Just the way I got access to your home, I will get into your heart too Shrey!
Mom & aunty were talking and I was waiting for Shrey to come. It's my first day of tuition. I am so excited 🙆♀️ Shrey has gone to college and did not come back still. Aunty told that he comes back by this time usually but today he is doing late. Ummm... Is he doing purposely? 🤨
You can't get away from me Shrey Guptaaaa!!!
Ding dong~~~ bell rings! 🔔 Shrey came back finally.
" Shrey why are you late today? Aunty and Arini were waiting for you. " He was welcomed by questions.
" Aaa.. I was... Attending extra lectures. Sorry.. " He stammered.
" It's okay beta. You said yes to teach my daughter. Nothing is bigger than that. So now I can leave her here. Arini , do concentrate on studies. I am going now Gitika ji. " My mom said.
" Do not worry about her, she will be safe here. " Aunty told my mom.
Why won't I be safe here? After all
It's going to be my sasuraal.
" Shrey take her to your room. "
" O.. Okay.. Come... A... Arini.... " He is stuttering. Is he nervous?
I went with Shrey. We stopped before his room.
" I'm coming after changing clothes. Do not touch anything in my room, remember that. " He ordered me and left. I slowly entered there.
My eyes roamed around his room. So this is how my future room looks like. I giggled. There was a couch in his room, then a chair and table where his books were placed nicely, unlike my table.
Then there was a small bed, it was not that large like my bed but small ones are better cause in future I can cuddle properly here with Shrey 🤭 if there's small space, Shrey can't complain me to not stick to him.
Then my eyes caught his shelf. The shelf was full with books and there were some toys of marvel too. I know Shrey is a marvel fan. And there comes some photos of him & his family. Hehe after our marriage there will be my picture too.
Suddenly I heard a noise. I turned to find him there. He dragged the chair towards his table and sat on it. He patted on the next chair, telling me to sit there. I walked to him and sat there.
We were sitting so close... 🙈
OhmyGodddddd my heart started beating soooooo fastttttt my crush is going to teach meeeeeeeeeeeeeee.... I gulped and tried best to control my hormones. I think I'm one of the luckiest girl in the planet cause not every girl got this opportunity to study from their crushes.
" Open your books. " Said he. I simply nodded and started taking out my stuffs. " How is your college? " I asked him but no reply came.
" So tell me how much do you know? Almost 8 months have been passed, you must have learnt something. Show me those. "
Oh no. He is behaving like a real teacher. I thought it will be more fun and I could spend more time with him. But he is acting like a real teacher. 🥺
" I'm asking you something. "
" Oh yeah yeah.. Almost completed. " I lied.
" Okay then I'll help you with your doubts at first. Tell me one by one. "
" I can't understand integration. " Well, my whole math has ruined already, all the chapters are going out of my head so I just took a name.
" So you must need to learn differentiation at first. Can you do that? "
" Y.. Yeah. " Why am I feeling so embarrassed to talk?
" Okay then we'll revise the differentiation today at first. "
What revise? I don't even know my syllabus properly....
" I'll give you problems and you have to solve them. And remember each one is important for boards. I'll give you the important ones only. " I just nodded. Only God can save me.
He served me the first question. I looked at the figure very carefully but no idea came in my head. It's obvious, I know I can't solve it. I think God is also not gonna save me 😖
" Arini leave that pen. Why are you chewing it? " He removed the pen from my mouth suddenly. I didn't even understand when I took it in my mouth.
" Solve it. "
I again nodded and looked at the paper dumbly. I never knew this teaching session will be this hard to me. I just wanted to spend time with my crush but mathematics is being kabab mein haddi between us.
" What's so nice on the paper that you're keep admiring? " Shrey asked making me jerk from my place. He raised his brows. I think I should spill it out.
" This is the easiest one Arini. Do it. " He added.
" Actually I always practice the hard ones. Easy ones are easy so I can always do them but at first I prefer to do the hard ones. " I don't know what I just blabbered. 🙂
" I have never heard this kind of logics. " He gave me an 'are you serious' look. I passed a nervous smile.
" Okay then I will give you hard one this time. " He started looking for another problem.
" Hain... "

" What? "
" No. Nothing. "
" Hm do this one. "
Main toh fas gyi 🙂...... ( I'm trapped) . I kept looking at that figure again n again. I suddenly remembered mom's words. She always scolds me for not studying. I wish I have listened to her. Now I have to be embarrassed in front of my crush.
" Are you doing this purposely Arini? "
" Huh. "
" How much time will you take? It's already 10 minutes and we have not done even one problem. "
" Actually I........ I can't do this one. " My face almost became blue with shame I guess.
" Why? You said you---"
" I have not practiced this chapter from a long time. So I forgot the hard ones too. I will revise it next day. " I didn't let him complete his sentence and served mine.
" Then we'll do some other chapter. Tell me which one you can do." Fir se fas gayi.
" Uh shrey but--" " I won't listen anything except study related things. " Came his sharp and straight reply.
" Why are you behaving like a real teacher?" I could not control anymore and asked.
" What am I supposed to do then? You're here to study. And I'm your teacher. "
" But I thought it would be fun---"
" Arini, you can't do anything for your fun only. Everything is good at it's place and I will not allow any disturbance in study. You're here to study so you will only study. I don't want to listen anything else. "
" Shrey you know I don't like to study. " I still whined.
" Then why did you tell me to teach you? " He raised his voice. I think I have made him angry now.
" Cause I like you. " I looked down and pouted.
" Liking me will not bring you good marks. " His voice became lower a bit. I could understand.
" Who wants good results? " I looked up this time to find him looking at me.
" Then what do you want? "
I smiled and said, " You. "
He looked at me without uttering anything for sometime. I kept smiling looking at him. Yes, I'm not that shy sometimes. I thought the atmosphere is becoming romantic now. What will my hero say?
" Solve it. " He passed me the pen & paper with a poker face.
Ruined the mood!!!?!!
" I told you I can't. " I said annoyingly.
" Name those chapters that you can "
" Actually my teacher has finished the whole syllabus but I didn't learn anything. " I looked down and murmured.
A silence for 5 minutes......
Maybe 10 minutes...
Slowly I looked up to see his reaction. He was looking at me blankly. Okay I will die today.
" Who told you to take humanities with math? "
Seriously you wanna know? It was most hideous question. My parents, even teachers were curious because I was never good at math but I still took it.
" I have seen your math in the other class. I thought you would not take math. Why did you take? "
" Actually.... " I gulped. " I.... Actually.. "
* sigh *
" Cause you love math. "
" I'm not joking Arini. I'm serious. "
Who said I am not?
" Yaarr, I'm also serious. " I still looked down. I don't have the courage to see his reaction.
He banged on the table making me flinch all sudden. " Do you know how will you pass? After somedays you'll have pre-boards. Then boards. Tell me how will you pass? Tell me. "
" I.... I know relations and functions and algebra. I think I... I can pass... "
" Oh so you are happy with the pass marks only?" Oh no he is strict. How will I cope up with him after our marriage? At this very serious moment, I'm imagining our marriage. Woahh!!!
He sighed. " Arini , you should not have done this. What will happen when aunty... "
" Don't say anything to my mumma please. " I looked up and said as soon as possible. "If my mumma gets to know about this, I don't know what will happen with me. "
My face held the pure fear.
He sighed again. " Arini, we will start the calculas part at first. You have to give your 100%. Promise me, you will do it. " He held my hand. I looked at our hands with big eyes.
" Arini promise me. I know you can do it. "
" I believe you. "
He believes me.
" I will do it. " My voice became heavy... But I smiled... Shrey believes in me, he has hopes for me.
