know me man. Of course they are" He said with a laugh
"So I see it's for you, me, James and Alex" I said
"Yeah Alex and I brought these for us. It's the whole season for the Golden State Warriors at home" He said
"Thank you both Alex and Arthur" i said hugging them
"I actually paid too for it so technically its from all of us" James said coming over
"Well thank you too James" I said hugging my brother
"Alright my turn" Mom said and gave me a card.
"What's this?" I asked with a laugh
"Just look at it would you" She said with a laugh too
I open the card and see 500 dollars there and a dunkin gift card for 100 dollars. I smile. "Ma this is too much" I said
"Well it's from me and Jason. Lets say this is the final gift of me saying sorry" She said as she is wrapped in Jason's arms
I go over and hug her. "Thank you mom. And thank you Jason" I said shaking his hand
"Of course" he said shaking my hand back
After doing more gifts it was time for cake. They sang happy birthday. I wouldn't dream of anything other than this moment to last forever. And that's what I wish for.
After the party was done Carley brought me upstairs and lets just say the rest of the night was amazing for many different reasons.
