It's been few months since the King died and I left the palace alive thanks to Wang So. I remember him telling me to find Jihyun which I was going to anyways. I got treated at one of my uncle's house and went to search for Jihyun.
"Prince Yo, Lady Jihyun's maid Haewon was spotted in the market of a small village near the sea,"
I got information about Jihyun from one of my trusted person. I was on my way to meet Jihyun.
Finally!
The first thing I wanted to do was to apologise for suspecting her. I knew it was not her but because of the situation I ended up blaming her because I wanted to blame someone for my mother's death. I knew I was just being selfish so that I won't need to blame myself for not protecting her. That was so lowly of me.
Now I will just go to her and I know she will forgive me then we'll have a happy life together without any problem because.......
I gave up the throne.
For my and my family's happiness......
I walked around the village hoping that I would find her.

That's Kim Joohyuk
My only friend.
I decided to follow him secretly.
Why is he here?
No matter how much I tried to figure out why he was here there was no answer. It was really fishy.
He stopped in front of a restaurant. I swiftly hid behind the wall near peaking out to see what was happening there.
Some lady came out of the restaurant. She seemed really familiar. I noticed that she was carrying a child. I couldn't see her face. It seemed like both of them were really close.
Who was she?
Joohyuk has a lover?
I changed my position in order to take a look at her.
"Jihyun?"
My eyes widened after figuring out that, the pregnent lady was my wife Jihyun.
Was this the real reason for leaving me?

Four years later
ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ
"How are you doing, Joon?" Jihyun looked at Joon with a smile on her face.
They were in the boat traveling back to the palace.
"How can you smile in this situation, Jihyun?" Joon snapped.
"I'm happy to meet you, that's why!"
Joon stood up as she let a scoff out. Jihyun was confused at her reaction. Jihyun sat still doing nothing as she stared at Joon's back.
She heard Joon's whimper.
Jihyun rushed towards the other girl and turned her body so that she faces her. Choi Joon's eyes were swollen, red and filled with tears.
Joon wrapped her arms around Jihyun's body and started to cry out loud.
The fearless Choi Joon was crying.
Not knowing what's wrong, Jihyun still hugged her back while patting on her back trying to calm her down.
Soon she calmed down. Jihyun gave her some water to drink.
"Something's wrong, right?"

"Go and find Lady Oh's daughter right now", Yo screamed after hearing a shocking news from Choi Jimong.
Court lady Oh entered the King's court.
"I just heard about it, I'm lost of words right now," King Jeongjong(Yo) smirked suspiciously.
"Your majesty please I request you to keep it a secret, I don't want my daughter to get all the unwanted attention", Lady Oh kneeled down requesting Yo.
"What will I get by keeping your sec-"
"Wang Eun and his wife are found", the Royal guard came in interrupting my talk with Lady Oh.
Meanwhile Jihyun reached at the palace's gate along side Joon, Haewon, Eunbyeol and Yul.
"Don't you know who I am? Let us in"
"I'm sorry but the officials have ordered not to let any unidentified person inside the palace. If you want you can go inside but not the others, Lady Choi"
Joon scoffed out of frustration. She needs to get in before Yo kills anyone inside.
Joon was about to remove her sword but stopped when Jihyun held her hand and signalled not to.
"But, Ji-"
"Let me try", Jihyun walked forward removing the piece of cloth covering her face.
The head guards eyes widened after looking at Jihyun's face.
"It's her majesty. Pay her respect", he spoke as everyone around them were on the ground.
Jihyun thought that they would recognise her as Wang Yo's lost wife but they called her Queen confusing her.
"King Jeongjong insisted he won't marry anyone and you will be the Queen no matter what", Joon explained.
Jihyun was surprised, truly touched with her husband's actions.
"Let's go we are getting late", Joon pulled Jihyun inside the palace.
Choi Joon's guards came and informed them that Yo was trying to kill Eun right now. They rushed towards the location.
Eun and Soonduk were fighting with almost a dozen royal guards alone. Jihyun covered her face and took Joon's sword ignoring everything to save them.
She kicked on one guards stomach which made him fall down and slashed other one which was on her other side.
Choi Joon also joined as she took her guards sword.
Yo was looking from the balcony trying to figure out who was fighting against his guards.
Jihyun heard Soonduk whipper as she got a cut on her arms. Eun walked in front of his wife trying to protect her.
All the guards circled the couple.
Jihyun rushed towards them and stood covering Soonduk from the guards.
"Are you alright, Lady Soonduk?"
"Lady Jihyun?" Eun recognised Jihyun's voice in an instant.
Jihyun gave him a nod as she and Eun started to fight again. That's when Jung and So appeared.
Everyone was busy fighting so nobody had even looked at Yo who was having a arrow ready to shoot Eun.
Jihyun's eyes fell on Yo and then the arrow in his hand.
"Prince Yo, jjang!!!"
She remembered the time when they both were playing arrows at Yo's hideout.
I never knew this could be the reason for my death, she thought.
Jihyun ran towards Eun and stood in the middle acting like a shield.
That's when Yo and Jihyun had an eye contact.
"ANDWAEEEEEEEE", Yo screamed.
But it was too late.
The arrow left the bow.
The arrow pierced Jihyun's cheat. Yo jumped off the balcony and rushed towards Jihyun.
Jihyun lost her balance as Eun held her before she touches the ground.
"Why did you do this, Jihyun?" Eun's eyes were filled with tears looking at Jihyun.
Wang So lost his balance and fell on the ground looking at his sister's condition.
"Eommaaaaa!!!" Eunbyeol shouted.
Yo pushed Eun aside and held Jihyun's body.
Jihyun was still in conscious.
"What are you doing here? Why are you here?", He held Jihyun's face wiping off her tears.
"I'm sorry for leaving you first..... I hope you s-stop hurting your brot-" Jihyun coughed as blood came out off her mouth.
"What's wrong, Nui? Is eomma hurt? Why are you crying?" Yul was shaking Eunbyeol to get her attention.
The young boy was lost. He had no idea what was wrong with his mother.
"Y-Yul, he is your son.... Please take care of him in my stand,"
"My son?"
I misunderstood her all the time, Yo thought.
But it was too late.
"Oraboni, don't hate Yo so much. It was my fau-" Jihyun closed her eyes before she could complete her words.
"Jihyun, wake up. I know you are sleeping. Don't act you are scaring me. WAKE UP KANG JIHYUN!!!!!!!!!!!!", Yo screamed at the top of his voice.
He hugged her lifeless body tightly and sobbed into her arms.
"I'm so sorry", he whispered into her ears.
