I walk into the common room and stand in front of Tony who sits on the modern couch. He (surprisingly) has a book in his hand. I take a few steps forwards and stop, staring at him.
"Do you need something?" He asks without looking up from his novel.
His left hand reaches out for the glass of scotch on the end table next to him. He takes a sip before setting it down.
"Attention." I mumble.
"Of course you do.." He mutters with a sigh.
"C'mere." He says, dog-earing the page for a moment.
I quietly let out a little "yay!" and walk over to him.
I plop down next to him and lay my head on his lap, my head positioned to the direction of the large windows. I sigh in content at the beautiful sunset.
He picks up the book with his left hand and uses his right to run his fingers through my hair as he reads.
A moment later, I see Clint walk into the room from the corner of my eye. The archer leans against the doorway with a smirk on his face.
"Wow, Tony.. I didn't know you read books with words in them!" Clint chuckles.
"Me neither." I mumble.
"Hey!" Tony shouts, intentionally pulling on my hair when he runs his fingers through the strands.
