"Dean!" Calliope scared the living hell out of Dean.

He almost dropped his plate of pizza. "Whoa!"

She waited for him to compose himself. "Dean."

"Yeah?" He grumped.

"I have the perfect idea."

He knew that this was going to go wrong. "What's your perfect idea?"

"We can watch the romantic movies."

He double blinked. "We can what?"

"We can watch the romantic movies. Margot said that in a lot of them, the pairings get married. We can watch and study these films and then apply it to our wedding."

Why did that not sound like a bad idea? "Which movies?"

She shrugged. "Honestly I do not know the meaning of the word "romance"."

He sort of liked that. "Good."

"The bar is in hell..."

"Huh?"

She rolled her eyes and continued. "You're not going to teach me romance?"

"No." He shook his head. "Ew. No."

She watched as he walked around her to go sit down. "The basement of hell."

"I don't know what you're talking about!" He sang.

She swung around and stalked to him. "You're a bad husband already."

He frowned.

"This is our wedding. Together. As long as our love is cemented, nothing else matters. Right?"

He was unsure of if this was a trap. "Right...?"

"Then why aren't you helping me make this a day that we can remember?"

"I won't forget our anniversary."

"It's more than remembering a date so you can get me dead flowers from a gas station on your way home from work."

"That was oddly specific..."

"I want you to remember the entire day fondly, even when old age takes your memory and you're drooling into that nasty cubed gelatin humans enjoy so much."

"Imagery."

"Dean!"

"You are good with words. But I'm not. I barely want to get up in front of fifty people and say my vows."

"Excuse me?" It took a lot to get out.

"You want me to, don't you?"

"Fifty people?! I don't even know fifty people! I'm not saying vows in front of fifty people!"

He realized she was embarrassed. He slowly grinned. "How many people are we inviting to this thing?"

"No one!"

He almost laughed. "What about Adam and-?"

"You want to say your vows in front of Adam?"

He took in her arched eyebrow and realized she was right. "No. But I want my brothers there. Don't you want yours?"

"No."

"Who would you invite then?"

"No one."

"Who would be there?"

"Me, you, Dianna and the officiate."

The more she spoke, the more he fell in love. "Are you shy?"

"Shy?" She gave a tiny frown.

"Oh yeah. You're shy." He grinned.

"Still not going to tell me what a word means? In the bowels of the basement of hell." She cut her eyes at him.

"What are you saying?" He demanded.

"See how it feels?"

He just looked at her. "You're cute."

She double blinked. "I want the crust of your pizza."

He chuckled. "I call you cute and you want my food?"

"I ask you a serious question and you evade with a remark about my physical appearance?"

She's definitely better at rebuttals than Cas... "You can have my crust."

She pinched it off and popped parts into her mouth one at a time.

"I think we should come up with a guest list and then we can watch these romantic movies to see what we have to do."

Her eyes lit up harmlessly. "Are you serious?"

"Yeah. I want to be married soon and it's not going to get done without us doing something so- Yeah."

She smiled warmly. "You're not a bad husband."

That made him feel good so he began eating the rest of the pizza slices to stave off how she made him feel.

Both Dean and Calliope sat in plum confusion. What the fuck did they just watch?!

Sam and Margot walked in. "Hey, guys! Whatcha doin?"

Calliope burst into tears. "I don't wanna do that!"

Dean agreed as he rubbed her back silently.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Sam sat first then pulled Margot into his lap. "You don't want to do what?"

"We're watching romantic movies so we can figure out how to plan the wedding." Dean explained.

"That's a good idea." Margot missed the point accidentally. "I don't know how to plan a wedding either."

Sam's eyes widened. "You don't?"

"Nope."

"Then how are we going to plan?"

Margot was stuck for a moment before smiling winsomely. "We can watch movies with you guys."

"This is a terrible genre!" Calliope wailed.

Sam almost laughed. "How bad can it be?"

"Have you ever watched a romantic movie?" Dean groused.

"Yeah." Sam blushed.

"What's romantic to you, Sam?" Calliope dried her tears.

"Titanic?"

Dean gave him screw face, knowing his little brother just made that up.

"That is a romantic movie!" Margot grew excited. "Let's watch Titanic!"

"What is it about?" Calliope wanted to know as they got up for refreshments.

Dean threw a couch pillow at Sam. "Now I gotta sit through Titanic?!"

Sam tried to apologize as quietly as he could.

¥

Margot frowned. "You didn't enjoy that, did you?"

"I did not." Calliope scowled.

Dean was trying to hold in his laugh. Calliope had complained the entire film. She was loud with her criticisms and concerns. He was starting to think she didn't like romance.

Sam felt like Calliope. He hated Titanic now. He didn't remember the movie being that bad but after hearing her reasonings, it sucked.

Adam walked in from outside. "What are you doing?"

"Watching films." Calliope was still mad.

"Ooh!" Adam dashed into a seat. "What kind?!"

"Romantic-"

"Ooh! Nevermind!" He shot right back up and ran.

Dean snickered lowly.

"He is correct." Calliope sighed. "How many more films must we view?"

Margot pouted. "The Bride of Chucky is coming on next."

"I hope this one is better."

"It says "bride" so maybe we'll at least pick up tips on weddings?"

Dean and Sam looked at each other before Dean grinned evilly.

Sam was going to warn the girls but Dean held up a fist.

Sam sat back with a scowl.

¥

Calliope was in love. "I want that."

Dean stared at her in fear. "You want what?"

"What they had. I want that."

"You want to have a demonic ritual where our souls go into dolls?"

"No." She gave a lot of verbal attitude. "I want a black wedding."

"You are dark, woman."

She frowned in pure confusion.

"Calliope, you just watched a slasher flick and the only thing you got out of it is clothes?" Sam wanted to make sure.

She shrugged.

He laughed.

Margot began crying.

The commercials went off and the Seed of Chucky began playing.

Calliope liked this franchise. She clapped and wiggled until finding a good spot. Her eyes were peeled.

Dean was a little scared of his fiancée now.

Margot was no good. She hated scary movies, Pinocchio being too frightening for her.

"We can change the channel." Sam offered.

She shook, terrified.

Dean flipped through the channels. He saw It and thought it'd be better because who was scared of clowns?

The answer? Calliope. She immediately screamed and tried to run and fight.

The others looked at her like she was crazy.

She burst into tears as she demanded to know what that was.

Castiel showed up first. "Why are you frightened?"

"She saw Pennywise and got spooked." Sam pointed to the TV screen.

Castiel reacted very negatively.

Dean frowned. "Do angels hate clowns?"

"Clowns?" Benny strolled in. "Nasty sumbitches."

Calliope grabbed the remote from Dean and pressed all the buttons, trying to get rid of the image but it was burnt in her brain.

Dean took the remote back and pressed the POWER button. The television went black.

Calliope took a breath.

Meg came in with Adam. "Are the romantic movies over?"

"The what?" The demon felt uninformed.

Sam blinked wide eyes. "Calliope, you just real life horror movie screamed, seeing a clown."

"That is what that thing is called?" Calliope was still whipped up.

"What is going on?" Meg asked.

Missouri walked in with a crying Dianna. "She was on her way to sleep until she heard screaming. What's going on?"

Dean huffed and explained it. They were watching romantic movies to prepare for the weddings but a horror flick slipped in. Calliope loved it until changing the channel led to It and she freaked out.

Missouri blinked wide eyes. "Oh. Honey, it'll be okay. Children like clowns. At least they did when I was a child. But then again, I never did."

"Is everyone afraid of clowns but us?" Dean demanded.

"Dean, you hate clowns." Sam reminded him.

"I hate a lot of stuff. I said afraid."

"Do you like clowns?" Sam looked down at Margot.

"No." She shook her head.

"So no one in this bunker likes clowns?"

"They're weird." Adam sneered.

Sam had to admit he hated clowns himself. "Okay. None of the kids will ever have circus parties for their birthdays."

"Cool." Dean didn't care.

Dianna reached for him.

He reached out for her so Missouri handed her to him. "No clowns for my baby."

Dianna snuggled up to him and reached a hand out for her mom.

Calliope took her hand and shook it.

Dianna smiled peacefully and closed her eyes.

"How cute." Meg said with zero infliction.

Castiel took her hand.

She smiled.

¥

Dean sat down next to Calliope on a sofa the next day. "Ready to keep going?"

She watched him with wide wary whiskey eyes.

"I swear; no clowns are going to attack you."

She relaxed her shoulders.

He turned on the television and found 27 Dresses.

Neither liked the film though Calliope thought the lead was gorgeous. Dean didn't want to watch any more movies...

They watched two more films and weren't any closer to figuring out how to plan a ceremony/reception that'd reflect both their tastes/comfort levels. The movies were fine but didn't have a step by step guide.

Calliope felt this was hopeless.

Dean was simply confused.

Missouri wandered in, looking for her knitting supplies. "Are you still watching those movies?"

"Not anymore." Dean grumbled.

Calliope gushed over James Marsden.

Missouri wanted to laugh so bad at Dean's sour expression.

Dean grumped. "We're going to be engaged forever."

"Why don't you split the planning?" She suggested. "One plans the ceremony and the other plans the reception."

"I want the ceremony!" Calliope called before Dean could open his mouth.

He looked at her in betrayal.

She smiled.

He smiled back. "You're lucky you're cute."

"Okay."

Missouri giggled.

"Where's Di?" Dean demanded.

"Playing with Bear and Bunny."

"I will interrupt that." Calliope stood up.

"Wait!" Dean was talking to himself as she rushed out. "How is she going to plan the ceremony?!"

Missouri found her needles and shrugged.
